Slow service. I had an appointment at 4pm as I ensure I ordered my Pirellis to be available at the time of my appointment. I expected the installation of 2 tires to take about 45 minutes with an appointment. I was there until after 6pm. Watching how they kept taking on walk-ins. So much for making an appointment. I have never seen this happened at America's Tire in the 20 years I've been their customer. It will be hard for me to consider coming back for the other two Pirellis.Very dissatisfied with my experience. Two hours wasted.

I don't typically do low ratings but this has proven to be my typical experience here. I purchased two tires and made an appointment for 5:45 then I intentionally arrived at 5:30 to give them a chance to do better this time. I was not checked in until 5:45. The lot was fairly full as was the loby. There was a few vehicles with flat tires out in the lot so you know they don't have appointments. My car sat in the lot untouched until 6:30 then at 6:45 they came to tell me my car is ready. They forgot to install the wipers that I purchased so there was an additional delay. This is typical for this location. If you make an appointment it means nothing just plan to wait an hour plus no matter what. The sign says 30 % faster by making an appointment . This is not true it's first come first served no matter what.

Made an appointment 3 days prior for 10:45. Was told when I got there the car would be done and ready by 12:00. It s 11:54 and the car is still sitting where I parked it at 10:20 and has not even been looked at. All I needed was a rotation. I have bought 10 sets of tires with this company for myself and kids cars. Never had an issue of making an appointment and having to wait for what I m anticipating is gonna be at least 2-3 hours. What s the point in making an appointment at this branch ????

Great service. Excellent text system to let you know when car is ready. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I saw them make several recommendations to customers today without any aggressive or shaming sales tactics. Costco is great for many things but they cannot compete with the ease of doing business here. When you need replacement tires they can get them very fast here.

So I've been coming to this location for years and have had several cars serviced. Today was a bad experience. First, when I called to order tires they told me to come in as they were "slow", so i came right away. When i arrived there was nowhere to park and a long waiting line. One employee told me I'd be out in an hour, the other employee i spoke to when paying said wait wouldbe almost 2hrs. So i left and came to the San Clemente location where i was treated extremely better. I called to speak to store manager at this location and no surprise i never received a call back. In addition to all this, they mixed up mine and another customer's lock nut and didn't want to work with the employee over at the SC location. So the mgr (being short handed) sent his employee to swap them so i wouldn't have to be driving around. What a difference employees make huh?

Highly impressed by the customer service I recently received at American tire. Was driving down the road and heard a big pop. Took my car to American tire and they patched my tire and didn t charge me a thing! It s a company standard. They charge for repairs. They definitely gained my business for any future tires.

I had appointment to replace my rear tires on Tesla MYP at 9am. Arrived at 8:45 and Juan assisted me with my check-in and tire inspection. Handed over the keycard at 9am and was given a 10am completion time. At 9:20 I got a text message that my car was ready! I met the technician, Noe, for pickup and he walked me around my car for a quick wheel inspection before I left. No wheel damage whatsoever.

Unbelievable service. I wasn't sure if America's Tire offers free tire rotation AND balancing if you buy your tires through them, (which I did through Discount Tire Direct. I called them up and the reo said they do. I made an appointment through their app, brought my vehicle down and within 1 hour they were down. Tires were rotated, balanced and the TPMS was fixed so the light on my dashboard was finally turned off. Great service, company and the staff was very friendly!

I had a tire and rim that was damaged, bought a tire from them, I had a used rim they put the new tire on, in about 20 -25 minutes, plus they took the old damaged tire and rim also,I thought that was great didn't have to dispose it myself. Thank you guys for your service. I recommend them to my friends . Plus quick service

Called them at 845am told them had a blown tire, gave them info they told me no problem we have it in stock come by this afternoon we ll take care of it. 5 hours later try to get it changed and they say we actually don t have it in stock and won t for 2 days. Wasted 5 hours waiting to end up having to go elsewhere

So I have a side-by-side buggy that I bought some new tires for. Due to the beadlocks, no other tire place would do the work. America's Tire, although completely busy, said they have the tools and the means to handle the job. I left the buggy and like 2 hours later they called saying the job was done. Staff was awesome, polite, and had a can-do attitude. Highly recommend America's Tire!

Visiting family on So Cal from Nor Cal and had a slow leak in my tire. Had Perelli tires on my one year old car, so I took it to America's Tire since they carry these. Marc helped me, he was great. It was the day before Thanksgiving, super busy and everyone in the shop was working at full speed and was courteous. They really could not have been nicer, even though a few customers were not happy. They said it would take and hour and a half, and even told me this was based on there being 14 cars in front of me and they were servicing 11 cars an hour. Turns out, they were exactly correct. I did not know, but they do not charge to fix flats if they can be fixed. It was free. I will buy all my tires here from now on, what a great place. Thanks Marc.

I am not one who typically writes reviews of any sort, but in this situation, I can't help myself. I know this is a serious accusation and thought long and hard as to whether I should post it or not, but I am 1000% positive this actually happened. I brought my car in for a SLOW leak flat tire - I personally filled it with air 3 times over a 3 day period of time until I had time to bring it in for repair. In other words, it was a VERY slow leak. After waiting for the technician (DAVID) to review his evaluation, he told me I had a cut in the sidewall of the tire and it was not repairable. After my personal inspection, I noticed a nail in the tread (this is repairable) and he said this is not where the leak was coming from. First and formost, I personally inspected the tire 3 times over 3 days and felt and heard the air coming from the nail in the tread, NOT the sidewall. Secondly, the hole in the sidewall was so large there's no way this tire could've held air for more than 10 minutes let alone 18-20 hours for each of the last 3 days. Again, I know this is a very serious accusation, but there's no doubt in my mind that David personally put a hole in the sidewall so they would have to sell me a new tire. I actually had to buy 2 tires so they matched. I welcome the GM to inspect the security cameras for this repair which happened on October 23rd between 9:45 - 10:30 AM. I'm sure he will see what actually happened. If he does not see anything suspicious, I would welcome a response so I can take down this post. If he does see what I believe he will see, I expect an apology.UPDATE - 11/2/2023: I heard back from someone at corporate who monitors their reviews and he asked me for more infomation so he could have a regional/division person look into this and get back to me. To date, not unusual - no one has reached out to let me know what they saw. Again, I'm happy to take down the post if they say they were not able to see anything unusual from the day this event happened, but either (1) they found unusual activity of David deliberately putting a hole in my tire so I would be forced to buy a new one or (2) they simply don't care. Hmmmmm?Update - November 19, 2023:To date, no one has reached out for me regarding this very serious situation. It s interesting that someone asked for more details from me ( which I gave) but still no one has reached out. Based in this, it s the simple deduction that they realized there was something just not right with the video of the employee purposely putting a hole in the sidewalk of my tire so I was forced to buy a new tire. If the senior leaders disagreed with this assessment I would have surely received an email or phone call . Nothing. As I stated before - STAY AWAY! They are crooks and unethical. There s no room in anyone s life to deal with this type of unacceptable business practice.

Way above and beyond. I needed 2 tires desperately and a screw repaired on a 3rd tire... the service rep came to chat with me about the state of my other 2 tires and the age of my spare, had some great ideas to get my tires in the best shape possible and worked with me every step of the way. I'd return in a heartbeat, A+ service all around.

Why would they tell you to come back in an hour when they haven't even started on your vehicle? Blunt lies to the face.I scheduled an appointment so I wouldn't be left waiting hours and hours but that doesn't seem to matter to this store, they just work on whoever's vehicle they feel like in whatever order they want. They told me an hour so I came back in an hour and it wasn't until I came back and said I was ready for pickup that they even started working on my tires. That's just plain and simple, poor service.They could improve if they were honest with their customers about the pickup time. Instead they give an estimate that is entirely inaccurate. I do expect better and it's a realistic expectation.So I stood and watched and one guy in the shop told another to change my valve dust caps to a different color. Why are they trying to replace stuff on my car that I did not give them permission to change? It's my car, not yours to make decisions about. I wonder why they were trying to swap out my nicer valve covers for their cheap one.Overall I'm just expecting them to put the new tires on in a reasonable amount of time, which they determined, and that is asking too much from them.I chose America's Tire because I travel a lot and I want to be in their system but in the future I will go to a different location and hope they aren't all this bad.

I brought in our trailer for a 9:30 appointment. Multiple employees were standing around without directing me for drop off. One employee almost backed a Tesla into my jeep and then parked in front of me so I could not pull out.Do not bring your RV/trailer for tires to this location.

Stopped in with a puncture in the tire and they said that I would have to get the tire replaced because it was too close to the sidewall. I took it to another place and the puncture was not too close to the sidewall.

These guys repaired a tire on my Tesla for free. Air pressure was dropping and there was a big nail/screw in it. I made an appointment online and they fixed it for free. Wow!
