Best shop to have anything done to your car or truck. These guys know what they are doing and are honest and will get the job done. You know you will be taken care of and know they are telling you the truth of what work needs to be done and best cost effective way to do it. Hard to find good mechanic these days. But these guys are the real deal.

Oh my goodness!!!! Just when you thought the days of an HONEST mechanic were gone? Well, they are NOT over with owner Adam at Action Tire!!!!!I was told by one mechanic that I needed something, and went to see Adam, who told me the TRUTH, which had NO BENEFIT FOR HIM at all except for being HONEST and saved me, a single mom of three boys $120 I didn t need to spend!It was VERY SURREAL to believe that we live in a world where people like Adam still exsist!He ALSO helped my son, a full time student w/a broken down van keep it running WAY LONGER than anyone thought it could and all other mechanics refused to work on it because they couldn t figure it out.He is a GENIUS, and HONEST!Seek him out!!!!!!

I have never used this before but I have to let everyone know about t Action Auto on Via Fabricante in Mission Viejo. They are the most reliable and Honest shop I have ever used!They will actually tell you if there is nothing wrong with your car and if there is they will fix it for a reasonable amount and quickly. I have used them for years and would never use anyone else. If you have mechanical problems give them a try. You will not regret it. They are fantastic!!!!

Action Tire is tires... and a whole lot more. From classic cars to 4x4 monster trucks, Action Tire has been able to fabricate just about anything automotive.I highly recommend them. And they're nice guys too!

Very grateful for this shop! My RV s breaks went out on the freeway, and I wasn t from around here so didn t know where to get it towed to. I found them through a recommendation and saw the great reviews, I decided to get it towed after the shop was already closed. The staff were all so friendly and diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and had a great mechanic fix it first thing in the morning. I was back on the road within two hours!! Thank you so much!

Best mechanics around. 100% honest and fair. Been going here for the last 20 years and would never take my vehicles elsewhere. Over those 20 years I have turned on all my friends and family as well as their friends and family to Action.I highly recommend Action for any and all car needs regardless of make, model, or year.There is a reason you will frequently see a line of classic and high end luxury vehicles parked in front.

Always been one of my favorite auto shops. Mikey runs the place like a Swiss watch. The caliber of vehicles he works on are amazing. Never had a bad deal or an issue with any work done here. Highly recommended.

My entire family has been bringing ALL of their cars here for over a decade. In fact, 4 years ago I moved down to San Diego and I STILL bring my car and my truck up to this shop whenever I need something done... I've recommended Action Automotive to EVERYONE and anyone I know that needs ANY type of work done... You'll NEVER get anything but fair priced, TOP QUALITY work done right THE FIRST TIME from these guys!!Edit: still a 5/5 shop

If your looking for a shop to tell it to you straight, this is it. This is the best shop and the only place I will take my vehicles. They are always honest, trustworthy and best of all they won t waist your time or milk you for money. I started taking my 1988 k5 blazer here about 8 years ago. My truck and I had been to almost every shop in Orange County with a list of horror story s. I new right away, I had found a great shop when talking with Mike. He didn t see dollars sings and want to throw parts at my truck. They care about people and their safety. Thank you for all the years of service. I m a customer for life.

They're great with customer and their prices seem reasonable for Orange County. They're going to get the job done in a few hrs which, is better than leaving my car somewhere for days. Let's hope the muffler is the only problem. Plus im getting smog and certification.

Very happy bringing my Pontiac Firebird into Action. After paying several mechanics to attempt to fix a timing / smog issue multiple times, Action got the job done and even charged lower than estimated. Will be bringing all my cars here when in South Orange County.

Always fair prices and friendly service. Never have felt like I was upsold here or that they took advantage of me. They will also do more than just work on your tires and wheels. The one stop shop for everything you need done to your vehicle.

This is the ONLY shop I've ever trusted with my vehicles. I've brought all of my cars & trucks here for the past 8 or 9 years and have never had an issue. Great quality work for unbeatable prices all with fantastic customer service, you'll find no one better!

excellent work, very caring, friendly crew, comparable price. i highly recommend this business and i will continue to use them...it's so nice to find, of all things...an auto repair that doesn't try to rip you off. thank you for being honest I WAS NOT PAID TO POST THIS REVIEW... these people got my business the old fashioned way... THEY EARNED IT!!

They plugged a nail hole on my tire in 20 mins for $20. Couldn t be happier. Very straightforward and no nonsense. Thanks.

I wanted to change my car's alternator and had called my usual mechanic but someone recommended action tire. They gave me the fairest price (almost $100 bellow the price of my usual guy) and the service was super fast and awesome. will definitely go back here for my future work.

Shop always treats you well. They're really really busy, so sometimes you do need to wait a little bit, but they're always friendly and helpful. Haven't been there in a long time due to selling my old car and getting a new one. But I just picked up a used one again and having them go over it for me.You never feel like they're trying to get one over on you.

The business itself is awesome, reasonably priced and don t have to wait long for service. However, the website indicates it closes at 6pm. I told the guy at the desk I wouldn t be there until 5:30pm, when he called to tell me my vehicle was ready at 12:30pm. He called me at 5:09pm to ask me when I was picking up my vehicle. I said 5:30pm is the soonest I can get there. He was friendly when I got there, but clearly in a huge hurry to leave. A customer shouldn t feel like they ve inconvenienced anyone if they arrived well before the closing time on website.

Great food, great atmosphere. As usual the owner walks around greeting everyone making sure that everything is okay. Our waitress was a little off this time. Not one smile and not very attentive. We had to ask for everything. Oh well, I guess everyone is entitled to a bad day.

The owner of this shop, Mike Georges is shady....if you ever encounter Edwin Ortega his former employee at the shop, stay far away. Don't ever give this kid your keys! He may be in California again after his arrest in Bellingham, WA. My son knew Edwin and he was going to put a new racing motor in our car. He gave the keys to Edwin in April 2016 and the engine was promptly removed at Action Tire (liability on their part) and charged us for parts. Nearing the 4th quarter of 2016, my son kept asking when the car would be ready and Edwin refused to tell us where the car was. We enlisted Mike's help to no avail; he still insisted there was an 'open' ticket on our vehicle as the shell of the car should have been towed to our residence awaiting the new engine and it was not. Mike refused to terminate this employee and my son and I both believe he knew where our car was the entire time. Meanwhile, during this period, I paid insurance on this vehicle, paid the bank loan off and was unable to report it stolen because we had given the keys to this employee. Edwin had told Mike that he didn't pay one of his debts so the guy working on the engine took the car as collateral....many stories were bantered around, all lies. To prove my point, in July of 2017 Mike called my son and said the OC Sheriff found your car abandoned on a culdesac in Mission Viejo....and how would he know that information...we are interested to know! The car had been sitting on that street for months and Edwin had people come and push the car around every 3 days so it would not be towed and then he finally stopped moving it around and there were tickets on the car. This car cooked in the hot sun for months with bird droppings all over it, and no motor...transmission was thrown in the trunk...we didn't even have a key to the car! We took it to another shop and paid $11,000 to have it restored and it was finally finished in February of 2018. Mike told my son many times that due to his employee, he was going to reimburse us but he just stopped communicating....so now we are taking him to court. BEWARE...Edwin Ortega has many victims, large dollar amounts and not just my son....and if he will do that to someone he knows, then what will he do to a stranger? Edwin has several cases pending in small claims and when required to garnish his check by the sheriff, he did nothing. Actually the repairs may be good however the morals and optics are not. See below Mike, perhaps now you will believe all the people said they were ripped off! He was released Wednesday on $2,500 bail.According to the Bellingham Police probable cause statement involving the Audi: �Ortega agreed to sell a 2014 Audi S4, which was licensed in California, to the couple. At the time, Ortega said the car was at a dealership in Seattle getting some repairs and showed them video of the car. �Ortega drew up a contract, which included the couple making a $5,500 down payment on Feb. 28. The couple secured a $16,000 loan and paid Ortega using a cashier s check on March 12. Ortega deposited the check into his personal account and refunded $2,481 for taxes and licensing. �Ortega was supposed to deliver the Audi to the couple on March 13, but he never did, saying the car was still in the shop and he was waiting for the funds

Everytime I come by I feel like Family. Action Automotive have been taking care of my countless cars and countless problems for over a decade. They bend over backwards to make sure you are happy and more importantly, make sure your vehicle is handled

Shady business practice. Agreed to a $99 inspection which applies to a repair with the owner of this shop. Decides later on that the inspection is not a credit and argues with me on the phone for an hour claiming that he will win the court case and threatens to withold my car if I don't pay for his imposed price that I did not agree to. Very unprofessional and slimy.

Absolutely amazing service. I drive 31 miles to come see them because I trust them. They are very fair, and have always taken care of me. Mike is amazing.

Mikes the best! Broke my tansmission belt today and was referred to action tire by another mechanic but thank good ness i was because these dude are great!!!! Appreciate all the help from mike, Adam and the rest of the staff!!

A few years ago I brought my mom's Nissan Altima here for a regular oil change, and afterwards I was driving on the freeway and the car started putting out huge clouds of White smoke and I had to pull over on the freeway and get my car towed. Turns out they FORGOT TO PUT THE OIL CAP ON... Could have been major damage to the vehicle. Who knows if they even changed the oil. My good friend also had a terrible experience with this shop, they told him he needed all sorts of different repairs/services for his vehicle which he didn't even need, which costed him thousands of dollars and even after all that the car ended up breaking down on him a few months later.
