My car back bumper got painted here 1 yr back. After 6months the paint getting pealed-off. I took warranty appointment as they said paint has lifetime warranty. I got really surprised with the response they gave me, that they dont cover as there is a scratch at bottom of the bumper and says which caused the pain peal off where there is no relation with paint peal-off and the small scratch. When I asked the same question to that guy argued and said rudely that they dont cover the painting they have done. Paint peal-off happened in couple of places. And other place don t have any scratches near by the pain peal-off place. I had very bad experience with this service king. I would call worst than King.I don t recommend this place for any kind of repairs.

So normally I don't do reviews on Auto Repair shops as they just do a fix, done deal. However I had and accident in 2023 that was repaired here by insurance and I LOVED the clean job and how they wash and vacuum the car after. Its a very complete service. Getting appointments and communication is easy and great.I asked for them this year 2024 to repair an accident as well. Again they did a great job on the repair and repaint. I haven't had any issues on it so far.Separate from the repair, there was a different issueDuring this visit my AUX cable was pulled out from behind the radio. I was told the Manager believes this might have been an accident while they were vacuuming the car.There was a communication gap on who was going to contact who first about the follow-up repair on the cable reinstall as the whole radio needed to be removed to access the cables behind the screen above. I didn't hear anything back but kept getting survey reminders. I thought CC was not going to follow back up with me so i left a decent 7 out of 10 review; 10 for the repair and service, but -3 for the hassle of going back to my audio shop and paying to having it reinstalled.. I guess that was premature as CC seemed to have been waiting on me to follow up back with them on my reinstall. I had a call with the manager and we discussed the miscommunication. Here is my real review on this company as they treated me right and was trying to be as accommodating as possible. Though the cable issue should have NEVER happened, I do want to repair any misconception that I left a scathing review or any bad survey. In my survey, I sang praises about the repair and service, it was just the cable issue that was never resolved.i do still would recommend going to CC for any repairs. Its easy, its fast, and customer service is top notch!

I brought my vehicle in on January 22nd. The lady at the front desk was very kind, helpful and professional. It is quite the frustrating experience to need to bring your vehicle in for a body repair. However she brighten my day by making my experience here very enjoyable.The body repair mechanics did an amazing job, it was like it had never been damaged! It was even completed faster then what was expected, which was vital to me.I would easily recommend this place to my friends and family! Thank you again for an overall amazing service!

I had an absolutely awful experience with my repair at the Crash Champion in Milpitas, California.I received my vehicle back December 31, 2023. When I was given my vehicle, the manager Gordon Munson was handling my return because the person on my case was out sick. The manager had told me my car was missing the rubber molding, but he wanted me to have my vehicle back earlier as that wasn't an essential part. I agreed, and Gordon said that he would give me a call within that week to bring my car in, if I did not get a call he said to give them a call in a week.I did not receive a call so I called in, they put me on hold for 15 minutes and I was told the person on my case, Martin, would call me back. I never got a call back. I called once again and found out that they hadn't even ordered my rubber molding at this point 2 weeks later. I had to wait a few days and once again no one called me, I called back a few days later and they said the molding was ready. Each time I called, I ended it with a request to either speak with Gordon or have him give me a call. Of the 5 times I asked, not once did the manager give me a call.I finally got my rubber molding put on after, I had to reach out 4 different times to get it done when it should've been done with my original repair.Because of the winter I had not been using my AC, I noticed that my air conditioning was not working, the air was not blowing out cold. Once again I had to bring in my vehicle, and they told me my AC duct was clogged. My car is a new 2021 Elantra, the AC ducts should not have been clogged so soon and this was not an issue prior to my accident. I was told by the mechanic also this is uncommon for it to clog so soon. They unclogged the AC and recharged it.After the repair the AC was constantly making a terrible high pitch squeak, so I had to come back in. I made two appointments with Crash Champions, during both no repairs were done. Martin who was on my case, was not present for either appointment even though I booked it with him and the manager still did not give me a call despite asking now 7 times. Both appointments were a waste of my time and there was so much miscommunication within their office, that was frankly, not my problem.The final straw was when Gordon finally came out to speak with me, I brought up my concerns from the start of my repair. He did not address anything or apologize, instead he started stating that the repairs they did may not have been from my accident something else may have caused it, when the previous mechanics had already worked on these issues and my AC was replaced after the accident. They ended up calling me later to tell me my AC issues was because of a missing fuse, once again something completely different from what they originally said. The mechanical issues are beside the point my area of concern comes in the behavior of Gordon Munson. He brought out the technician that was speaking to me, and in front of him said "he's basically just a helper, disregard anything he said." To call out your employee IN FRONT of a customer like that is absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful on so many levels. Regardless of what the technician told me, I am appalled that a manager would speak like that to their employee at all.As a customer I am appalled by the behavior of this manager towards his employees, and coupled with the 7 times I had to come in with my car still not being fixed is ridiculous. My experience with specifically Gordon and Martin was terrible.I ended up taking my car to a second shop and was shocked to find out my ac had no coolant at all. This shop is a scam, i would not recommend to anyone to come here for your repairs.

I enjoyed the service. The check in process was simple and fast. Front desk was able to give me all the details of timing and cost. The rental car place is just behind the wall and Service king actually works with rental car pretty closely, which is very convenient. My car needed extra parts and there was a delay of the delivery; my maximum rental car allowance was about to expire and the manager promised to complete the job or give me extra rental car days paid by the Service king. In the end, they were able to get the parts and complete the repairs.

They are very responsive and very good at estimation on time and cost. Dean managed to repair my car and he frequently updated me through phone call in addition to updating through email and text message. Would ve given half a star or none if I could!!!! Stay away from this place or it s sisters. Unless this is the type of work you like! This was replaced after I hit a dog at 9:39pm on highway 680 in the fast lane. Instead of replacing with a new part Gordon chose this piece of junk that seeps water inside and burned out the light as you can see it s no longer working Gordon!!!!

Brought by 2018 Toyota Corolla here after an accident back in March. The repairs done are my car weren t complete as when I received my car back from Crash Champions, there were are handful of problems that needed to be addressed including my tires not even being aligned as well as a grinding noise coming from the side of the accident only to be told that it a wear and tear. I brought my car back several times for the lifetime warranty but each time they did NOTHING to help me. One of the guys didn t even know what he was doing as he pulled up a damn YouTube video to see what to do, as if I couldn t do that myself. I am never coming backing to this location, and I suggest no one else come here either, unless you want some half done repairs!

I went back here because I got really good service last time when I worked with Stefan. I had my appointment at 8 am on first day and they called me again the next day. I am being going to this store first thing in the morning since two days hoping to get estimates so that I can plan drop off, I always did mention that it was urgent. The only thing they did was clicked the pictures on both the days and never got back. And when I called them they then said estimates take 24-48 hours and Saturdays are not counted. Would not recommend as they are not consistent.

I had an appointment with this shop and I m glad I chose not to take my car there. Their customer service sucks. The general manager does not value customer service. They are not honest and can t even give straight answers. Avoid this shop. Honesty is a big thing for me.

Brought my BMW 535i into this shop after getting rear ended. Service King made the overall process seamless. They had missed a spot during the initial repair and when I noticed on the day of pick up, they connected me with the general manager, Gordon. He got it all sorted out under their shop warranty and the follow-up work was done in less than a day. I highly recommend this shop for auto repairs as Gordon will make things right.Services: Electrical repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Latest update: they have stepped up to the plate. Got the car back 1.5 days early. Washed and cleaned outside and inside. Repairs were done professionally.BTW rental car service was also smooth - all done onsite. No need to go to rental location.=========================Earlier review:Time is a very fluid concept here. Twice the appointment didn't start on time. Already 30 min late.No wifi - FYI. They show work tables but it defeats the purpose with no wifi.Just be sure to allocate extra time and not expect to rush to work. Nice clean new place with cold water bottles and coffee. Their attention to appointment time needs work.Will update once they repair my car.

This place was awesome. I recently had my car repaired here and the service was above expectations. The car was repaired back to original and returned washed which was a nice surprise. They kept in constant contact throughout the repair process and updated me along the way. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience.

Had a collision and contacted them, swift response. Customer service rep Tara s service was excellent. She went above and beyond to take care of us and our car. 5 stars!! Although a bit pricey, customer service justifies it.

They missed the key hole and promised me that they would repair it. But they have been dragging and lying to my face for 3 months since they made that promise. Apparently they are hoping that I will forget about it somehow. I don t recommend doing business with them if you value your time.Update: 6 months have passed, kept being ghosted. I would give minus stars if I could.Do NOT sign any paperwork if your repair is not done.

The team at this location run by Kelah with Maliza and Kara is so immensely helpful as well as resourceful! They always maintain a calm and happy outlook even when dealing with stressed out customers. This has such a positive effect on their office environment. Everyone is genuinely trying to help the customers! I had a tricky situation and Kelah went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and complete the work ahead of time. Their customer service was awful. I took my SUV in for an estimate since they're on my insurance vendor list. They inspected, said they'd contact my insurance and to give them a few days. I contacted them about a week later and they had no record of me being there at all. Their employee walked around my vehicle, took notes, etc then did nothing? I went to caliber instead.

Had appointment at 8am, no one shows up toHelp until 8;45am. When talking to receptionist the other lady working there comes and giggles, which is very rude. The person how came to help me is very very rude person doesn t when listen to what s the issue and problem is.
