Precision Tune Auto Care is simply amazing! Mathew and Carlos are fantastic, and everyone there is so wonderful. They really came through for me when my car needed attention. They quickly checked my tire and oil, and they got the job done fast.I truly believe they are a gift from God, ensuring my car runs smoothly. I'm incredibly thankful to God that a place like Precision Tune Auto Care exists. I highly recommend them for their friendly service and quick, reliable work.Thanks a bunch to the whole team! I was here for my wiper and oil change. They were quick and efficient . Fixed my car almost immediately. So I decided to get my full service done here. They were very prompt and upfront about the costs and provided excellent service. I would totally recommend.

Called in on Saturday morning and spoke with Carlos about a check engine light issue I ve been having on my Dodge Charger. I was told to swing by and they d take a look for me that same day. I got to the shop shortly after and although they were pretty busy for the Christmas holidays, they were still able to squeeze me in the same day, talk about excellent customer service! I ended up having a faulty thermostat and Carlos was very transparent and honest about the car issue and his team said they could take care of it that same day and get me back on the road. I appreciate Carlos honesty by not trying to convince me my car has other issues like other untrustworthy shops. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from your team and especially being able to get my car running perfect again right before Christmas. Thank you to your team at Precision Tune Auto Care, I ll definitely be back for more car maintenance and appreciate the great service. Much respect to these guys for taking care of everyone during the holidays.

It started out with where I could use my credit card for automotive services, which, of course, led us to this place. Took my wife's car in, and Carlos made us feel very welcome. I don't claim to be a car guy, but I appreciate his genuine honesty and patience in explaining things that were done on my wife's car. I plan on taking mine also soon. I've also read reviews on people's complaints, and honestly, it's an individual experience. Some people come into a place like this with personal high expectations because, of course, they are experts in car maintenance, LoL.Me, I'm a simple guy who would pay for honest quality service. A place where they don't sell people like me things that we don't need. Will I come back? Definitely! If everyone is as warm and as welcoming as Carlos, not to mention honest and straightforward, who wouldn't? Thanks bro for making our choice for a new mechanic an easy one

Trustworthy, fair, and reliable are all words you want associated with the shop you take your vehicle to, and this place checks all those boxes. Carlos, Russ, Luis and Junior are all fantastic! I highly recommend Precision Tune Auto Care in Milpitas for all of your automotive maintenance and repairs.

I've been going here out of convenience due how close it is to where I reside however twice they didn't put all the fluids in my vehicle for my oil change and told me it's because their busy on Mondays. It shouldn't matter what day I go the work should be done since it's what I'm paying for. Then I noticed my windshield wiper fluid wasn't filled after another oil change and the guy was rude to me when he put the fluid in stating it looks wet inside the fluid container eluding to a possiblw leak however if that was the case they didn't say anything about a leak. I recently found a blue paper towel under my hood which is what they use in body shops. All the times I've gone to get my oil changes they've never once changed my air filter. I went to the dealership for a recall issue and they said it needs to be changed and this was a week after my oil change. I need some work done but dont trust going back here unfortunately.The response from your shop us absolutely reflect the unprofessional staff.I've been going there for a few years the management has recently changed so you may not have been there when I was taking my vehicle. What I stated was absolutely FACTUAL. How dare you state otherwise. Instead of trying to rectify the issue you try and turn the tables. I didn't say the blue towels are a for sure thing however I was suspicious baSs on the previous behavior.Please feel free to call me.

I came to rebalance the wheels, I am very satisfied with the service. everything is good. I have to wait 1-2 hours to balance the wheel and cost me 80 buck

I got the car checked and serviced with the best pricing around. All the recommendations received were honest and had no advertisement. It definitely creates trust and willing to return for maintenance, highly recommend this shop.

Got my car's brake pads and rotors replaced here. These folks were very reasonable in the amount they charged, had great equipment and were able to perform the swap in no time. I'll also add that I got quotes for the labor from a few places and although these guys weren't the cheapest, they were the largest and the most professional looking. So I was happy to pay a bit more to get some peace of mind. :)Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

We have received routine maintenance as well as repair work on all our cars at this Precision Auto for more than 15 years. We have always been more than satisfied with the service we receive. The mechanics are always friendly and super helpful. Jerry the owner is courteous, friendly, and professional and everyone there is always ready to help us out with our cars. Their prices are very competitive. We will continue to use the service for as long as they are in business. I bought this tire from American Tires. They told me the nail i had is not repairable and asked me to replace it for $250, instead, i went to precision and patch it for a fraction of the cost. Thank you.

Every time I visit my sister who lives in this city, I always make sure to stop by here as needed for my oil change. These guys are great! Very friendly, calm, & collectively for you. My car s abs light is on. They checked that for me for $79.99. What I really appreciate is that the technician shows me under the car what went wrong with the car that caused the abs light warning.

Their service has gone downhill over the last year. I used to bring my car here the past few years and always got good service. Lately they have been overcharging for their services, are rude and don t deliver as promised on the phone. In particular, the Asian guy who works here, don t recall his name, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I hope he is not the owner because he certainly doesn t understand what customer service is.You just lost a loyal customer and I m going to make sure I spread this word with friends and family. I hope this place goes out of business soon!

New ownership.Carlos and Matt is awesome. Moved to the area and needed an oil change. Few weeks later had coolant valve issue and Carlos was able to stay on top of it whilst Matt was working with my warranty.

My go-to shop for oil change and repair, owning a 2015 BMW (or any other European cars) can be expensive to maintain. Jerry and Carlos have been super helpful and the price is fair, so much cheaper than going to the dealer, and they get the job done right. I highly recommend this local shop if you live nearby.Saturdays are usually busier than usual, choose to go on weekdays if you can :)

This is my go-to place for repairs and vehicle maintenance. They have a solid method of keeping track of when you have had your car serviced and they'll let you know if they notice anything odd about your car even during regular oil changes. Best to go in early so you can get out quickly as well. If you plan to wait, be sure to bring quiet entertainment (books, browsing the web on a phone, etc.), since the waiting room is somewhat small.

Got a complete tune-up with coolant and spark plugs. The workmanship is good. However the owner gave me a wrong estimate, charged me for 1 spark plug instead of 8. The plugs were $19 each, which is pretty much double what they would cost. It is pretty standard practice for auto shops to mark up parts, so I didn't mind that. Called me to let me know of the mistake. So the original bill was $811, after correction $950+. People make mistakes, its understandable. He took off like $2 for the mistake, which i thought was a joke....did not want to stand and bargain with him. -2 stars for bad customer service and bad communication.Services: Auto engine tuning, Oil change

I first went to Precision Tune Auto Care for an oil change after receiving one of their mailers, maybe 15 years ago. I have been going there for everything on my cars ever since. The service is prompt and the people are knowledgeable and friendly. The price is fair. They do not try to force extra service on me and even tell me when I am asking for service that is not needed yet.Good service at a fair price.

They have the best prices for factory recommended services. don't go to the stealer-ship. My cx-9 runs like a champ after its 120k service. I've been getting recommended services for my cars with these folks for the past decade or so. still the best.

Great service and good price. Very nice front desk help. If you are local they offer pickup and drop-off while your car is getting fixed. I have been taking my cars here for about 15 years.

Went for oil change but had the wheel rotation done as well for the same cost. Best in town and great service. Will visit again
