I pulled up for a bumper repair that had been causing me stress for months, and before I even got out of the car Kurt walked out to greet me. Incredibly humble guy, I felt at ease instantly. He was very honest about my repair and worked around to meet me at the lowest possible price point. Let s just say he saved me quite a bit of money compared to what I had previously been quoted. He quoted me as if he was quoting his own self, trying to save me from dishing out loads of money. I even was able to take my car in on a Saturday (two days after our initial visit) which meant I didn t have to take a day off of work. At one point during the repair, he realized one of the brackets that they ordered wasn t a perfect fit. Instead of rescheduling me, Kurt got in his car and drove to Fremont to pick up the part from the dealership. Now THAT S customer service and it honestly shocked me since excellent service like that is so rare to come by nowadays. So now I m happily driving around, not worrying about this bumper that had been causing me stress. Kurt and his team saved me a LOT of hassle and I happily (!) recommend his services to anybody who needs them.

I had a great experience replacing a fender liner for my Toyota Prius. The owner is very helpful and courteous. He advised me to get the spare part myself from a nearby place and replaced it without any charge!

Working with Kurt (Owner) was a pleasure. I originally contacted him through YELP on a Sunday and he was the first to respond. (Within 1hr) During my visit to his shop he assessed the damages. What I enjoyed about him was that he gave me options on what kind of services I needed for my truck. I didnt feel pressured to have unnecessary services to my 2004 Toyota Tundra. He even cleaned up my foggy headlights!!!Excellent customer service and very empathetic to his customer's needs. All I had installed was a chrome plate on my front bumper that was damaged from a small fender bender at work. Ordered part took less than a week. His fellow employees were very courteous as well as very helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant and professional. I would recommend Laguna Auto Body to my family and close friends as their services have exceeded my expectations.... Thanks Kurt!!

Kurt and his team was fantastic in fixing my BMW's front bumper and side skirt. High quality work, extremely friendly and extremely professional team. Kurt is extremely honest and doesn't nickel and dime. My go to guy for body work!

This was pretty disappointing all around. Went in for a ~8" scratch repair - cost was >$1100. Came to pick up the car and there was polishing compound all over the place. They made a minimal effort to clean some of that and then I left. When I got home and finished cleaning polishing compound off, there was:1. overspray all over the side window2. a paint run on the fender3. all of the bulbs and connectors from the headlight assembly disconnected / dangling in the engine bay.They set a pretty low bar for quality and service there...Service: Painting

Laguna Auto Body is very good at what they do. They have experienced personnel in all aspects of body/paint work, and they can do everything from a fender repair to a full paint job of your entire car. They are also very good at doing work on classics and vintage Mercedes, American Classics, and hot rods as well. I have had two vintage Mercedes completely repainted by them, and I have been very satisfied with the end results. Kurt is a master painter for sure. I highly recommend Laguna to anyone.

Recently had new owner, Kurt, paint my beloved 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder. What an amazing difference! Kurt gave my car new life. Looks brand new, even better! Quality paint job, he even found all new exactly the same appliques and added some extra bonuses like fixing blurry headlamps. Excellent customer service and a top quality paint job. I brought my vehicle here to get some work done and these guys do a fantastic job. They also have great prices and great quality. The owner knows his stuff very nice guy.... Easy experience I've ever had going to a body shop!

I had the pleasure to be taken care of by the awesome team of professional at Laguna Auto Body not once, but twice! Both times with excellent results on the cars. Kurt s was so helpful with getting us fast and good estimates and finished the work on the cars as promised. Kurt is helpful, hardworking, honest and efficient. He evaluated our car for free and helped us find a buyer with a reasonable price. We will definitely come back if we need to fix our cars. I strongly recommend this place.

Kurt by far is an angle sent from heaven. I had a streak of bad luck colliding into another driver. Completely totaled the front of my car. I was uninsured and had to pay the consequences of all my bad decisions. But guess what, Kurt in the flesh was extremely compassionate towards me. The day I crashed it was his kids birthday and this dude went out of his way to give me a ride back home. Not just that but I was in the process of moving and he gave me the car, back in shape in no time! It was having few sensor issues but he told me to come back and he would get it all done. He is a man of his word and he definitely delivered. I truly appreciated his service. I felt that I was treated like a real human being and he definitely had my back. I can't say more about Laguana Auto Body only that all the people who work there are real heroes trying to help everyone the best they can. I originally took my 2008 Civic to Laguna Auto Body around Thanksgiving to reattach my front right bumper that wasn't sitting flush and fix the wheel lining. It was fixed within a few days only because the parts had to be ordered. The service was very friendly, honest, and at a very wallet friendly price. Other places were quoting me a couple hundred dollars more.I had to take my car back today because I forgot to mention the first time that there was some rattling coming from the front engine area and the owner remembered working on my car from 7 months ago. He fixed the loose Honda logo that was causing the rattling for a very good price and communicated with me about how many cars were ahead of me and how long it would take, which was not long at all.Hopefully I don't have to have my car worked on again soon but if I ever do I'll be coming back here.

Kurt and his team were just what I needed after my life was interrupted by an auto accident. I had some difficulty with my insurance company (Avoid Clearcover!), but they worked with me to assure the car was repaired to my satisfaction.Kurt went above and beyond by patiently working with the adjuster and repeatedly contacting them. His team also paid attention to detail, making my car looking even better than before. They polished the headlight lenses to remove the typical haziness you get on older cars.Thank you Laguna Auto Body!

Prius, fender replacement and some bumper work. I wouldn t say it was an impeccable job, but it was a good job. I wouldn t say they didn t play games, but it s hard for a girl to get a better price. I m happy my fender s fixed and it looks pretty good, but not ecstatic about the alignment. You get the picture. The people are nice. All in all would recommend to family and friends.

The staff here is very nice and quick! Before I could walk up to the door I was greeted and helped. They fixed my rear view mirror in less than 10 minutes, definitely recommend and will be going here anytime my car needs something

New owner and master painter. Neighbors and others said the car looked better than before the accident. Timely repair and delivered when suggested it would be done. Would recommend this shop to everyone. Very pleased!!

1 Star is too high, however � star wasn't available:For the following reasons:- Poor Service.- Body work is never that good and usually very marginal.- Paint is never that good either, they don't have good control of over-spray, or color matching.- I'm thoroughly disgusted by the poor quality of the workmanship.I won't take another vehicle to this place even though this it is the closest body shop to my house.
