I may have been profiled at this place, if you seem well off or have a semi-decent car don t come here. They charged me $1,100 for front brake pads and rotors on a 2017 Dodge Charger, should ve been close to a $500 job, beware you will be up charged like crazy at this place. I m stupid for even considering the price, $250 for one rotor. Joe used to be my go-to for fair prices, now I m never going back. See photos for reference.Service: Brake service & repair

They charged us $416 and did not fix anything. Only $80 of that was previously communicated as inspection charge which would have been adjusted if we had chosen to do the repairs with them. However, when we declined because their repair prices were insane, they ended up charging us $416 by adding a few more inspections. They charged $150 for replacing a bulb but the light still didn't turn on. They offered to run more "inspections" on the circuitry and asked us to pay more. At that point we cut our losses at $416 and took the car to another mechanic who fixed it in $65.Services: Electrical repair, Brake service & repair, Vehicle maintenance

This place is over booked or works differently. Everything needs a full day drop off. Which means the maintenance cost goes up.

The tire pressure warning light of my car came on. I went here to repair it. For the first time, I couldn t find out why. After a few days, it turned on again, and I waited a few hours for the second time, and then said that there was a problem with the inflatable mouth. After a month, it was still bright. I went there for the third time and said that the tires needed to be taken down for inspection. Obviously, the three workers had nothing to do. The boss didn t instruct the workers to do it. Instead, he asked me to come and put the car here next time. In fact, the problem can be solved quickly.

Joe's Tune Up & Auto Center helped me get my rear brake line fixed. It had gone bad and leaked out most of my brake fluid, and therefore I had no brakes! They are super fast, convenient, knowledgeable and affordable.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

Expensive service & parts! Thought we're saving money by going to this shop. We should've read reviews first! After I learned about a second opinion aside from the reviews, I realized we got ripped off! They charged almost $560 to change "new" alternator and serpentine belt plus labor. Core - they charge $90 if we decide to take it with us so had no choice but to leave it to them. But, weren't they suppose to subtract $90 from the total charge since they are keeping it? Yet, that's not the case. I don't know. We reviewed receipt but part number is not listed so, we're not really sure if they actually ordered the parts in "NAPA" as what they are claiming. Who knows?!It sucks to get second opinion and the work has already been done. We had no choice but to never look back and let go of the extra cost.Taking advantage on people who doesn't know much about cars is not cool. Yes, they have to earn profit but atleast be reasonable.Never again.To all, do your research!

Very bad experience when it came to using my snap financing! I mentioned three times that I would be using my SNAP to pay for services when I took it in on Saturday. When they were not able to service my car Saturday I took it back on Monday and again let the manager know that I would be using snap financing as I left my car there. Received a phone call from manager of the services my car needed and an estimated total, at that time I mentioned that I have snap financing limit of up to 5000. So to go ahead and do the work needed. When I finally went to pick up my car on Monday after work completion and I was ready to finance repairs thru snap financing I was told by a mechanic that they don't accept snap financing and had to pay charges of $1200 str8 out of pocket! Business has sign up advertising Snap financing but apparently doesn't except. They also didn't complete all work that was included with estimate. They had my car from 8:30am-4:30pm. Thank God I had just enough in my saving to pay for repairs not sure what would have transpired otherwise!!!Service: Vehicle maintenance

Frustrated with this shop. Took my 2014 Nissan Maxima in mid December for a noise that happened to be a power steering leak. One week later had to go back the vehicle was still leaking the fluid and the vehicle wasn't driving like it had prior to this issue. Took it back in and part was supposedly replaced again. Welp now back in for the 3rd time. Power steering reserve was empty obviously leaking. I have been waiting for an update. Good thing I live and work close by. Stopped in there and Joe isn't there and noone can tell me the status. Paid $$$ unhappy but want them to fix this problem as they are responsible. This will be my last time taking any of my vehicles here.Service: Vehicle maintenance

This is my go to auto shop. My company uses Joe's, so eventually I began going to Joe's when my personal vehicle needs servicing. Always reliable ... highly recommended!

It's always best as a women to research what you need to know to understand what would work best for you financially. I did and I had my two car filters replaced for half the price.

I went in with leaking coolant. They said it was radiator, without doing a pressure check on cooling system! I took.somewhere else, and diagnosed quickly. It turned out to be water pump! I think Joe's prices are very over rated. He had new face mechanics, that did not seem to know their jobs.

Please please stay away from this guy by all means possible. At first time, he looks very polite, honest and professional. Actually, even the pricing was good for small bait items or repairs such as oil change, tire rotation that everybody can compare. However, once he think he gets your credit, he will start rip off. I was going well with this guy at the beginning but ended up paying more than $1700 for 4 shock absorbers. That could be my fault not getting a second opinion from other source but when I checked later on, it was only $700 ~ $800. Once again, please please don't go.

I came to Joe's shop to install my newly bought hitch receiver because they have a good 4.3 review score. But it turned out they charged way higher than reasonable. Definitely NOT recommend this repair shop.The installation guide(and youtube videos) said it may take 30 to 60 minutes, 30 for expert and 60 for novice. But finally, they charged me for 1.5 hours of labor, which made me feel got ripped off. I know they pursue profit, but this is way too much. Business won't be successful this way. Stay away from them.

After the quote, makes you sign a bunch of documents and, leaves the car at the shop to be worked on. When I went to pick it up with all repairs done, charged me more than double the price as what was first made clear to me... Well, all the services are done, what more can I say except pay for it? Safe to say I won t be returning for their services. Just be honest with your prices beforehand, man! I don t usually write reviews, but when I do, it s pertinent!

I have had many of my cars and trucks serviced and repaired at Joe's Auto Service.They are always very knowledgable and professional. Pricing is very fair and honest.I would highly recommend this business.Thought I would update this review.Joe's Auto continues to be the only place I trust and take my cars.The service,good work and honesty continues to be beyond the call of duty.I highly recommend this business.

Bad costumer service. I call and the dude talk rude I ask how much for an oil change and his answer was how come you don t just bring the car in.. okay I gave him a chance cause my mom friend said that s the way he is he doesn t mean it in a rude way. Ok I go after work for an Oil Change still no price on it when asking. he charge 108.41$ At the end. That s the highest I paid in Oil Change for my car. Never again first time coming here and last time.Service: Vehicle maintenance

Rude customer service, didn't even ask me the reason why I brought my car in(yes my check engine light came on for coolant, but that's not all that needed fixing, also needs wheel barring). They way overcharge, to truly a rip off!!!

They charged me 450 for a brake pad while other place only charge me 180. Event the oil change is double price. Stay away from this shop please.
