Frank and his team saved us by squeezing our car in at the end of a busy Saturday afternoon. We discovered a tire that was slowly loosing air once we got in the car for our long weekend away.Tire was patched and we were on the road in under 20 minutes. $35 to fix the tire and give us peace of mind for the trip. We'll definitely be back the next time we need tire work done.

We came in because one of the tires had a screw and the tire was showing low pressure. The manager, Frank, was very friendly and quickly explained what needed to be fixed. The crew is also friendly and the price is also reasonable. Even though there was a car ahead of us they quickly helped us out. Definitely recommend!

I went in to get a quote on tires for my truck. Frank is a very good guy his quote beat out the price of the other two shops I went to last week. It was a bit late in the day, he was going to have me come back the next week when I had time. The awesome guy that he is, decided that he could sell and install a set of four tires today and did so! I would recommend anyone to go see Frank at the Great Mall Tire Outlet. I forgot to take pictures of his business or get his hours of operation but did take a few pictures of my tires. But I got his business card and can add a picture of it.

Guys please don t go there, first he even don t know how to fix tires instead they will make hole on the tire and to make you come back and charge you some extra money, second, he is the most rude guy ever i have seen because he is old it s good for him to stay at home. I had a very bad experience went there on my first time.

I came in stranded and panicked after getting a flat on the freeway (I live over 100 miles away). Frank and his team helped me out tremendously!!! Forever grateful. Thank you Frank!

We had some questions about our car and what the dealer had said we needed. They are very honest there and helpful. Never to busy to answer questions and would rather make a good customer than charge money for things you do not need.

Terrible experience. No quote provided, no phone call to alert the changes. we only asked to replace one tire, but they changed two and said the other one has a screw in it. Will NEVER come back to this shop again

I recently had an incredible experience at Great Mall Tire Outlet. I discovered a nail stuck in one of my tires and since it's Sat afternoon, I went Big O Tires near by, but they insisted I needed to replace all four tires for a hefty price of $1400. Feeling unsure, I went to Frank's shop this morning, and I'm so glad I did! He examined my tire and found that the nail didn't even puncture it. Without hesitation, he removed it for free! His honesty and expertise are top-notch. I highly recommend Great Mall Tire Outlet for their outstanding service and integrity.

I always come to this place for tires and alignment. They get busy but I don't have to wait 6 hours like most people at Costco. The manger is knowledgeable and the price is always reasonable.

These guy are awesome! Been coming here for a while. Great service and efficiently! Frank and Trevor are suspension and tire wizards! Will never go anywhere else. Best service I have ever had in my life!

Excellent customer service! I came in today thinking I needed a new tire after I kept losing air pressure, but Frank took a close look and determined that I actually had a bent rim instead and referred me to a different service. He didn't even charge me for the consultation which was really awesome. I'll definitely be back whenever I need a set of tires or service on my tires, as I really appreciate his honesty and candor.

Came with my car with a slow leak in one of my tires. Easy check in with Frank nice straight forward guy. He was clear that there was a car ahead of me. Anyways, I was in and out of the place in about an hour or so. They patched my tire. All is good. I d come back when I need tires.

Straight shooting, honest, friendly neighborhood spot. Wanted to get a full set of tires replaced after experiencing a flat on my commuter car. Replacement tires are soooo much quieter than my previous set and they intuitively solved that issue (I didn't even know I needed!!!). Ride is smoother than it ever was before. Reasonably priced locally-owned tire specialist. Definitely taking my Jeep here next.

Came here off of a friends recommendation and I'll only be coming here from now on.Had a huge nail in my tire and Frank fixed it quickly. With hits customer service I decided to order a full set of tires and he special order myOffset sizes and had them ready to install within 2 days. Once they came in, he installed them right away first thing in the morning. I was able to get an alignment to keep them balanced and in good shape for the long haul, because he was able to get me 70K mile tires.Highly recommended tire shop that will really take care of your car.

Excellent service, was low cost and speedy for tire repair, other services are low cost as well. The owner Frank was friendly and considers his customers interests as much as his own. I highly recommend to check them out.

Frank provided excellent service during my visit. I had called a day beforehand to request a quote on some continental tires. Had all four tires replaced on my vehicle the next day. Frank was honest and upfront about the prices and even explained the warranty on the tires. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for new tires.

I recommend everyone to Frank all the time!! He does an excellent job and truly cares about his customers. He will not overprice you unlike other tire shops. This is truly his career and he does it with a passion and care. Keep it going Frank !!

Called for a quote on trailer tires, Gentleman says hes got them and theyre a radial. Also to get there early as he usually works on trailer tires 1st thing in the morning. No problem get there at 6:59am. As I start backing in with my 28ft enclosed trailer I was told "You didn't tell me your trailer was this big." OK, "So do I go somewhere else?" He said yes. I didn't lowball, didn't haggle on the price, wasn't rude or unprofessional at all. I run a small business my self and maybe next time a good idea is to just not service trailers? Or ask the customer how big his trailer is? This is a 5 lug double axle trailer on 205/75/15 tires. Nothing commercial or freight sized about them. Just a waste of time for me as I showed up the next day after getting a quote over the phone.

This old guy with mustache, he was the one do estimate and all about the infor. The way he talks in his depth mouth so I could not hear clearly. He is easy got upset with thing NOT a big deal . I am waiting if the wheels will be ok or not ?

I had a flat tire on one of my cars( Audi A5) and since this shop was closest to my home, I decided to give it a shot. A person from the shop walked up to me . This person was extremely rude and started passing comments just as we entered the shop. He told us that we need to get all our tires replaced. I eventually wanted to get all of tires replaced but wanted some time to research and find the best possible option. For the time being, I asked him if they could help replace just the flat tire with the spare and then maybe we can come back after we have done our research. This person then insists that I should replace all 4 and tells me You aren t smart, are you ? . I was shocked at this point. Extremely extremely rude staff. I cannot imagine someone speaking to a customer like this. This was probably one of the worst customer service experience I have received in my whole life. Avoid at all costs! Just in case, this rude person happens to read this, I wanted to leave a short note. Buddy, I am not responsible for you not get anywhere with your life. The least you could do is talk nicely to people and maybe , you could have progressed in life as a human being , if not as a very successful person .

I went to this place after giving up on the dealer and other independent retailers.Frank and his team are professional, honest and go beyond the expected work to satisfy customers.If you're looking for the best tire service then come to this shop.Hat's off!

Frank is a legend. I unfortunately got a flat last month or so and took it to this place since my fiance went there recently and said they were great. She had a tiny leak; they patched it and told her that the tires needed rotation. They went ahead and rotated them free of charge! Frank actually remember my fiance while inputting my info into the system - apparently we live on a memorable street name.In any case after inspecting my tires, he came out and asked where I had gotten my tires last. I told him I got them at Pacific Tire Outlet (PTO) a few doors down years ago which had since been closed and taken over by Big O Tire. Turns out Frank used to work at Pacific Tire Outlet for 25 years. When Big O Tire took over, he stayed for a bit but didn't like how things were becoming and decided to quit and open his own shop.Frank and his team plugged my flat for FREE and pumped all tires to required PSI. I offered him tips and lunch but he refused. He said it was unfair for me too since if PTO was still open, I apparently would have gotten it patched for free. I observed his interaction with other customers and I could tell they know each other and they trust him. Likely loyal customers from PTO who follow Frank to his new shop. In any event, I thanked Frank profusely. I will continue to come here for all my tires needs and will not hesitate to recommend his shop to anyone I know. Milpitas needs more awesome business owner like Frank for sure.

Got my bmw 328i BMW OEM brakes replaced in here. Jut half of the price that BMW Stevens Creek quotes me.And my car runs great!

My experience with Frank was great. He was honest and only suggested the needed service for my Tesla. It seems like they only take walk-ins, so the wait can get long if you come in when they are busy.

The guy working there was being rude to the woman (potential customer) he was on speaker-phone with. So, being a woman myself, I left.In addition, they might want to let people know that you need to get there an hour before they close at least or they will not replace your tires. On the phone to me he said "come in any time", so I came in 45 minutes before they closed. He said "sorry, you have to get here before an hour before closing". On the phone I heard him give the same info to the woman he gave me. I felt like yelling to her "yeah- any time before FIVE, not six".

I had excellent customer serviceAnd the tires were reasonably priced. I had an alignment Def recommended. I'm riding smooth. Next I'm getting my front brakes done here. I highly recommend Great Mall Tire Outlet. 5 stars
