I took a day off of work just to get my truck fixed at this location. I came in for an alignment and A/C services. My appointment was at 10 am on 3/20/2024. When I got there at 5:30 pm. The front desk worker told me they had not done anything to my vehicle. I could understand that it's busy, but what is the point of an appointment system then? I waited for my truck to get fixed for 7 hours and 30 minutes and no one worker did anything. That's freaking wild. I will never come back to this place again. Save your money and time and not go here.

i got there at 7:55am for my appt. the lady was very nice and helpful! she said the car will be ready the latest at 12:00PM, i said ok i will be back at 12:00, she said we'll call you. it never happened! I walked to the store at 2:00PM to give them some time to complete the job. when i got there one of your representatives was looking for my car. we noticed they just put my car up to change the tires. the guy comes and it tells me, it will be another couple of hours because we only have 2 technicians and we have people here since 7:30AM waiting for their cars and some are going to leave them here. he was lying on face, so i did not want to argue with the guy, so i left. now, i was waking around the blocks for another 2 hours until he called me that my car was ready. these people in the lobby need more training about customer service. Once you promise something you better do it. now, if something happens, you make a call and tell the customer it's going to take longer! at least we know

I brought my car in during there twice a year big sale.I bought some well needed tires at a great price. Gilbert and Bernadette were very helpful in providing guidance on my choice of tire. Upon inspection of my car they were able to diagnosed a few issues that could have been very costly if they were not addressed. Their mechanic Quan discovered I had an issue with my thermostat and hoses. Gilbert and Bernadette kept me posted on the repairs. I was happy that they provided updates with the cost so I was not taken by .Also Quan discovered I had an oil leak, which could have been a disaster if not address. Thank God It was a simple fix. I will continue to bring my car here for repair. I highly recommend Firestone.

As usual, I got quality service for my car, with maintenance long overdue. It is just that this place is very crowded so my car was ready around 5:00 pm instead of 2:30 pm. I did not need it immediately so I just went to pick it up the next day. Great job!

Raul was very rude. Didn't want to help at all or provide customer service to the issue at hand. Initially came in for a car care package. Mentioned I wanted to know if there were any issues with the car and would like a call back. Gilbert was helping me with receiving the mileage and mentioned tires are needed. I told him that I wanted to know the results of the car before purchasing tires. Never received a call back, I called for an update and the car never made it to the machine for the inspection. I didn't receive a call until after 6pm and said my car was completed and ready for pick up. I had asked what was done to my car cause I never received a call. Raul mentioned he was told to put tires on my car. I never approved for this and told him I've been waiting to get the test results back and never received a call. Raul said there was nothing he can do but if I didn't want the tires to leave my car there until tomorrow, and I told him that I needed my car tonight. So, I was forced to pay for something I didn't approve and I couldn't speak to no one about it. Raul was very rude, he seemed to think this was funny because of the miscommunication that occurred and his responses and tone towards me were all rude. Also, I've been a long standing customer and my tire key is always in a spot and the techs know where to put it. I had no idea the key wasn't placed back and when I was gathering the receipt printout and my keys, I started to walk away and Raul rudely said "Oh, hey, don't forget your key....your tire key lock. You may need it in the future." I was livid. He didn't even implement if the key was mine when mkeys and paperwork were handed to me. Raul didn't seem to care this whole fiasco was an issue, he tried to put blame on others, then tried to say no one told him anything, but to put tires on my car. Raul also told me he's been answering the phones all day and I mentioned so yes, I did speak with you, and Raul quickly said, "No, no you didn't". He was just flat out horrible. What happened to the customer service at this location? Has it completely changed when new employees arrive? This can't be...how can I recommend or suggest if customers get treated like this. It is disgusting.

Do not come here, I should of read reviews before I did. I made an appointment online, got confirmation email and showed up at the time of my appointment. It took 20 min for employee just to come to the desk, then he said he doesn t have my appointment and when I showed him email confirmation he pretty much said he doesn t have it. He has completely I don t care attitude and zero customer service skills.I ve been Firestone customer for decade and was always happy(different city, recently moved) And now Firestone lost me as a customer, thanks to this location

I brought my 2019 Mazda CX-5 for a pre-sales "Complete Vehicle Inspection +". Among the results reported was "Front Struts Blown", with an estimated repair cost of $1200. I took it to another mechanic who said that the struts are fine.When I got the vehicle home, I opened the hood to find the plastic engine cover was NOT fastened down, but simply laying on top of the engine. Further, the rubber engine cover mounts on the firewall side were missing. I found one of the laying loose on top of the engine, with the other one not to be found.In addition, a plastic cover to access the oil drain plug and oil filter was not only reinstalled improperly, but also missing one of the two screws.Needless to say, the technician who did this work needs supervision and more training.The inspection did properly identify needing a new battery and rear brake pads, which I already knew. While the inspection got these things right, for obvious reasons I do not plan to be a returning customer.

One person at the front desk, and that too is horribly slow . It took 40 mins for a scheduled appointment to be addressed. It took 40-60 mins for a completed work to be called and collect the payment due and release. Every customer has to wait for minimum of 5 mins to be addressed after a customer leaves the desk.I found workman ship good.One must sacrifice a day from work or schedule for alternative arrangements for kids picks up if we show up here.

If I could give zero stars I would. They have the worst customer service and have no communications with you with what is going with your car. The hispanic man was very rude to me and was very neglectful about what was happening with my car. The service was actually horrible and I waited for three hours and they didn't even work on my car. They take thirty minutes to even get to you while you wait in line and take the phone calls more seriously then the people who are there waiting. Actually the worst service I've ever had don't come here.

For a last few years, the technicians of this place were bad , Milpitas - 95035. Yesterday, they did the rotation for my wheels, that was very easy job, but when they opened 5 screws on one of my wheels, they did break one of them. It was terrible. Now I had to drive home with 4 screws on that wheel, then have to wait for them to order the part to fix my car. I have to bring back my car over there one more time to fix that big problem. I can send you the photo of broken screw if you want. Few months ago, my relative brough her new car over there to change the oil. During finished to changed the oil, They didn't turn the screw properly, made the oid leaked, her car had a lot of smoke when she drove on the highway. I can give you her name and the license and the date she brought her car to FireStone for service, if you want. Because she was old and did not use a computer so she could not complain to FireStone Management.

Understaffed. Called multiple times before I go. Nobody picked up the phone. Went to the store, 3 customers ahead of me. Customer rep having long chat with 1st customer as if the rest of us are invisible. Waited 40 mins only to tell me I need to drop off car for just tire plug. Avoid coming here until they staff more people and train for better customer service. As I left to get service somewhere else, saw techs crowding around chatting, not doing much work.

The whole shop was unprofessional with the repair and of their customer s time. First visit, I walked in for a minor rear tire repair. I had inspected the flat myself and made note of the puncture. I told the shop to inspect the entire wheel for any additional punctures. I got the car back in a couple of hours thinking all the repairs was done.Next day, the low tire pressure sensor turned on and it was for the same tire that was just repaired. Apparently there were more than one puncture. I went back to the shop early morning at 7:30 am, waited until 2:00pm to be told that all 4 tires need to be replaced and the single puncture was not repairable.Comparing the inspection form from both days, the tread depths from the day before and today were very different. How is that possible after one day? What numbers are accurate?Seems like it depends on luck.

After having a blowout on the freeway a few weeks ago, I ended up getting towed to this Firestone location. Despite being very busy on a Friday afternoon, they still managed to replace my tire and get me back on the road same day.

Slowest work. Bought 4 new tires Wednesday 3pm. Front desk said I d get my car back 6pm Wednesday. It s Thursday. They opened at 7 am. It s 10 and still no car. Dishonest people. Unhappy workers.Service: TiresService: Tires

I have an scheduled appointment at 8 AM today for an alignment. After dropping off my car, I have been trying to call the store over 20 times the past 3 hours from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, no one pick up the phone. Terrible customer service.I do not recommend this shop.

I made an appt for a wheel balance and rotation. The apt time didn't seem to matter to them, 4 hrs later I finally get my car back. Unfortunately someone either over tightened my lugs or crossthreaded them, two of my wheel hub studs sheared off not long after. Wouldn't go back here and I'd appreciate my money back since I was stranded for 2 days and had to spend more money to fix the mistake.

The service is HORRIBLE,.Today 3/24I had have appointments for my van, 3 times since the beginning of March, one time I dropped off my vehicle early in the morning, at noon time a person at front desk called me to pick up my vehicle because no technician, ok I came to pick up my vehicle, then he made other appointments for me, both times they canceled, so today I dropped off my vehicle at 8:30 am, I waited until 4:15 pm, no call, I went up to the store, the guy at front desk asked me if I dropped off my vehicle, I said yes, and told him that I dropped my key in the early bird box, here my key was still in the box. He told me to either take the vehicle home or leave it there, he will try to get it done by 8:00 pm tonight or early in the morning, I took him I need the van for work in the morning. He said he is not sure if he can get it done tonight. May be because I bought a lifetime warranty service package for my vehicle, so the store doesn t want honor that package that I paid for, I think the government consumer service should step in to help us as a whole.Service: Tires

8/2/2022 update from a 5 star to a 1star. called on 8/1/2022 and confirmed I will be there at 5, called back at 3 to confirmed, the they say they don't have tire but they will book me for next day at 5. Called 8/2 at 10 am then they could not find my tire. Called back at 3pm to confirm appointment then they found tire. Showed up at 4:30 and it took them till 5:12 to call me to desk to fill out paperwork. Tried to upsell me on alignment. Yes, she was coached by the other person to ask me and it was done in Spanish. They talked in Spanish as if I don't understand. She was sarcastic in my response to her answer. The whole entire team is too focused on socializing instead of taking care of non-hispanic customer. After one customer complained about the wait, they decided to pull my car in at 6:03pm when they had said car will be ready at 6pm. 2019 Exceptional team. Everyone comes to them because they are so efficient.

Literally go anywhere else. Terrible quality of service highly disorganized and they should remove the honesty quote on the wall because the front desk lady will say anything to get you to pay for something then lie about the time it takes to get it done. Was told a walk in was 2-3 hour wait and come back to make an appointment in order to wait less time. Made the appointment for 8am it got approved 4 min before the appointment. I was also in line for 45 min with only 2 people ahead of me. Then was told they cannot tell me how long it will take for a tire patch but it would be longer than 3 hours. I mentioned that last time they said to avoid the wait i needed an appointment and she rudely brushed me off and said too bad you have to wait.

Look for special interesting charging station :) ==============================TodayBeware missing cap for the valve stem every time on the ongoing service.Is the management change? Advisor Roger Hang-up the phone on me while I complaint about the missing part after fixing flat tire.

Good morning all this morning 12/23 had an appointment for tire alignment. Got to Firestone with good time before 8am. I been with Firestone for a long time taking all my vehicles there. Since I'll said change of the guards all has gone done the drain. Customer service has changed alot . Well on this date 12/23/23 I had an appointment for tire alignment: desk clerk ask can I help you? A yes I made an appointment for alignment at 8am. Them he mentioned are you dropping it off I said no I'll wait for my truck. Than he mention well on Saturday is drop offI know thats are options and choose to wait for my truck. The thing that got me confuse was that the technician had cars ahead of mine. (What cars?)I guess appointments are not honor as they should be. PS. Clean up on all your technicians working space. Wish taken a picture..

I feel like the staff here do not have the geniune interest to fulfill the life-time wheel alignment.Had a car that left with a crooked steering wheel after 4-wheel alignment. Their second attempt made it worse and the front desk backed the technician, instead of examining the technician's claim. The front desk apologized in words only and then recommended me to go else where.Service: Wheel alignment

Scheduled oil change for 9:30am. Initial estimate was 3pm. Called twice. Second time they told me 6:30pm will be ready. I went at 6:30pm and the front desk guy tells me they didn't do my oil change. I asked him to give me the keys and he tells me "give me 15 min and I'll get it done"... Nope! I don't care anymore. You just lost a customer. So unprofessional!

My husband dropped off my car this am for an 8am oil change appointment. He got there around 7:45am. The woman who handled the transaction, possibly Bernadette, according to the work order I received in an email at 8:30am was incredibly rude from the get-go. Both of our phone numbers have been used during previous oil changes here so my husband wasn't sure which phone number was used for this appointment. Bernadette was upset and wouldn't let my husband even finish his sentence. One man was there as a walk-in for tires and Bernadette was on the phone scheduling an appointment for tomorrow. No other customers. At 1:15pm, about 20 minutes ago, my husband called for an update. This time, I heard the interaction over the speaker. In an unnecessarily rude tone, Bernadette stated, "I told you other cars were before yours." Then she said to hold on while she sees if our car is ready. The call disconnected a few minutes later and now my husband just left to go check on the car in person.A - Why take appointments if this business has no intention of honoring them? B - Why would it take over 5 hours for an oil change when you drop off the car before 8am? C - Why is Bernadette allowed to speak with customers at all? She seems like a miserable person, regardless of the time of the day. The last appointment here went smoothly a few months ago and today, dealing with this woman alone, let alone the 5+ hours of wait and still not knowing whether the car is ready to be picked up...what a way to ruin someone's day.Update as of 1:45pm, my husband just walked back from this Firestone and the car is as he left it this morning. Close to 6 hours now and no oil change. Bernadette again was rude and said other cars were ahead (but our appointment time is 8am, so how many appointments did they possibly schedule from opening to 8am?). Then she said to take the car elsewhere if he wants. Wow.

I booked the appointment at 8AM. Reached on time. The receptionist attended me almost an hour later because there were lots of people in the line. Even I had an appointment, receptionist told me that I have to keep my car for the whole day.Looks like there is no control over the number of appointments given for a particular time. Due to this lots of chaos happening. There were few other unhappy people like me.

Booked an appointment, arrived, waited for an hour just to be told the tires that I tried to order were not there, the frontdesk clerk was clueless on when tires will come or how long it will take to replace. Went to wheelworks and got compatible tires for $200 less, same-day service. I guess this Firestone as a business is doing well to be able to turn returning customers away like this.Thank you for reading this far, I sincerely hope you can save some time by going somewhere else.

0 stars. Booked for a service online using an open slot that the system showed. Carne to the shop and they said the software was garbage and allows for appointments outside of operating hours. No appointments till 2 days later. No apology for the SW or the situation. Much better shops in the vicinity. Better to take business there
