I've visited Elite Mercedes twice now for service. Both times were exceptional service, so i thought it was time for a review. Exactly the type of shop you hope to find. Honest and fair pricing. Raymond takes the time to explain what was found and let's me know what is important to fix and what can wait. I work on cars, when I have time, and all his recommendations have been spot on with my assessments. '04 Mercedes c320. Service A, B and battery replacement.

After taking over my GLC lease, I decided to have Raymond and his team at Elite to service my car. Raymond and his team did an outstanding job in giving me an estimate (which is a lot cheaper than the dealership service), and an estimate for pickup.Needless to say, I was able to pick up my car early after receiving Raymond s text, and the car was cleaned and looked brand new.Raymond also performed a few extra service, free of charge, like replacing the battery on my key, truly appreciated.Service from a Mercedes expert (Raymond worked in a Mercedes dealership for a long time before decided to start his own business), reasonably priced, excellent result and timely delivery.. 5 stars.I think I found my mechanic!

Raymond and his team are absolutely the best in servicing and care for my Mercedes. My service including routine maintenance and repairs always right on time and always running normally after their care. I decide to use them and rely on them going forward. Raymond replaced our heater assembly in our GLC 300 and I am very pleased with his work. They responds fast. The work was done several hours after dropping our car off. Their pricing is much better than the dealership. They are former Mercedes dealership mechanics. They use all OEM parts. Just a great experience bring my car here. I recommend them highly.

Raymond is honest, competent, and professional. He has outstanding customer service. He discovered that my needed part was still under extended warranty which saved me thousands of dollars. Excellent service! Knowledgeable with lots of experience! Great price, quick turn around and excellent customer service. Much better rate than the Service department at the dealership. Washed my car and its running beautifully (like new) and everything is working as it should! Replaced; pulleys, belts, oil leak,wipers and control panel for sunroof and interior lights. Kudos to Ray, Roger and his team! For almost 20 years now, they ve been servicing all our vehicles - and that includes all of our children s cars too. They treat us as family. Raymond and Roger treat me like family. They are so polite, courteous and know what they are doing with my ML350. This is my nth year of using their service. They never let me down. They charge reasonably, too. I will keep on going to their business as I know they are very proud to have this business serving people if modest means. I bring in my low mileage 2016 C300 for A6 service. Raymond looked up all past maintenance records and recommended to go with mileage instead of time duration for not over-doing other fluid change.Service and work are good and cost are reasonable.First time, i experience that an independent business provides washing vehicle after service.I will bring my vehicle back for maintenance and repair service. After interviewing several independent Mercedes auto repair shops, I chose Raymond to be my mechanic because he shared his background as service mechanic at a local Mercedes dealership. Each time I have have serviced my E350, he has always explained and reviewed his procedures and service. After the service is done, he will point out potential services and provides a detailed write up of what services was performed just like at your local Mercedes service dealership. My car is returned clean and shiny. At my last service, one of my parking lamps went out and I returned it, and he replaced the bulb without a charge. Although this independent Mercedes auto repair shop does not have a nice lounge like the local Mercedes dealership, Raymond makes up for it with affordable prices and quality service.

Ray is the BEST Mercedes mechanic around. He is responsive, hardworking, and honest. He always goes over options and repairs patiently and clearly. I really value his opinion and expertise when it comes to making all the repairs or just some to keep my pre-2010 Mercedes in good running order. I have NEVER had to wait longer than I wanted to get in for a repair. Car repairs are never cheap, but I can always count on the quality, speed, and service of Elite Mercedes! I will seriously consider a Mercedes as my next car just to keep working with Ray. My MB E 350 was serviced by Mercedes Elite and quite satisfied by their work. Raymond was so professional and knowledgeable . He will not do any repair unless it s absolutely necessary . I ll stay with them for car service and highly recommended!

I scheduled an appt. with Elite Mercedes to have my GLK 350's hand brake release look at. I was noticing it would take several tries to released the handle. Both Raymond and his other mechanic (his brother) inspected, found no problem and showed me is was working fine before returning the car to me. I was not charged for his time or for the inspection. I have known Raymond for more than 15 years and have taken both of my cars, one a former Mercedes C-class and the current GLK 350. I can't asked for a more knowledgeable mechanic and I put my trust in him when it comes to my safety. Raymond stand by his works, is professional, honest, takes the time to explained the repairs, and is easy to work with. Unlike the dealership with their high repair costs, you will leave Elite Mercedes with extra pocket dollars. I highly recommend Raymond and give him a call for your next car repairs.

As a local person I wanted to try Elite Mercedes for the service. I liked the way Raymond handled the job. He is courteous and friendly and went beyond the repair job to help us out in a couple of things that we couldn tfigure them out. Now I have a reliable Mercedes shop near me.

I was referred by one of my friend. Although I was a little bit hesitant to visit as I always got my service or repair done at mercedes dealer for the last 10 years. When I called Ray, he was not available to talk, so left a message. He was very prompt in returning my call and to provide me an estimate for the new battery replacement. I found his quote very competitive so I took my car to his shop. I found Ray and his team very professional and honest to provide the best customer service. Would highly recommend this shop for Mercedes cars to save the cost compared to money you sped at the dealer.Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto battery maintenance

2nd post: June 2023I went there the 2nd time in June, 2023. At this moment, I was not planning to keep this car due to the high cost to maintain. However, I need the car to run for half year to give me time to buy a new one. Roger suggested basic service and secondary battery fix which met my needs perfectly. Roger really listened patiently and understood my needs. His open minded suggestion, honesty, and great problem solving skills are what I look for from a mechanics.1st Post:Elite Mercedes was referred to me by my retired Mechanics quite a while ago. I didn t use it because it was not close to my home.However, I ve been having check engine light on issue for a few months. I took to two other mechanics who gave me the same diagnosis. Since this would be a major issue, I decided to take to elite Mercedes to get the third opinion. Other than the diagnosis that I already knew, they give me the major reason to my decision making.I really appreciate for the help from Raymond and Roger. And I would highly recommend them to others. Best shop I ve ever dealt with. I ve been a customer for over 12 years. Ray knows his stuff and goes the extra mile in assuring my car is safe and well maintained. Unlike other shops he has talked me out of certain repairs that other shops would jump on to rake you over the coals. Raymond knows what he is doing.Not only that he is technically good but also his service charges are reasonable. He delivers on time and maintains clear communication with the customer.My E350's hand gear was broken apart and my car was immovable. So I called multiple places and got the best response from him. Besides replacing my hand gear module with a new one, he also replaced both the main and aux batteries. Moreover, he fixed the vibration problem in my car and he did all of this in less than two days. I am a happy camper now Services: Transmission, Auto battery replacement
