Unfortunately, I have been a customer here several times. Fortunately, the experience is always great. The staff at any Caliber Collision are so friendly and helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They work quickly and do their best to make sure you re not inconvenienced in any way. Getting in an accident and dealing with the aftermath is hard enough, and they understand that. 10/10 would highly recommend!

My experience with Caliber Collision was truly fantastic! The shop is excellent, and the staff went above and beyond with their kindness, friendliness, and remarkable assistance. Terry, in particular, provided exceptional support, keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Their dedication and expertise truly made my experience outstanding, and the repairs done on my car were top-notch it looks as good as new!

There's a lot of places you can pick in the bay but this place is good. People are nice. They got my truck on time and I received great customer service thanks to Christina and the whole other gang of people that fixed my truck and got everything in order. Thanks

I had a wonderful experience at Caliber Collusion! Such a great shop!! The staff was exceptionally kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional assistance from Miriam. Their dedication and knowledge made my experience truly outstanding. The repairs made to my car were outstanding!

These guys are always reliable. This time around, there was extensive work required, but the whole thing was managed professionally and with care. Christina is awesome, and she kept me updated with everything that was going on, where they might be able to do it sooner, why certain work was required along with pictures, etc. Plus, they offer lifetime warranty on their work!

Absolutely phenomenal. Everything from the quality of the repair to the customer service is just top notch. Words can't even describe how amazing the service is here. Terri went above and beyond to help me. She called nearly every other day to give me updates and made sure I was never left in the dark about anything. She was just incredible. Caliber made a tough situation incredibly easy. I hope I never have to get my car repaired again but if I did, I would not hesitate to pick up the phone and call Caliber.

My wife had a hit and run on her Cadillac CT6. Caliber Collision was an approved vendor from our insurance. Very glad we went there. Terry was very professional and thorough. They worked with our insurance and everything went very smoothly. Email updates were periodically sent informing us of the status. We just picked up the car a couple of days ago. Workmanship is excellent. I was a little concerned because this is a plug in hybrid and had an all aluminum body. The damage affected multiple sections of the car so lots of work needs to be done. Color matching and panel alignments are spot on! Now I know where to go for any future mishaps.

Wonderful repair shop. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful from the beginning. They called Enterprise to have them come pick me up when I dropped off my car for the repair. Then, they kept in constant contact with updates about the car and timing of the repair.When I got the car back it looked brand new. I had the pleasure to be taken care of by the awesome person Christina anwser all my question very satisfying with her customer service skills, This place was awesome. I recently had my car repaired here and the service was above expectations. The car was repaired back to original and returned washed which was a nice surprise. They kept in constant contact throughout the repair process and updated me along the way. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience.

Working with Marianne at caliber collision has been the worst customer service experience I ve ever had. I took my car in for damage that happened while parked outside my house on July,4 , 2023 . She does not communicate correctly with my insurance , she closed my claim before my car was completely checked for damage. She does not return phone calls than blames everything on the insurance. I had to open a second claim to fix damage on the same side the car was hit because the first claim was closed by her. I called State Farm and they agreed it was her fault for not checking all the damage before closing my claim. She called me on 10/03/23 to see if I still wanted to move forward with my second claim after I already had my rental for a month . I was than forwarded to the shop manager Ali , who didn t even ask me for my side of the story, she simply said she had already talked to Marianne and didn t want to hear anything I had to say.I had also opened a 3rd claim to fix dings on the other side of my car and Marianne called me today 10/05/2023 to see if I still wanted to do move forward with that claim after the claim had been processed.

Great communication in terms of damage and expected cost. Fair price and they did what they can do to get my parts in as soon as they can. Wish I was given a better estimate in the finish date earlier so I can schedule my activities better as the insurance will not pay for the rental car past the day of the finished car repairs. Decided to try them out instead of going to my other repair shop. Terri was my customer service representative and she was excellent, kept me informed as to status of repairs and/or any changes to the estimated cost. Repair work was completed early as stated by Terri and the repair work was great!!!

Completion date pushed out 3 times, finally completed 2wks later than initial estimate. Car was returned from muffler shop with mouse bit holes on driver, passenger and rear seats. Was told that Caliber would order and replace seat covers waiting for parts to arrive in 2wks. I have sent an email requesting status with no reply. It is now a month later and still no notice.Update 1/17/2022: Reduced by a star. Still no response or update on repair of mouse bites on seats that occurred at their muffler shop. Called, left messages, and emails. Promised repair of damaged seats when parts arrive in early November. Now it's mid-Jan, 2 months later, and still no contactServices: Exhaust, Body & Trim

Communication could be improved. They'll take a $100 deposit to order parts then you should follow up to schedule repairs... I waited two weeks then called them, spoke to a woman who was nice but had no clue when to schedule me. They called me back a day or two later to schedule. I dropped off on a Monday with an estimated pick up of Friday. They contacted Thursday to let me know they had ordered the wrong headlight assembly and that the correct one would come from Amazon on Tuesday. In their after service summary I did recommend they double check their parts list and intake photos... waiting an additional 4 days on a part that Amazon can next day should have been avoided. Still, the repair looks decent and aside from them breaking one of my expensive LED headlights, which I had to replace after their repairs, I'm overall happy with my vehicle.Definitely would recommend them over Service King as that company's customer service is completely nonexistent.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently had my car repaired at the bodyshop and I am beyond satisfied. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The repair job exceeded my expectations - my car looks brand new! I also appreciate how my service advisor Miriam kept me updated throughout the entire process. Super progressional and I would recommend to friends and family !!

Caliber Collision - I had a minor dent removal ask and they did perfect and timely. I will recommend if you want to do dent removal here. Caliber collision gives us options and directions and help. I got work done on my car - and my insurance paid for it. If I were paying out of pocket, I would definitely choose a different place as Caliber charges a lot of money. With that in mind, here is my review -Joel was extremely helpful and friendly in all our communications. The quickly assessed the damage, notified my insurance. I had no trouble getting an appointment. They returned my car within promised timeline as well. They kept me up to date on every thing that was going on.My car rental (enterprise) picked me up from the shop and I was able to drop the rental car off at the shop while picking up my car. This was very convenient. I was pleased with the work they did as well.Overall, extremely satisfied with the quality of work. But they charge too much - probably due to lot of overhead. I would come back if I my insurance is paying, I will look elsewhere if I am paying out of my pocket.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After an attempted car theft sparked by a TikTok challenge, I was able to get my car serviced at Caliber through my insurance. I chose Caliber because they had worked on my car previously and were conveniently located to my home. Unfortunately for me, the incident happened around the holidays meaning a delay in service, shipping, etc., but that's out of both my and Caliber's control. Overall, I was very happy with the responsiveness of Christina who was handling my repairs. Checking my car in and out was also easy as well.Service: Body & Trim
