Went here to get my alignment. I had the pleasure of speaking to David who was the person that helped me that day. He is so helpful and full of knowledge about the tire industry. Got my alignment done quick and back on the road. Highly recommend Big-O tires over wheel works!

I had to have my car towed to this Big O location after the back tire blew out on the highway. And even tho I wasn't able to be with the car, the awesome people at Big O did a great job explaining what happened and why it happened so I can avoid it next time. Very fair pricing as well. Great service awesome people.

If you re in the south bay, just go to the big o in san jose instead of this one.These guys are just pretending to be experts and don t want anyone questioning them.First there was confusing about which tires they were installing and the manager behaved aggressively about why i m going with the tires that their own employee recommended me.Then, I had a few questions about the wheel rim size after the tires were installed and they didn t even know the rim size of the wheels. The manager became very passive aggressive when i politely asked to check the rim size. That s the customer service you get for your money. Never going back to this location.

I had a great experience today. I came in for an oil change and the team was very helpful, they went above and beyond with my car, catching on to a few other things that I was unaware of. This team is efficent and detail orientated and I was very happy with my service. It took about 90 minutes to get the oil change. I recommed them if you are looking for one!

I went in for a new set of tires. I received prompt services and was met extremely friendly employees! I was listened to, all of my questions were answered and all services were explained to me.Will definitely be coming back!

Very good staff helped me changed all 4 tires even I came before the closing time. The price is reasonable and they offer alignment too. Very friendly answering my noob questions.

Carlos and Leo were great!! I arrived unintentionally late, 35min before closing. The had Great attitudes and treated me well. The did great work, and got me back on the road safe. I'll be back.

Mary answered the phone and verified, quickly, that they had my tire in stock (it's out of production). The promised 45 mins- 1 hour and it took 35 mins! I thought the price was very fair. The place is clean and the other personnel were also very professional. This is a class act kind of place. Thanks, Mary! Thanks, guys.

Come here if you want to get scammed out of your money. They get paid commission so they will lie to you and tell you, you need new tires. They informed my gf she needed new tires. I took my gfs car to Americas tires and they told me there was nothing wrong with the thread and that it just needed air.

I am an automobile-dummy, so stopped by here just to ask how to turn off "tire pressure low" indicator on my Subaru. A guy how found me at reception desk quickly took a look at my car and just went a head and filled air on tires. No waiting time, and even didn't charged me for this. It might be piece of cake for him, but I know he was also busy. I appreciate people like him who make things easier for people like me, who is not even a customer. Thank you!!!

very nice service! I got my tire pressure light on and seek for a brief check of my tire conditions. The stuff not only fill the air but also checks the brakes as well. All of these services for free. Save my day!

just there to sell new tires went in for alignment and wheel balance they used to be on it but now every worker has been caught stealing from me and they won t fix my truck they came out to miss align in the first place why I gave them three try s before going some where else that got it first try no problem I know these mechanics know there stuff but common sense seams to be beyond them

Found this place from Tire Rack to install my 2006 BMW front tires and 4 wheel alignment. Staff is friendly and attentive when I check-in. Got the car back half the time they promised. The quoted price from Tire Rack is accurate without any hidden fees. They will quote you the price up front without any misunderstanding. I will bring my 2005 MDX here next time for oil change, and AC service. Highly recommended as it is hard to find a good service shop now days.

This location services tires, oil changes and minor tune ups for light trucks so they can also service vans. The service person was very friendly and offered reasonable prices and service. I was very satisfied and they helped with minor repairs as well as any tire servicing. I will return when I am due for an oil change, much better prices than the dealership and it's hard to find a service shop for high roof vans.

Went in today 10/27/2023 at around 5:30. 30 minutes till they close. I'm a girl early 20's stranded with a flat tire and took it to a well known name. As I approach inside I am greeted by one of the male workers who was counting money and asked the situation and I told him how I had warranty on my rear tires for any patches or plugs. He says let's go check it out. As soon as he sees the car I have he instantly tells me no it can't be repaired and there's no thread without even looking at the tire! He did no inspection nothing at all. Then he tells me to park by the building to get my tire pumped. I waited 5 minutes for someone to finally come and as he pumps air I asked him if it was possible to get my tire checked out so I know if there may be any issues and they immediately say no and they are lazy to do so bc they were closing. Ridiculous how low of customer care and service they provide for the people who pav them.

Service was good besides waiting 3:30-4:00 hours for two tires and alignment. Wouldn t recommend this place.

Had a flat tire and ordered new tire on its website then made appointment. They approved the appointment so I assume someone reviewed it. Drove my car on the spare to the store the next day, and they told me the tire I ordered is out of stock, what s worse they don t have any tire of my size in stock. Such a waste of time. It could be avoided by simply not approving my appointment or follow up with another email.

Horrible service. I changed a tire and it had pump the next day!!!The store refused to renew a tire for free and asked me to pay for installation fee for a new tire! Will fill a complaint soon!

Went in with a slow leak in one tire. I was helped immediately, turned out to be a nail ( I had not been able to see it). They patched my tire, same price ( $35) as the discount tire place a few blocks away, minus the over 2 hour wait time I was quoted at the discount place.Super helpful service team at. Big O tires!

I am upset with the Sales as I wanted a lowest cost solution but the sales guy did not offer me anything below $87 per tire and convinced me to change all 4 tires even though 2 were replaced recently and had only 5-10K miles on it. Later checking online I realized I could have gotten away spending less than $200 at Walmart but ended up spending $509 at Big O Tires. I come to you for service but the cost is too high for me.

When I arrived I thought I was going to receive great service based on reviews and how nice the rep Brandon was to me. However, after my car being there overnight and all day, my chief complaints that I originally came in for were not completed or forgotten and other issues on my car were brought up and completed without my consent leaving me with a total over $1,090! I felt like I was not heard, was taken advantage of and disregarded for their profit and not with my best interest in mind. Their inconsistent communication with me about my car left me in the dark and was disappointing. I would not go there again.

Yesterday was the first time I have been to the Milpitas location and it was a very bad experience(my experience with other branches have generally been good). I took my car for oil change - when I went there, there were three representatives. One representative told me he would help me but he needed to finish something first. While he was doing his other work, he insisted that I stay with him. He then said he needed to call for a tire for another customer while he started taking my info. This continued where he kept going back and forth between his various tasks. In the meantime, the other representative finished taking two new customers that came after me. If this guy is so busy, he could have let me talk to other representatives that were available(not sure if it's a commission driven to have the desire to support more customers than he can). He eventually went to my car, did a preliminary check on my tires and said they will require replacement - he said his recommendation would be to do that today given the tread. I asked him for a quote - he said he needs to help another customer and will text me the quote soon. He also told me the car will be ready in an hour and half to two hours - I requested to finish it sooner if possible. I waited for the text update for the quote to decide if I could combine the tire replacement with oil change. He never responded. I went back to the store after an hour. He said he was just way too busy to send the text message on the quote and he said my car will be ready in another two hours. I got upset with his service and told him I was not happy with the wait time for the oil change being the same even after an hour - he asked if I wanted to take the keys and leave. I reminded him I had already waited an hour - he then asked his service manager and he promised my car would be ready in another hour. I came back an hour�later - it was not ready. My rep said the car will be ready in another 30 minutes and he left for lunch. It took another hour and half for the car to be eventually ready. During the whole time, I did not feel my rep owned up to the miscommunications and didn't give me any sort of explanation for why things were taking longer than promised. He kept saying he was being busy - while I understand he had a busy day, I felt disrespected and not given a basic level of customer service. It was the first time I went to this location and likely my last.

The gentleman who took my information including my phone number was informed that I would be at the nearby library and to please call me as soon as my car was ready. He was told that I had an appointment across town and needed time to return home first.He did not call me. When I realized the time I returned to find him gone and no one at the desk. I was late for my appointment which was not necessary as my car was ready and sitting in the parking lot.

My go to one stop tire shop! I called them and told them I think I got some staples in my tire, all to find 3 big ones, unfortunately my tire was old as I hadn t been in for a free tire rotation since I bought 4 tires from Big O back in 21 . Needless to say that got me in and out rather quickly and I am back on the road. I will be going in for my free rotation this time see you guys soon!
