UPDATE: Firestone HQ reached out to me and they were able to reimburse me. I appreciate that.AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!I have 3 complaints about this Firestone:1. Appointments are useless I booked an appointment and when I showed up, they told me to wait since they were still working on other cars. After about 20 minutes of waiting and no update, I asked again, and they told me they couldn't service my car for at least 1 more hour. Then what's the point of making an appointment?! They offered to make another appointment on a day when it would be less busy, and I complied.2. Changing tires takes 5 hours!!! I arrive to Firestone and they promptly take my car in. After about 30 minutes, I check in and they hadn't started on my car yet. I check in again in 1 hour, still no progress! Seeing that my car was already in the shop with hopes that they might soon start working on it, I did not request to take my car to another tire shop (big mistake). When I checked in for the 3rd time, they had finally started on my car, but they let me know the guy needs to break for lunch for 1 hour at some point. Makes sense, tire shop workers need to eat too, but couldn't they have staggered it so that there would be someone working on the cars they already started servicing?! After multiple check ins, service on my car was finally complete after FIVE WHOLE HOURS just to change tires!!!3. They forgot to put back my tire pressure sensor When I drove my car, there was a warning that came up telling me that there was a problem with the tire pressure monitor. Seeing that every time I took my car to Firestone, it took several hours, I did not have the luxury of going back there and having them check on it, so I went to Midas instead to check out what was wrong. It turns out the tire pressure sensor in one of my tires was MISSING!!!!This Firestone is terrible at managing appointments, their staff, ensuring prompt and high quality service!!!If you value your time, DO NOT GO TO THIS FIRESTONE!!

Went with a flat tire ( just the full wheel ) on Sunday. I know they were super busy and didn t had a lot of people but they were kinda rude at first. They were just straight up telling me I would have to leave it and they won t have time. I just wanted to see if they had it in stock nothing else and see when they could do it. Like I really had the feeling I was bothering. I understand them because it s Sunday they nearly the only one opened but they didn t need to be rude or else. Still they did the job fast and well so I won t be too harsh on them.

I used to go to Goodyear.. had bad experiences so decided to look for a new spot to get oilchange/ allignement/etc. I'm glad I found this specific Firestone @ Millbrae. Had about 4 appointments so far and every time the staff are professional, accommodating, and respectful. Really appreciate you guys!!

I was charged ($220) for a service it was not done. I had to return to ask for explanations and documentation. Eventually, I talked to the mechanic and he agreed that the service was not done. I was refunded the money, but it was a very unsettling situation.

Product ordered online was not available at the time of appointment. The location that had the items could not transfer or do the work. I offered to pick up and bring the tires to the store that had my appointment but it is not allowed.Ended using another provider.

They charged for services not performed even though they spent a whole day with the car. When I came back to complain to them, they didn't ask anything, they were disinterested in what happened and after another full day without the car they didn't even ask for an apology or give any excuse. Basically, take the car and go.

With appointment I could have my car s alignment done quickly. Helpful, polite, and professional staff. I was very pleased with the service and price. Highly recommend.

Just tried to get an emergency flat repaired on a warranty tire and was told I had to wait until a week Thursday. A week for an emergency repair

Went there to get my tire fixed, since I had a slow leak. Bought my tires there too. But since I got there at 4:30pm on a Sunday. The lady at the counter said they couldn't do it because they were busy and closing at 5pm.No one was waiting and the workers were sweeping, not busy at all.

I would like to give Darrence Davis Sr. a "BIG SHOUTOUT THANK YOU" for making a Saturday Miracle happened.Getting us back on our road trip was a huge challenge that he made happen. After stopping at 3 different shops and all the back and forth his advice was GOLD!Best RegardsColleen

Open during the holiday, friendly respectful service, scheduled an appointment in less than 24 hours, and a reasonable price for a flat tire repair? What more could one ask for? Bless this Firestone and staff. You all saved me and my baby!Service: TiresService: Tires

Firestone gave us a very good quote and availability for the afternoon, all inclusive, as I was assisting my girlfriend to get her 4 tires replaced. They tended to her immediately, They came through on price points and warranty along with the option for a wheel alignment. She agreed to the fair price and all was done within a short period of time. Definitely would recommend!!!

Made an appointment online almost a week ago, got a confirmation # and when I got there, rep goes oh we don't show your appt and are totally booked. I showed the rep the email confirmation and rep goes, umm, I dunno, we might be able to fit you in next week. I need the work done for a trip I'm leaving on tomorrow. WTH?

I have been a Firestone Tires user for 25+ years. The used to be called Mark Morris Tires. I have always had excellent service, and I know my car will be repaired correctly the 1st time.

The worst place I ve been! I came to change 4 tires. I had to come back 5 times to fix problems. For the first, they didn t balance the wheels, they mont the tire in the wrong side twice, and later for finish the TPMS light keeps on, i need go back there to fix it again!

This review is for wheel alignment @ Firestone Millbrae. Went there to align Mini Cooper S. Same day over the phone appoint was easy and very convenient. Dropped the car at appointment time and they helped me on time. Got the car back in 40 minutes. Service advisor Jeffrey did the excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and explained me with all the questions.

Poor customer service. Bad quality work. Very slow if you want to drop it off and wait- even for something simple like an oil change. Try elsewhere. I've tried them 3 times now over the last two years and do not recommend. Always barely acceptable to bad experience depending on your luck.

Came in to get air put in a leaking tire showing low tire pressure and to look for a nail or screw in it. There was no other customers there and three people at the front desk with 2 mechanics working on vehicles in the service bays. They said their to busy and maybe I should try Accross the street at American Tire.That was the worst customer service I ve experienced. I will never go back to Firestone again. They are being poorly managed.Service: Tires

At 11 PM I was able to book an appointment to change my tire at 11 AM the next morning, which was great. Fair price. Took 50 min to change 1 tire. There are good chairs in the lobby to wait, but the floor inside is surprisingly dirty.Came back to have them repair a small puncture, which cost $30. Again, the work took 50 min.
