Very pleased working with Brandon, my service Rep.. He took very care of us while we waited for the Cayenne service. As a first time customer, Brandon was patient, friendly, and had a positive attitude which was very refreshing and appreciated while delivering first class customer service. I ll definitely come back anytime my car needs service. I left very impressed and can t remember the last time i felt that way at any other auto dealership service department I have gone to the past 40 years. Keep up the great customer service, Brandon!

My service advisor answered all of my initial questions and gave me an accurate estimate before starting to work. It was easy to stay in touch with my service advisor over via text message. I received a video of The technician reviewing my vehicle. My service advisor made sure to keep me updated as to the progress of my vehicle, as well as to make sure he had my approval before proceeding with any additional services that were recommended.

I m generally pretty indifferent about any car service appointment (unless it s very bad) but I had such a great experience I had to share. This is the second time I ve worked with Ivy at Porsche Marin. She s always friendly, knowledgeable and sets expectations on timing well. I had no wait time on the front end, and she was ready for me when I returned to pick up as she was tracking my Porsche arranged Lyft. She made the entire process seamless and even pleasant. She s definitely an excellent representative for the brand and the business and I ll continue to make this my service center of choose as a result.

Weiss and team did a fantastic job! I was greeted promptly with a smile, given the coffee beverage of my choice, kept in the loop on the service inspections and even sent a 360 video of the service inspection. The team at Porsche Marin went above and beyond and I would absolutely recommend them for servicing you Porsche!

This was my first service for my Cayenne. It is about ten months since purchase and it has about 3500 miles on it. The "needs service" message came on in early December, but since we were leaving for two months I elected to wait until our return to have it serviced. While not the same culture as when Sonnen owned it, Porsche Marin was friendly and performed the service well. I particularly liked working with Brandon, the service advisor. He explained things clearly, seemed enthusiastic about the marque, and kept in communication with me throughout the time they had the vehicle. A very friendly person that I would rate a 10!!. Overall, I would rate Porsche Marin at the same level.Service: Oil change

Although I am from Sacramento, I chose Marin Porsche because I've heard how great customer service it had. I drove 90 minutes to have my vehicle serviced here. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Thank you for the loaner car. Special thanks to Weise for helping me every step of the way. But all of the staff were awesome too! Every single person I met was very professional and especially polite. Thank you for washing my vehicle and thank you for the snacks.

Porsche Marin is AMAZING! Weis is an exceptional service advisor. He is so easy to work with, provides excellent customer service and goes above and beyond for his customer. There is another Porsche dealership much closer to us, but we always go to Marin because they are the absolute best.

Great post-sales experience with Porsche Marin Service.Just recently bought a vehicle from them and had some rattles and squeaks that aren't typically covered by the CPO warranty. Weis and Mike (the shop foreman) took the concern seriously, found a few things to tie down and tighten up and even sent me home with a full tank of gas!Really appreciate the service, especially since I'm coming all the way from the South Bay. Even though it's quite the distance, think I'll be bringing the car back for routine maintenance from here on out!

Not at all a fan of the service model in play here, and I told my service rep (Brandon) that as well. They had my car for 9 days to perform (perhaps) one day of service. I acknowledge that you are told up front that it may take 3 days to diagnose the issue with your car, but still....None of the issues with my 2000 Boxster were horribly urgent, and I scheduled weeks in advance thinking I would be at "the front of the line" when I brought my car in. Nope. Car in at 10 am on a Monday and the text/email detailing the issues came in near closing time on Friday. A more typical experience for me (even at dealerships elsewhere) is a scheduled time to bring the car in, a call about the issues involved (usually the same day) and the car back a day or 2 later depending on the work required. I generally would not take an out of warranty car to a dealership, but here (because I had tried fixing it myself) I thought Porsche would be the best folks to diagnose/fix the horn issue. The horn is fixed as are some other suspension issues, but the prices are what you would expect from dealership service (about 30-50% higher than local shops, checking after the fact, sadly). Live and learn--and I need to acknowledge that it is a 25 year old car. Half the time to get my car back and 60% of the price paid and I would likely be their customer for life. Fortunately there are some other decent Porsche shops in the Bay Area and I'll avail myself of them for future repairs.

Ivy at service was phenomenal, took me in even without an apptmnt and was very accommodating. Tracy at the bar made excellent coffee and great conversation. Neil was very pleasant and courteous during the return of the car. Excellent folks out there at Marin porsche!!

My service manager Weis was excellent. He accommodated my schedule and processed my tire claim instantly. It was my first service visit to Porsche Marin, and I was totally satisfied!! All in all a great experience.

There were a number of bumps and issues like glass being cracked during install and running out of glue, glue being back ordered, etc. that were unlucky breaks. It caused the repair to take a long time. Overall the service rep was great and did everything they could to get the car back to us in good quality and as fast as possible.

Weis Poppel was my service advisor. He was great. He got me in within 24 hours of my phone call request for service for my 1st yearly service, which was free. I told Weis of the car's on board computer alerts, & he addressed & corrected the problems. No complimentary loaner , because of such short notice, but Porsche provided me a free UBER ride back home & then back to their service department, so that was fine. Weis was professional & very nice. The lady that answered the phone was also very accommodating & helpful with getting me in within 24 hours & setting up the free UBER rides, with talking with Weis. Weis had my car washed, which was appreciated. A great experience. I only drove 1,900 miles in this 1st year of owning my 2nd Porsche.

Brandon the service writer is real decent and tries hard to accomplish the service and accommodate. I highly recommend him. On the other hand, the Porsche MarinService rates for initial evaluation, labor and parts are high.

This is the third time I ve had to have my 2019 Porsche 911 serviced. I have never experienced a professional like this. I have a dedicated service manager his name is Weiss and boy he is an attentive friendly and make sure that I don t overpay for service which could happen with some dealerships. The attendants that work there are very nice and greet me and take care of the car and boy when I picked it up it was detailed and looked gorgeous. Finally I have never been to an auto dealership which literally had a cappuccino coffee and wine bar along with snacks with the most relaxing chairs while you wait!

I am very happy with the service Fernando and Weis offered to me.My car needed additional services and I was communicated to with daily updates. Brandon Lederer was great initially researching the retrofit of a PCCM module into my 996 Turbo and then working with me along the way on the installation of the components, specifically the microphone and the media interface (I was particular on their installed locations). He kept me informed of the progress along the way. Overall great service! Highly recommend working w/Brandon.

Porsche of Marin Service Dept. is world-class. They have cared for our Cayenne for more than a decade and went far beyond the call of duty in performing our last service/safety check before it goes to our son and begins its new life on the East Coast. Weis Popal has been a pleasure to work with, arranging transportation for us while the car was in the shop. Highest recommendation!
