Elias and the team were great! Very honest and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond on my Jeep oil change by running a test on my check engine light and walking me through what is needed. I ll definitely be taking my wife and I vehicles here moving forward!

I just got a quote of $250.00 to mount and balance four 33"BF GOODRICH tires on my truck."Wow" I've worked atJim Doten's Honda for 17 years as a mechanic and had my own automotive business for 9 years and$250.00 is an outrageous price.I'm showing a few of my previous big job's I've done just as a reference to show the public reading this I'm not just a amateur when it comes to automotive repair.Buyer beware of this place.Kmac

These guys are awesome!! They got my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and completed in a timely fashion. Also had my brake fluid changed because they checked that too! I Will definitely be taking my car back here!

I had an emergency repair for my Honda Civic, and Paul told me to bring it in right away. I had a lot of repairs done on my car and Paul worked with me closely on the budget and was very understanding about the cost of repairs to a 2010 car!I highly recommend Mill Valley Auto Service. I have been going to this family business for a few years now. Paul and now his son Elias always guide me to the right tires for my older cars. This winter two tires were destroyed by potholes. Today I returned with a flat caused by a nail and when I went to pay Elias said this one s on the house, you ve had enough bad luck with your tires . Now that s an exceptional business! Really should be 10 Stars! Thanks!

We had a flat on the freeway and they helped fix us up for a for a reasonable price and quickly too! Loved them, would definitely recommend them for a good and fair auto service.

After making the cross country trip from Florida without incident we unfortunately had a leaking tire while visiting the area around Mill Valley. A quick search lead us to Mill Valley Auto Service where we were happily welcomed. I pulled the car into the bay and the tire was immediately removed and patched, remounted, and the pressure checked in all 4 tires. A rather large piece of metal had hitched a ride in the tire. It would have been easy to take advantage of us in this situation by claiming that the tire was beyond repair but that was the case.We were treated with honesty, respect, professionalism, courtesy, and integrity. The charge for the repair was also extremely fair and we were back on the road in about 30-40 minutes. I would not hesitate to use their service again if I was near by.

Paul and his crew are fabulous. Work was very fast. I received text messages throughout. The diagnostics included photos of some of the repairs. I have gone to Mill Valley for years and respect their work and their customer service. I recommend them.

These guys are great! Even after I messed up and misunderstood I had to choose some tires the day before, they were able to get them delivered within two hours the day of and got all 4 on the car and me on the road so fast. They are so kind and do great work. Highly recommend!

I was traveling from Illinois when I needed an oil change. I normally do all of my own car work and do not trust car shops. it was very hard for me to take my car in to get serviced. However I am beyond grateful for the honesty and work that Paul put into my car. Not only did he help me with my oil change but when he saw other issues arise with my car he fixed them and I've had no issues since. He treated a complete stranger like family and made sure I would be safe on the rest of my trip. I definitely recommend this place 10 out of 10 if you live in this area or just traveling through.

I really cannot say enough good things about Paul and his team. I have been going here for 3 years now with 2 different cars and several big issues. Paul is honest, forthcoming, resourceful, and trustworthy. He looks to offer you multiple solutions when possible so you can choose what is right for you, your car, and your bank account. He will refer you back to the dealer or a specialist if he thinks they are better suited for a job because he wants your long term business and understand a that trust is a huge part of that. As an individual, Paul gives back to his community, lives a life of generosity, and wants to protect you. I never get mad about having to take my car in for a scheduled oil change or if the check engine light goes on because I love seeing Paul and know it will be an easy process working with this team. While I don't get to interact with the whole team often it is clear that these values go beyond just Paul. If this wasn't enough to convince you to give Mill Valley Auto a shot, they also text message updates and prompts for scheduled maintenance. You can communicate with Paul at any time on text! While that is simple, it's a huge help when you are stuck in meetings all day and can't call.
