Fix was just professional in every way. Kept me informed, the work was excellent and complete many days before they had said. I didn't even need to rent a car. Ku, Calvin and Ivan were bright spots in a bad situation for me. I highly recommend this shop.

Tek is amazingly professional! As a woman it is somewhat intimidating to have your car worked on. Right away he gave off a sense of safety. Upon arrival there facility was clean and everyone was helpful and welcoming. Moreover communication throughout the fix was top notch and they finished before their original expected date! Would recommend and revisit to friends and family.

Tek did amazing. Super friendly, helpful, and he took very good care of my car. I was rear ended and after receiving services here, my car was returned like nothing ever happened! I m very pleased with my experience.

Coming here to get my car repaired was a blessing! Tek was so helpful, professional, and courteous during the whole process of getting my car repairs. He helped me so much with his communication, especially as someone who felt lost without any knowledge about car repairs and costs.

I brought my 2020 Honda Pilot in for a body work repair for the rear bumper about two months ago. Tek was the one who took care of my repairs paperwork. He did an excellent job and very informative about providing me about detailed information daily on each step process.Just recently, I took my Pilot in again because the brackets that hold the rear bumper came loose. Tek informed me that it's a known issue for the Honda Pilots. With no questions asked, he began to work with his mechanic to correct the issue. They was able to relign my rear bumper by noon. I just want to give a shout out to Tek on his great Customer service and giving me a peace of mind on all my repairs.

I have used Fix Auto in Midway City for personal and business vehicle repair and service. Kuo, Tek and the entire staff could not be more accommodating or kind! Their prices are very reasonable and competitive. I recommend this business to anyone who needs body work or auto repair. If you don't believe me. Call Tek and speak to him. Then you'll know what I mean!

Tek was fantastic, I took my vehicle in on Monday had it back by Friday. Of course situations are different for each, but most importantly I was being updated by an actual phone call not just texts which made me be at ease not worrying how much longer etc. They were able on fully committing on getting things done the way the customer wants them done which is a 5 star on itself. Bottom line is as for my experience it s a no brainer for me to bring my car to this shop. Highly recommend!

It was a great experience at Fix Auto in Midway City. I had a chance to work with Tek and was absolutely amazed by how dedicated he is. On top of that, his customer service was the best. Renting a car was the most concerning problem for me because of the small coverage from the insurance. Tek tried his best to help me contact the car rental services to find the most reasonable price, and also speed up the process to have my car fixed quicker. I do appreciate the team and will recommend friends and family members to experience their awesome service.

I w9uld highly recommend this body shop to anybody. Tek took care of me for a cash pay fender bender I got into. Complete transparency about every option I had and at the end of the day saved me a lot of money. I'm very hesitant to trust a body shop based on past experiences but I have a lot of trust that the work they do here is quality and the customer service they offer is the best. My 2021 RAV4 was badly damaged in the rear from a rear-end collision by a 4Runner truck. I didn t think that it could be repaired, but Tek Ung from FIX AUTO in Huntington Beach assured me that his body repair shop could make it looks like NEW again .To my surprise they did a beautiful job with the restoration. They used mostly OEM parts so when I came to pick up my vehicle, it does look like NEW!Beautiful workmanship. I give Tek Ung and this shop a five star .Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding

This is my first bad review. They took my deposit. Called the wrong number, left messages on the wrong number and not the number that I had given them. They returned the car parts and would not return my deposit. They had my number and never called me. Beware of using this company. My insurance company told me never to use a company that asks for a deposit in the future. I thought the delay was due to Pandemic shipping problems. No, just bad service and an unwillingness to look for the correct number on the paperwork that I provided. Unhelpful, rude business practice, and scary parking off of Beach Blvd. I got trapped in the parking lot and was told to back out onto Beach Blvd. Not safe.Service: Body & Trim

I had experienced a rear end collision on July 5th and my insurance agent State Farm suggested Fix Auto in Midway City, Ca. From the moment Ku picked up the phone to the last day of service with Johnny the young man who worked on my car to the ladies in the office, Jackie and Veronica, the customer service was excellent. They did a great job on my car and expedited the work within 10 working days. Not only they messed up with our appointment when we dropping off my car, after finally accepting it in, I received a phone call from their manager to tell me that another car had hit my car while parked at their place!!!They fixed that too but only after almost a month in their shop. They did not fix everything that was wrong with my car in the first place, now having to wait for another claim approval through my insurance. The manager is somewhat unreliable but Veronica does a good job communicating about the status of your car.

I want to say these guys took GREAT care of my son and his car. They got him an Uber home and they even washed his SUV before he picked it up. I would recommend this shop to my Family and Friends. By far the most best experience I've encountered for auto body shop. Took car in for estimates and was very quick .Took less than 3 days to repair the minimal damage from my vehicle.Ku explained to me all the details on when I should bring in my car due to the shortage of staff and back ordered for parts. Ku was very responsive and knowledgeable. I would most definitely come back here for future auto body repair. I will recommend this spot to friends and family and also if you are reading this give them a try, they are the best!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
