All Team Members were welcoming and very helpful. Several times during our visit we were asked "please let us know if you need anything or have a question".Slot area clean, seating comfortable and yes we won. Lunch was plentiful and tasty and service very attentive.We visited during annual Craft Fair in the events building which added to a delightful day.Thank-you for a memorable time!

The rooms are amazing. There some of the most spacious rooms I've ever have stayed in. Bed has to be the best hotel bad I've ever slept on. The pillows may even be better then the ones I own( I'm very picticular on my pillows). The room feels like a suite there so spacious. Location is nice feel as if your in the country. Pulls the small town right next to it is an amazing small town.

Rooms are big but outdated. Need lights with USB ports and brighter.Service is fine but having to go into a smokey casino to check in in or go to the restaurant is not good.Convenient location for me.Restaurant did has been fine but having to pay for a roll and butter, that's a bit ridiculous.

Quaint & cozy casino & hotel.I have absolutely loved each & every room that I have stayed in here at Twin Pines......All of the rooms are very spacious, with a very large & open vanity area, separate from the more private tub, shower & toilet room. The rooms give you with of the rooms are always neat & clean.If you can wait until you arrive here to get your gas or better yet, fill your tank, you will save a bundle & they give you free play for getting your gas herd.Reasonable prices, even if you don't have a free one available.I'm always given a generous amount of free play, despite not being able to come as often as I would like. As well I usually have at least one complementary night stay per month & sometimes that is for any night of the week.Noteworthy details: I wrote a detailed review. I have pics that I have to find of the rooms that I will include when I find them.I give Twin Pines a 5 star review for ALL of the times I have stayed there.

This review is for the casino the restaurant and snack bar. The snack bar has a lot of sandwiches & wraps also things like spaghetti, lasagna,tri tip with veggies. Also a pretty good line up of desserts flavored coffee drinks hot and cold. They are open really late, like 1:30 I think.The Manzanita restaurant. I have eaten there a bunch of times. The food has always been very good. No complaints. Sometimes I'll get a server who up sales everything. I know times are tough. So push the expensive items get a bigger tip. But one server in particular goes hard in the paint. Other than that, very satisfactory.Casino is awesome. They have all kinds of slot machines. Old to brand new. They change them alot. Seems there is always someone cleaning or wiping them down. The casino staff is cool. Security has a big presents. To be expected. If your there for some shady reasons you gonna have your hands full. Back to the gambling I find the slots to be relatively loose. They have a $5 blackjack table later in the night. Always a contest or slot tournament, giveaway, football pool was very good. Lots of other things. Seems like they are always given Freeplay away. Good stuff. Shout out to the gift shop staff all very sweet ladies.I live in lake county so I don't stay there. That's why no room review . It's a great place.

Theft is not a priority. A casino guest cashed out a my big win when I went to my car to get my phone to take A picture. I asked them to look at the camera and they did, escorted him out and left me with no recourse said tuff you should have watched your machine. I turned the chair around to say hey I'm on the machine. They care a about profit not principle. Whatch you back they don't have yoursNoteworthy details: This casino cares about profit not guests. They have no respect you ad a guest. Beware

I really like the atmoshere the small casino has pretty cool staff respectful yet the community as a whole is comfortable no judgement no profiling it's not like other casinos wanna start banning people for dumb stuff like tattoos clothing or associates I recommend twin pines for good gambling time they pay out often tooSafety: No harassment people friendly locals are very down to earth

Nice rooms for the price. Service was average. Ultimately recommend the stay, better than any other option in the area!Food & drinks: The restaurant at the casino is a great value!

Great little casino hotel with a nice bar, a great restaurant and live music, and dancing. Made a nice get away between Calistoga and Middletown. On the way to Cobb Mountain and Clear Lake. It's not a luxury resort but great quality for the location and price.Nearby activities: It's just about 15 minutes north of Calistoga. Also, great pit stop on the way to Cobb Mountain or Clear Lake.Food & drinks: I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant food, and bar were excellent. Very nice service.

Well this was my second trip to the Twin pines casino & hotel, and once again had a better time than last visit even though last was a good visit this last visit was much better due to the fact that besides doing well at the slots , i also enjoyed a wonderful meal , I got it to go but should've stayed to enjoy it because the Togo was a sloppy mess , the vegetables were all ran into the mashed potatoes which after I got through picking out the god awful califlower from it, the potatoes were some of the best the CFS I got was big as Texas and great , thank goodness I got the gravy on the side because it was so salty and spicy that it rated up there with some ghost pepper spicy level!!! but everything else was good , the cage ladies (Cashiers)were very sweet and helpful and the welcome crew ladies were more so above helpful, I guess they could tell I was lost because it was extremely so dark that I felt like I needed a walking stick to help me from running into something , now it's not because it wasn't spacious because it was , but even though there are tons of slots around all lite up it was so dark still I wanted to grab my phone for a flashlight so I could see where I was going ,but the employee's were helpful enough. At least they didn't make you feel like you were bothering them by asking them where things were because you couldn't tell where a bar w�s or the restaurant was or anything you just have to walk around and hope for the best ,but all in all it was a great fun trip , it's a big little place hidden away and it was a good drive getting there beautiful scenery just if you go on Sunday please get there early because I got there around one pm and I had to park in the back forty I thought this place is going to be crowded but wasn't at all its just right size I liked it so if your wanting to try a new place try twin pines casinos I pretty sure you'll be surprised at how well you enjoy it ! Had the steak at the eatery inside and it was phenomenal. Get the ribeye, it tastes like grass fed beef. Little pricey though.$$$Food & drinks: Get the ribeye.

Would give 5 stars but the elevator was broken over 24 hours and we were on the 3rd floor- they should have gave some sort of discount for the inconvenience- no room service either you can call meals in and hike down to get them and hike bk up to your room- service was great location is far out there in the middle of nowhere no views nothing for the kids to do at all but play in the room there should be a game room for kids at least-Rooms: Rooms were big clean and comfortable microwave and fridge & coffee maker deep tub- then there's a envelope to leave tips for cleaning the room for you- funny I've stayed in places all over and I've never seen this tip envelope even in New york- isn't that their job to clean the room because you check in? We always clean our room before we leave anyways that was funny Safety: After we checked in they never told us the elevator was broken I had 3 kids with me and luggage it was broke over 24 hours what a hassle going up and down stairs to get food because of no room serviceFood & drinks: No room service but there's different food places you can call in and go pick up the prices aren't that bad at allNoteworthy details: Everyone who was booked for that weekend should have got some kind of discount because being on the 3rd floor with a broken elevator over 24 hours was ridiculous

The rooms are comfy, and the food is good but service has slowed down recently in the restaurant.Nearby activities: Close to the lake, so good for a morning trip to the lake then evening in the casinoFood & drinks: Drinks are good from the bar and they have a killer burger

When we made the reservation, the concierge said she would put us in one of her favorite rooms. She did a great job. The room was large and comfortable. The Casino is located close to where we could visit with family. Amanda in the restaurant was an amazing waitress, whether there were two of us or the seven. The food was good and plentiful. Good cook. Thank you.

This casino is one of my favorites in Lake County. The employees are awesome and go above and beyond to make the guests comfortable and enjoy their visit. The hotel has great rooms and comfortable beds. There is wheelchairs for guests that need them. The snack shack, restaurant, and bar have delicious food. This is the only casino in the county right now that allows smoking. The new gas station Uncle Buddies, gives you free play when you purchase gas. Twin Pines is an all-around great experience. I have never had a bad trip here. I recommend this casino over any of the others in the county.

My favorite Casino. They are in no way cheap, as other Casinos in California are. Excellent free play, coupon for money off at Restaurant, free one night room. Try comparing to other Casinos Ten dollar free play. Twin Pines is the place to go. They appreciate your business.

We ate lunch at the restaurant, I ordered the spicey chicken sandwich with fries. The food was good and large portions but expensive, $45 for 2 chicken sandwiches with fries and no beverage.Service was beyond slow, the dining room was not busy enough to warrant the extremely long wait for food, our check and then waiting for change back....I think he must have walked to the bank in Middletown for Change.I doubt we will return due to the cost and slow service.

Moved recently to Lake County. Keep going back to Twin Pines frequently. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The place is clean and comfortable. It's not over packed with machines being too close. There is enough room to be able to move around without feeling like you're navigating an obstacle course. The restaurant has a nice menu. The food has been consistently well prepared. We have eaten there numerous times. Not too pricey by today's standards. For some casino entertainment, I would recommend this place. And the gas station located in their parking lot, seems to have the best gas prices around. BIG PLUS!

Great hotel , have been staying here for almost a month... great people at the front desk, lots of parking.... location is pretty desolate, but if that's what you're into then maybe that's great. The casino itself is pretty small and doesn't really have a lot of options for food , fairly heavy cigarette smoke smell on the gaming floor, but I suppose that's normal for a casino

The staff is top notch, and the facility is very clean throughout. I had the steak medium cooked perfectly but was a bit on the chewy side. Played around 1000 dollars and my best hit was 30x. Didn't see one hand pay and I was on the floor 3 hours. Very tight from my little experience. Parking was easy and it was far from busy on a Thursday. Smaller casino, couldn't be more than a few hundred machines. 1 table of black jack and 3 card going.Room is nice, clean, spacious, and stocked with fridge and microwave. Window let's 100 percent of the morning sunlight in so get to bed early. I would come back again for a comped room.

Garbage!!!! Run down!!! Spent lots of $$$,played atleast 25 different machines, still couldn't win ANYTHING at all!!! Take my advice and go to Groton in Rohnert park.
