Had a messed up bumper, took it in, and had such a warm welcome from staff. They were super fast, and did an excellent job! Super professional, and pleasant to work with. They called me to pick it up, and told me they were almost done detailing my car! I was so happy because not only did they fix my car, they made it look and shiny and brand new, and I fell in love with my car all over again! I highly suggest supporting this local business if you're in town!Thank you so much for your amazing work!

Long time customer over the years, not just for fender bender (which they made the car good as new) but also for uhaul services and the occasional lightbulb replacement and small fix. Hidden Valley auto body team was very supportive during all levels of interactions we had. After Randy took a look my car he evaluated the situation and advised me what parts need to be purchased. Unfortunately since Hyundai took so long to deliver the parts I had to cancel the service but I really appreciate them being understanding and refunding fully without even charging admin fees which they could. Really appreciate for being super nice and Marry Christmas!

Best auto body shop ever they fixed my number within less than two weeks! Left my car clean and smelling brand new they are amazing and I trust them forever if I get into another accident

They are personable and professional. I've been in several times in the last year for different things. Recently I came in with a dent in my car and they even recommended where I can go to get it out that will be a lot cheaper than they can do. We are new to the area and they have been so welcoming, available, and helpful. They have my recommendation and my loyalty in business.

Friendly, knowledgeable, guaranteed service. Body mechanic did an easy and strong fix to a lamp cover that had popped open separately from the initial reason we brought the car in. Saved us a $40 part.and labor. No miss, no fuss - I'm glad we went with them!

I feel lucky that this local family owned business is in our county. In the past I had taken my cars to other shops in the larger cities and out of our county thinking the larger chains and bigger shops would be better. I learned the hard way that is not the case. After being burned by a chain of shops in Santa Rosa I discovered Hidden valley auto body. I'm grateful for the owners experience, integrity and honesty. He could had easily hustled me into expensive and unnecessary work like other places have (especially because I'm a girl) but he is honest and transparent. My recent repair was done at a fraction of the cost others would had charged and he helped me repair my girl without doing anything unnecessary or over the top. They will get repeat business from me in the future.

I have a Mercedes e350c that I hit a bear in and it needed alot ofwork.New air bags fender, bumper ect. Randy and his crew are outstanding. Fixed it all and you could t even tell it was in an accident. They also have an Enterprise rent a car onsite to help with replacement vehicle while they fix yours. A+ all the way
