AMAZING! All I can say is there are NO WORDS to explain how absolutely unbelievable business, family AND staff (The staff IS family) We had an issue with our truck as soon as we go into Middletown! BG Tires staff INSTANTLY accommodated us, took their time to assess the situation AND the walked us through what was going on, questions were welcome and answered TRUTHFULLY. *READ that last sentence AGAIN! THAT IS ALMOST unheard-of nowadays. PLUS I can't forget to mention that BEFORE starting the work OR promising anything they went above and beyond to DOUBLE CHECK to be SURE that WAS the issue! I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH about this local family run business that you will NOT regret spending your money to do business with and KNOW that the job IS being done THE RIGHT WAY! Although it IS SAD that they ARE the last of a dying breed... I am SO THANKFUL that I found them AND I WILL NEVER HESITATE to spend my HARD EARNED money with them!IF B&G happens to read this review... THANK YOU and I TRULY APPRECIATE you and all that you all do! I look forward to seeing you all again sooner than later (FOR MY TIRES and NOT due to car repairs) LOL I DON'T want to tempt it happening

They take great care of our tire and brake needs! We come here every time we need service. I never felt like they were overcharging us. Something I always feel at other car places, lol.

They completely rebuildlt my front driver side brake assembly. They completed the work for the same price Big O in Sebastopol quoted just for pads and grinding the rotor. I got new pads, calipers and rotors in less than 5hrs.I wished they were a full mechanical shop, I'd take every vehicle I own there for everything. Great buch of mechanics.

ive known john for a while, he does good work but he is sheisty sometimes because my car comes back with more problems. nothing personal im jus telling you watch him while he works on your vehicle

WORST morning of my life. Then I get a low tire pressure warning because there is a screw in my tire on a lonely back road to work. Make it to B&G Tire in Middletown, wait for them to open. Only 1 mechanic showed up to work and there were 3 customers already.The owner and really nice woman who works there get everyone checked in the mechanic who shows up for work with a good attitude. Fixed my flat and sent me on my way feeling a lot better because there are GREAT people in our community who show up and do their job.I appreciate them and we should all appreciate the people who show up for us.AWESOME business and they gained a customer.

I've been coming here for at least 15 years, with various vehicles, and I will tell you this is a well managed shop .and the work is well done. The prices are reasonable. You can trust John and his crew.

Apparently they have something against Tesla's they inform me they don't do tires on Tesla's because it voids the warranty. So I informed them that my vehicle is not under warranty anymore so it shouldn't matter they said they just don't do them because they don't like to try to get parts for them. It's just normal Michelin tires that any tire repair shop can buy from Michelin. So apparently if you drive a Tesla your money is no good at this place. Quite a shame I can't keep the money in the city that I live in and I have to go out of the city and spend my hard earned money elsewhere because it's apparently not good enough for this company

Great place awesome staff. I had a flat tire, and they were almost closed, they still helped me out had me patched and on the road in 15 minutes. Thanks for the hospitality!

Haven't needed to use B&G but boy are they always busy when I drive by. They must be doing something correctly and I would call them if I was in the area in need of auto repair.

Dude takes care of business. Got 2 new trailer tires on my boat trailer. Had me rolling down the road to the lake in less than 30 minutes.. fair pricing.. excellent service

I had to get some new tires for my SL500 Mercedes but the tires were flat so I had to remove the the rims and take it down to them for them to mount the tires and balance them. They were ready for me in less than an hour and when I pick them up I was only charged $40 which was unbelievably inexpensive very happy with the people that work there in the service provided

The employees are very pleasant, but we had to take our tire back twice because they did not fix the flat the first time.

Super nice folks. Even though they work on cars, they're always willing to check the tire pressure on the odd assortment of motorcycles I ride up on at their shop.

I stopped here to have my tires checked on my RV and they found a screw and was able to repair the tire right then. I highly recommend anyone stopping here to get service.
