Need alignment for your Tesla? This is the only place in town that does it. Very happy to get my model s done here. Owner work at front desk. Easy to talk too and work with. $200 for alignment is reason considering no one else does it.

Took my Infiniti in for a service and ended up lifted my 2024 at4 HD. The service here was by far the best I ve experienced. If you need your car serviced, need tires or even want to customize your vehicle, this is the place to do it. Will be returning again with my other vehiclesThanks West Coast

West Coast initially tried erasing my review. How many other reviews have they erased to keep their "top rating"? Like I said it would be, their response is a song & a dance to shift any responsibility & to blame us. They never offered a discount, nor would it have mattered when they simply weren't doing the work even when they had the part.In fact, they charged us erroneous charges just to get out of there.But... none of that even matters because come to find out,West Coast wasn't even certified to perform any kind of Smog Repair (per the Bureau of Automotive Repair [BAR])They had no business touching our truck to begin w/.Does that say quality work & integrity to you?My husband is a disabled combat veteran w/ Parkinson's. This truck is his pride & joy & last vehicle he will be able to drive.If West Coast scams a disabled war veterans this way, imagine how they'll scam you.Original review:This shop is superficial & fake. If you have any real service needs, take it to another shop. It took West Coast Tires & Auto two months to diagnose a code because they didn't have a part & other various reasons.Rodrick promised us that they would work on the transmission as soon as it came in, but when the time came he said, "That's not how shops work," & "other cars came in that needed to be worked on."It didn't matter how many times we showed up at the shop, reiterated that the registration was (now) past due, that we were incurring late fees or that we needed the truck for jobs & chores before leaving the state. They wanted to keep pushing the date back to the absolute latest possible time (until we'd be leaving the state) even after we had already made them reasonable accommodations & our needs know to them.I understand that mechanical work is "complicated" & can be difficult at times & that there can be shipping delays when ordering parts. That's all reasonable & understandable. But when you have the part & you're still not making any progress, it is unprofessional & shows a level of ineptitude.We ended up having to pull my husband's truck from their shop because they weren't keeping their word or listening to our needs.Days shy of three months & all WCT&A had done was a diagnostic & driveshaft removal. Ernies Transmission did more work in three hours than West Coast did in three months. If you google, how long an average diagnostic & transmission replacement takes, it's nowhere near three months. Not even the worst-case scenario, even when allowing extra time for unforeseen hang-ups.Now... get your popcorn out & read their reply about how this is our fault, what a great shop they have & the quality work they provide

They were amazing im so pleased with my sons truck! The customer service was fantastic I ll definitely go back in the future & highly recommend.

My car had maintenance light, charging system problem, tire pressure light, and needed an oil change. I came in just for an oil change and they ended up fixing the rest of my problems in a matter of 30 minutes. The owner there is really polite and knows how to get the job done. they make sure you leave with everything fixed and right. I couldn t ask for better service. it was a pleasure working with them and I highly recommend.

Visited West Coast tires and auto center today and merced and Rodrick was really cool. I called because I had been canceled by another oil change place, but he fit me right in. He was very professional and gave me a pretty good deal. The oil change was about 30 minutes or so and I was out the door. It was quick and easy, plus he told me about other services that he offered. I was so impressed by his professionalism and the way they do business, I told him that he just won another customer. Highly recommended!

Customer service is great, husband and wife is super nice . but the reason why I gave 3 stars came in for my brakes fix front and rear . informed them about the squeaky noise I been hearing.Bought my vehicle back so they can check it out and said that they don t hear any noise. when I hear it it s so ignoring . when I frist came in for service they informed me and said my rotors was still good . when I bought my vehicle back for them to check it out they said they was bad . im gonna go else where with a second opinion .

Husband and wife team amazing customer service. They told me what the problem was upfront with my automobile and they quickly solve my problems. I recommend this business for all your automotive needs.

I hit a pot hole and messed up the struts and front tires. They fixed the problem very efficiently and in a timely manner! The team is very friendly and professional, I intend to bring my vehicles here from now on! BTW, they have some pretty cool low riders they are fixing . Mahalo Nui Loa!

Very quick service, I must compliment Alonzo for exhibiting great customer support answered all my questions without prejudice and being in a place where you never real know what service you'll recieve given the racial divide I felt welcome important respected and most importantly not rushed
