Buying our new Yukon was a great experience. We have purchased several vehicles from Ron Smith and every time we do they are quick and efficient. Gino does a great job in explaining all the new features. We also always take our vehicles into their service department for everything from warranty work, oil changes and when we feel something is wrong with one of them. We would recommend using Ron Smith GMC for all your vehicle needs. We will continue to purchase all our vehicles from Ron Smith!

Absolutely the best buying experience I have ever been through in my 50 years of buying 14 new vehicles. Traveled over 2 hours and 100+ miles from the Bay Area and well worth the trip. They truly want you as a lifetime customer and have earned my business.

I enjoyed the professionalism of the whole Ron Smith team!! From the sales floor and the way up to financing. They presented me with all the options and let me choose what I needed and wanted. The men and women that currently work there are so kind and helpful. The men that run the shop have been there many years and I am always confident that they will always do what is needed to keep me on the road and safe, and we single women need to know we can trust people to not scam us by telling us there are things wrong with our cars, just to make more money. I trust Ron Smith's Shop, and I'm always at peace when I get my car back. Love that they even wash it every time, and the convenience of the shuttle to get me to work and then pick me up also when I get off. Love them and I'll never go anywhere else. I tell everyone of the great service.

Just purchased a Gmc truck. Had the pleasure of working with Nathan Ortiz. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to never tried to talk me into anything i was not interested in like other dealerships do and sometimes they make it very intimidating. Not Nathan he was great!! Ron Smith dealership is the place to go Family owned they are all very nice and made my purchase experience a breeze!!! I highly recommend this dealership!! If i ever need to make another purchase I will be back !! Thank you for the great service!!

I live 2 hours away and I tried to get an appointment for my truck so I m not waiting there all day for my turn. They told me bring it in and when we get to it we will. I said well that s why I m calling to make an appointment and virtually told me the same no matter what it was a week for now or a month. Reallly!! I m no longer taking my truck there for and reason. Fresno GMC can give you appointments dates and times.

The best experience possible I got qualified over the phone drove to Merced and signed paper work immediately. Pricing did not change and everyone was super professional. Great experience I will be going back for another vehicle in the future.

This is the best car dealership in earth hands down, there s no way you could tell me anyone else is better than these guys. They are too notch and go over and beyond to make sure you re happy and satisfied with your experience there. I ll only buy vehicles they sell from now on. I highly recommend them! This time was fine. But last time one of the servicemen took a note out of my glove box when he was replacing the cabin filter and took a picture of her and put it on the internet over 40,000 people saw it I was very disappointed I went to the manager and he said he'd let me know what was happened or what he could do for me and I never heard back from him so I was very disappointed with the last service this one was fine you should teach the service text not to go through people's stuff

Nick and his team at Ron Smith GMC have been life savers for me and my business. When he didn t have to he accepted a repurchase for my lemon truck when he did not have to. I did not buy my original vehicle through him but he was generous enough to help me and my family out when we were in need and especially after being treated poorly by multiple dealerships prior. Nick helped me personally through every step of the way and ensured I got exactly what I needed. If you need a vehicle and desire above and beyond customer service this is the only place to go in the state of CA. Definitely worth theb3 hours drive to work with him. 10/10 recommend and my next purchase will be here!! Thank you Nick, and everyone at Ron Smith GMC.
