Awesome service and great people. Shout out to Issac the sales manager. Him and his amazing team helped me and my wife get into brand new cars. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

We got an SUV from here in May and then went back in August for our second SUV. Our family is growing and we both needed a bigger vehicle. These people really go out of their way to help you out and get you what you need at the right price. Mr. William A. helped us both times and we have nothing but positive things to say about this gentleman. His partner Jose was very helpful as well. There were some complications with the contract but Mr. Julian did what he had to do to make sure our payments stayed the same. I have to admit I ve had the SUV a total of 9 days and I ve had a couple issues with the car but as soon as I brought these concerns up today they told me to bring it in as soon as possible and they ll get it checked out tomorrow morning since it was near closing time. The problems are an inconvenience but it s worth recognizing that they re doing everything they can to make things right.

Started communication over a month ago with this company online after extensive research, they had the product that I wanted. Had them send me a quote talked with the sales guy Ivan. Who always seem to have a day off and took three or four days to communicate back when I had questions. They knew I was out of state yet continued to communicate with me today November 26. They stated that they can t sell to an out-of-state buyer, you would think with Ford sales down that they would take any sales they could get. I ll be Contacting ford directly as this is appalling! as a consumer, I cannot spend my money. Although, maybe it s just and this is how they operate their business

I just purchased a 2019 tahoe from Razzari Ford and let me tell you these guys are fantastic. Mr.William Ayala called me 30min before they open to assure me the car was available still. He texted me pictures and sent me a video of the suv. The sales Manager aka Mr.Mark Aguayo was on point making sure the apr on the Tahoe was appropriate and at a fair rate. I couldn't tell you on how happy I was with the customer service and the power trans warranty with no extra costs.Thanks again you guys I will make sure Razzari Ford is on my radar for my next purchase.....

Does not do there job correctly, I took my truck to replace washer fluid container, all the bolts are missing! Now it's broken again because it was bouncing all over the place. They must start paying more attention to little things like bolts. The wheel liner is missing bolts too. Mechanics should pay more attention and make things the way they should be.

DO NOT GO HERE!! They are very dishonest. I bought a car here in 2015 and took my it to get the AC fixed in 2022.8/4-8/9 Razzari had my car fixing the AC and apparently did an unautorized oil change on my vehicle. It was not in the paperwork, but they put it on my carfax on 8/11. $1700, plus I paid for a rental car until my car was done which costed $400 + $250 security hold on my cc.9/25-I took my car to Wal-mart to get an oil change and they refused to change it because the mechanic couldn't torque down the screw because it just kept going in circles and they were worried that they couldn't put the screw back in if they did take it out. They refused to do it and told me to take it back to the previous guy who did the oil change....Razzari.9/25-Went to Razzari main show room to ask for a Manager or owner after 5pm, since Service was already closed, to discuss the matter. Was told the names of whom I can email or talk with.9/28-I sent an email to Weston Bodeing and Tim Razzari. Exchanged emails that are attached for viewing. They refused to acknowledge they did an oil change or attempt to fix the error.10/1--Weston Bodeing refused to acknowledge that Razzari did anything wrong, stated they never did an oil change because it's not on the paperwork, and went on to say that CarFax is known to be wrong.Don't buy here. Don't trade in your car here, obviously, they will take advantage of you by using CarFax reports that might work in their favor. Don't get your car fixed here, they are obviously incredibly dishonest!!!!!

At first I thought this was a great dealer so I called and asked about a vehicle in their inventory. It turns out the owner was driving it and therefore I could not see it. Upon further communication they tried to get me to come in on THEIR schedule to see it rather than making it work for me. When this didn t work they no longer kept up communications. Several weeks later they started calling and messaging me in regards to this because apparently the owner brought it back with 3k miles which is understandable. They do have a fair to above average price on it, nothing crazy high but here s the catch. They say it s a new vehicle yet, when I pointed out a major paint blemish on the headlight lower trim panel they refuse to fix or negotiate the price. I ve had a bad experience and I hope others have better.I am going to leave my prior review as a comparison. I ultimately ended up purchasing from this dealer and they came thru. I would highly recommend, even after my initial problems. Friendly people, helpful people, and honest people. Good pricing also.

Thank you so much to Joshua Castro and Alan Lottinville for helping me get the right car for my family!! I am a family of 10 with 8 children ranging from 17 years- 7 months old. My family out grew our van and suburban and I needed a bigger vehicle to fit us all (since it was a struggle to pack up and take two vehicles) I came to Razzari Ford in Merced and met up with Joshua and he went right to work, he made sure all my needs were met and I had all the saftey features needed in a vehicle for my fam. I loved that there was no pressure to buy and no pushy salesman act, it was straight to the point. I got everything I was looking for and the it runs great!! Alan was able to get me the right payment I was looking for and I was in and out in less than an hour!! I loved the customer service, everyone there is super friendly, and super helpful like one big family. Thanks to you guys we are now able to fit comfortable and payment is comfortable which is a BIG plus! I will definitely be a returning customer!! For those wondering, I purchased a 12 passenger, Ford Transit, rides very smooth, carseats and kids fit perfectly with room to spare, also great leg room, with all these seats there is still an unbelievable amount of storage space in the back, I love it!! Thanks again!!!

Service after the purchase is terrible.If you want to call 3-4x in order for someone to pick up in service or parts department, this is the place for you.If you want your texts ignored from the service guys, this is the place for you.If you want your message forwarded to the service guys because they are with another customer, and never get a call back, this is the place for you.If you want to be told that you can always "just" come in to talk to the service guys since they dont return your calls, this is the place for you.If you never want any updates on why your service is taking longer then promised, then this is the place for you.

Took my Ford focus in for service and tire rotation. Promptly met by Adam, with a smile. Razzari had sent us a card to get 50% off service, which was awesome! Work was done in a couple of hours. Great job! I regularly take my vehicle there for service. Never disappointed.

My recent experience involve a service call on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. I took it in for an oil change and service. I was later told that my brakes needed service which I consented to at a quoted estimate of around $450.00. I assumed that since I took it to a dealership that I receive an accurate assessment of what was needed and the cost. I was informed late on Friday night that the vehicle was ready. I opted to pick it up on Monday. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the cost was $650 instead of $450. I paid and left the dealership. Upon arriving in Atwater, approximately 6 miles, the vehicle behind me informed me that my right rear wheel was wobbling. Upon investigation, we discovered that at least two lug nuts were only finger tight. The wheel was loose on the hub. This resulted in a ruined wheel. The response I got from your dealership was, "Darn, you were lucky." You decided to find me a replacement wheel which we are still waiting for after almost 2 weeks. I am not sure if the work I paid for was required or done since no one had assured me that it was. I am very dissatisfied with the dealership. I may take the vehicle to the Jeep dealer in Turlock for evaluation.

We just bought our 2020 Ford Explorer this past Saturday and had a very smooth and pleasant experience. We didn t know exactly what we were looking for but knew we needed an SUV. The first gentleman we spoke to was very awkward, unsure, and pretty much wanted us to show him what we wanted when we were kind of hoping for the opposite. He then said he was going to get help and William Ayala took over, had he not we probably would ve left. Mr. Ayala was very helpful and friendly, he understood our concerns, knew what to look for, and made very reasonable recommendations.

I never leave reviews but this time I though I would I needed an oil change ASAP and was stressing cause my oil life was at 0% so I called to make an appointment hoping I would be able to get in at least within a week or so and the lady in the call center named Dayli (which is a very unique name by the way) was able to get me in the next day, I was so relieved. Dayli was very kind and helpful and did her best to get my car in before I have any major issues. Thank you again so much I appreciate it.

Went in hesitant on my choice to buy my first car from a dealership. From the start everyone was welcoming and professional. Gave me all the information up front and not pushing me to make a choice. Had an appointment set for a Saturday. I got multiple text confirmations. Saturday came and the guy called asking if I can come in sooner to get the service I was requesting. I said sure I would try let me wake my husband up that works nights to follow me so that I can have a ride back. Not even 15 minutes later he calls back saying he needs to cancel our appointment because he doesn't have the proper brake pads... I have read only the first few reviews and I see this is a common occurrence. Do you not have a system that you check inventory of each scheduled car a week in advance? Luckily he did cancel on me, because within the upcoming week turns out my coworker had taken her altima to the dealer and they messed with one of her sensors that caused he car to malfunction and no other dealer could fix it because she would have to return it to razzari only to use their machine to turn it off... they manipulated her car so that she would have to return for a future false service, and they charged her for things she didn't even get fixed. Other mechanics confirmed. I canceled my appointment the same day she told us what was happening to her. I thought taking it to a nissan dealership I was doing the right thing. Now I need to find someone else that can change my brakes. If you can't trust an authorized dealership than whom can you trust.

From the moment I met Jose in the sales lot, he was warm and listened to my wants and needs in a vehicle. After showing me some contenders, he took me to the 2022 Ford Edge. It was more luxurious than I could imagen driving. Through Ford, Jose was able to offer me a zero interest rate for the lifetime of the loan. My mind was blown! Excellent experience to say the least! Will recommend and continue business here with Jose and staff in the future.

I'm doing this review on behalf of my mom who is 83 years old. She had a recall on the door latches of her Escape. One of them had failed and she improvised to keep the door closed. Called the service department to schedule an appointment. She had to wait to set the appointment because the service department didn't have the parts. They called a few days later and she was able to get an appointment. She asked me to follow her just to make sure everything went okay. She dropped the car off, this was at 10am, they told her about an hour and a half to two hours. She and I went to breakfast, sat an visited for a while and I dropped her back at the service department at about 11:45 thinking her car would be done soon. She didn't get home until almost 4:30! No explanation as to why it took so long, nothing. We will never use Razzari Ford for anything. We will drive to Turlock if we have too.

I have financed all my vehicles at Razzari and they always treat my husband and I like family. My last few visits went great because Alex Ochoa was helping us out, he is great! Extremely reliable, he didn t stop until we found the perfect car for us (considering all the specifics I wanted), and he was just very outgoing! It is always a pleasant experience going to razzari and Alex is always a call away. If you go to razzari, I recommend Alex as your salesman!

Ask for Alejandro, he is the best! Alejandro, the salesman, did an extraordinary job. He was realistic with pricing. Alejandro represented Razzari. He was patient and landed me on the most beautiful car. Alejandro was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. Their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect! Willing definitely come here once I plan on trading my car in!

Recently went here looking for a car with my sister. I ended up buying a 2020 Nissan Altima. If you re looking for someone to sell you a car I highly recommend coming here and asking for Jose. AMAZING. The salesmen Alex was a great guy, had a great experience super painless and quick. I told him a needed something affordable, something nice but not to nice and he hooked me up with a brand new TOP OF THE LINE F-150 STX. Very nice pick-up with a great experience. DO NOT GO TO THEM I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THEM. They scam and lie, and there car facts are not up to date. My partner leased a fairly expensive car from them, after just one week of use the car would not start on multiple occasions. Upon purchase my partner asked Ricky (who helped lease the car)if there were any recalls on the car, did the previous owner have any problems and are the Carfax up-to-date (questions you should ask). He stated the car was in good condition, there were no recalls on the car, the last owner only had it for two months because they wanted a different car. My partner also spoke with the owner and the owner insured her that she was in good hands, she mentioned how other dealers sometimes like to scam and what we ve been through with other dealers and he promised that he was not one of those dealers. It is now a month later and the car has completely shut off(they have a final sale policy, which should have been a red, but we are young and learning). she has been trying to get it fixed but they have been giving her the run around and stated she has to go through the bank about the car. In the mist of getting a tow this morning, the tow driver said that the battery was on incorrect and that that could have caused an accident because the car could have turned off completely while driving. The tow driver assisted and turned the car back on. Please do deeper digging when you do get a car. This is not our first dealer who scammed us so please please please do your own research.

We ordered a 2022 Ford Escape Plug In Hybrid through Razzari Ford, and the sales transaction was very painless.I worked with Christopher (sales) and Matthew (finance) and these two gentlemen took care of us through the entire process.The car was built very quickly and arrived maybe two months after ordering. It runs amazingly well and I love that we can go almost 40 miles on the battery.The only negative thing I'll say is this: give me a full tank of gas before I drive off the lot! I'm spending a lot of money on this car, the least you can do is fill it up!!That being said though, I'd recommend Razzari with no hesitation.If you are buying a PHEV, make sure you are aware of the rebates that you can get for purchasing this make and model. There is a rebate called the California Clean Fuel Reward for $683. It is supposed to be taken off the price of the car at time of purchase. I didn't notice this until the next day, but Razzari was able to get the rebate for me.

So i bought a 2017 ford explore and the problem with that place is they take for ever to give u ur car back from the shop good ppl that work the but ther service sucks truck has been at the shop for olmost 3 months this is the second time it s been ther and have not been lucky to get back a good work car so I suggest think twice from buying from this place they already ruined a few trips I had plans because I don t have my car so make sure u really read and Under stand everything on the contract cuz at the end of the day ur just going to be paying for a and leave u Carless
