My experience here was the best I've ever had! You have an employee by the name of Lesli. All I have to say is that every single store needs a Leslie. She literally greeted me with the most positive and approachable attitude. She has the best customer service skills I have ever seen in a person. Customer service is everything to me. It's actually what makes a business. Trust me, if you dont have that skill, you have no business. That's my personal opinion, and it makes total sense. She remembered talking with me on the phone. She went far and beyond, making sure I had the right item and educated me on it a bit. She's very knowledgeable. She literally took her time while attending to me cause I knew absolutely nothing about what I needed or even how to install it. I can say that I was one impressed customer to have even met Lesli. Thank you, Lesli, you're the best!

I been with this store for a long time had no problems at all but sense bobby was transferred to a new store the new manager seems to be getting rid of the most important people in the comercial area this guy need to get out of this store he s nothing but problems. TIM NEEDS TO GET THIS MATTER RESOLVED.Until them ill take my business somewhere else i hope other people and shops do the same. So supervisors can really see what a snake they have as manager. And stop protecting him.

Would like to thank Fernando for such great service, had a bad experience in Mariposa at that OReillys location, and Luis was able to assist here in Merced, he tested my battery and switched it out for me with a new one. Thanks again Fernando! Great customer service!

I love O'Reilly's this location needs more counter help. I needed a battery but I ended up waiting till I got to Sacramento. The line and wait was extremely long so I left.

Went in to buy a vacuum hose for my wife's car nut they were out of the size I needed. The working looked in the back and found a about 1 ft of a different size but it did go on the fitting I needed to. Go make it an even better morning the just gave it to me. Great place and very good and nice customer service.

Well I always have loved O'Reilly's. I always choose them over anywhere else. Not sure why. I have found better deals at Walmart dot-com. Everything's cheaper at Walmart but you might have to wait a couple weeks to get your product. O'Reilly's can get it real quick if you're in a rush. And they will always be my auto part store......

Customer service is good to the workers that know about cars. The workers that don't know about cars are always saying we don't have that. They don't even look into it or ask for help. It's a flat out we don't have it. And the wait time is so long just to get turned away.

I have done a lot of business here, the staff is always ready to help and if they don't have what I need in stock they will call their other store for me to see if they have it. If they do have to order it then most times will have it the next day. They keep their prices competitive and their store is always clean. I feel confident in the staffs knowledge and they treat me with respect which some places don't because I am a female, other places act like l don't know a thing about cars when reality is I know alot about cars. I have 7 older vehicles and they all run nicely. They also have loaner tools for the times when you need them but don't want to buy a new tool you will probably never use again. I recommend this place highly.

When we had our old motorhome towed there to diagnose ourselves (w/a certified mechanic family member's assistance from out of town), the staff were all very friendly & helpful & 1 guy even knew things about our particular year's make & model that the mechanic did not! The manager didn't mind us keeping it parked there for the 2 days it took for us to find a tow dolly rated for it's weight & have a family member tow it for us & thoughtful manager even surprised our 9-yr-old w/a couple of new toys!

Im a mobile mechanic and I do a lot of buisnes with many different auto parts stores, from Merced to modesto. All day every day. In any city I prefer O'Reilly vs AnyotherZtore becouse in my opinion they are more knowledgeable and will always do the best they can to help you.With that said, me being a local to Merced and using the 16th St location the most, I have to say, Edgar (closing shifts) has taken it above and beyond with his customer service. He's absolutely never made me feel rushed in any way even the times we've had to search for really lonong periods of time for whatever reason. Never has gotten frustrated searching or helping me and makes me feel welcomed as soon as I step in to the store . I took this time to write this review becouse it is the very least I can do to show my gratitude towards him.For anyone looking for parts, I highly recommend heading over to O'Reillys before anywhere else, don't think twice about it. Quality and economic prices, service that can't be beat and many locations.

Had 3 month old battery checked. It was found to be fine. I )oozed for a draw don for 4 weeks, could not find anything. Took car to dealership, was informed battery had bad cell. $200 ! Took car to the 16th street OReillys.Manager was very rude (TimTORRES) and not helpful. Was told to leave! I left. Called O'REILLYs Oakdale where battery wad purchased, they called O'REILLYs Olive ave. Had battery for me next day! Very pleasant and helpful, installed new battery! Marcus !

My car part buying experience at O'Rilleys Auto Parts has always been great. It's a clean not only in the store it self but in the parking lot as well. All of O'Reillys employees have always been kind, friendly, polite and very well mannered. So I give it a 5 rating.

Staff here sucks.... ask a question and they never can seem to know what the answer is.Horrible service every time I go in here.This is why I shop on the other side of town on olive, Much friendlier staff and helpful.

The store is clean and organized but the customer service is not so good. I called the store for two axles and transmission seals which the employee stated they need to be ordered and I placed the order. However when I went to get the parts, the employee only ordered the axles and not the seals. All the employee could do was apologize for overseeing and stated they couldn't get one today because it was after their delivery service. I had to find the seals somewhere else. I will not be doing business again at this location.

The staff was very helpful in helping me find the right set of headlight bulbs for my truck. It was raining when I lost a headlight and getting late. They offered a rain coat to use as I needed to change the light in the parking lot.

It was horrible. My wife purchased an air filter and they said it would be there after 1pm the next day. I went to get it and they didn't have it. They called the store that was supposed to send it and they sold it to someone else. Not good business.

At the time of purchase 1/22/22 10am it was cash only. Service was great and the part I needed was in stock.

Love the customer service when they are open but twice now I've raced down here to get something before they close and it's been 930 with the doors locked. On here it says 10?

I love O'Riley they always have the cheapest price and my part always be in stock if not they get it to me within the same day.
