Just bought a "like new tire" and it went flat on the way home ! Theres a audible and visible hole in the sidewall!!! Waste of money and it put me in a worse situation than I was in!

Haven't been there in years. Bought used tires. Had to get new ones in less than 2 months.Just got a new tire for a ford f150. Was sure it. Would be more than $150. Was $133. And the people are very nice people

I bought a set of tires and no free balance and rotation they also have bad mechanics. They beat in a ball joint instead of pressing it in . Had to replace it in a 8 month period plus other parts they installed.

I bought a used tire at pick and pull. Then, I took it to Garza Tire Shop to switch it. They did a balance on the tire and left the old one for recycling. Cost me $24.

Super good and reliable service. In and out of shop within 30 minutes and paid for a tire at fair price. They even had my tire size which is uncommon (smaller and stretched) in store and ready to go.

They always give good deals and are always very helpful. Recently I went and they tried to get me to do work I didn't need on my car when all I went in for was a new front tire. They than charged me for an inspection without me asking for it. When I asked why I was being charged for something I didn't ask for I was told it would be credited back when they performed the work. I told them I was going to have my uncle check it and if it needed the work they said it needed I would purchase the part and have them do it. Well it didn't need everything they claimed which would of cost me almost $400 my uncle fixed it for $30 I only need one part changed not 2 like they stated. When I went back to get it aligned they didn't want to credit me because they didn't do the work. I told them it was done without my knowledge and it needed to get credited. They only credited part of what they should of and left my car still unbalanced. I will never go there again. Pay attention to what they do.

I've been coming here for many years. Their prices are very competitive often better than the big box stores where you get techs with no experience right out of high school. Alignment and suspension work they have always had the best prices I don't even call around for other quotes because it's a waste of time. Our minivan, school bus conversion two cars and boat trailer all have tires from Garza.

I ve brought multiple cars here for many years. Whether it s tire changes, alignments, brakes, engine work you name it. Highly recommend to any in the area. One of their Main mechanics Johnny is one of the few I trust in town.

I went by accident thinking it was a body shop across the street, I learned a few things and the employees are friendly. I had my car aligned and got a printout of my specs. While not the best place for a lowered car I was able to make it without my lip. The guy who aligns wheels is pretty talented. The alignments are great and they give you the status of your suspension for free!

Put wrong tires on front. Then tired to say he put on the right ones??? But my Receipt said different . Smh Then owner said that now it s costing her money. Then do it right. Better communication with employees! Smh at owner. Told her that too. Now cost her a customer. Plus my wheels where over toque. By them. If I had a blowout on the freeway or flat, I would be screwed there. Be, no way to take this off with stock removal equipment . Also owner Martha has a very bad attitude she needs to get out of the business.

I got quoted 1 price and when I went to pick up my vehicle price was 20$ more than quoted. And the only thing the very rude office lady could tell me was, "well you needed the tire right? We could always just put your old tire on." Now all I was asking for was a simple phone call and apparently that was too much to ask for. I will not be coming back.

My tire shop for almost 10 yrs now! Martha is the best! Knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Great product, great prices and great service! Please don't retire....lol. a little pun

Came in for used tires and they sold me a set for $200 . They showed me 2 tires in excellent condition and said the other 2 were just as good. FALSE. Tires have little to no tread left and i already paid and they wont refund or even give a discount for these bald tires. Ontop of it all they took an hour and a half just to mount the tires not to mention the extra time to balance them. Terrible service. Just rude. Never coming back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I'm not happy with Garza tire. They charge a 1600 doller for a wheel alignment on all 4 tires cost 548.00 on my car. They not cheap. I rather go somewhere else to get my car fix. That is very poor business. They trying to keep extra money in their pocket.

They balance my wheels with old weights still on there which basically told the Machine to add more weights to the opposite side which makes no sense if you know about cars you know what I mean

It was really nice people came in and out price was super super reasonable since i went to drop off my daugther to her collage and eneded up with a flat so i was hoping price would be in my availability and new it was great

Took my vehicle in to get a tire...They said it would be about half hour to 45 minutes so I waited all that time, then they told me they didn't have a tire for my vehicle. Like really!?! You couldn't have told me that before I waited all that time!?! I honestly think it was because it was close to closing time and they just couldn't be bothered. And, they were rude!

These are the best tires and prices in town I've been coming here for quite a while and I've always been treated fairly and honestly that's what I miss around here is people being honest great place to buy your tires I really recommend it with the five stars

They were unable to help change our tire. They didn't have a master key lock. They wanted to charge us 10 bucks to break the tire lock!!

I recently went to this shop to have my front two tires swapped out for new ones that I had brought with me (purchased online & shipped to me). I called ahead to see how busy they were at the moment, and there were only two ppl in front of me, so I decided to head on over. I waited about fifteen minutes for a Tech and a Stall to have the work done.I was then, and have always been, treated with respect by everyone who works there. Twenty minuets worth of work to dismount two tires and remount the new tires, along with $14.00 later and I was on my happy way!One thing worth mentioning: Although most of the employees, if not all of them, are Hispanic, there is ALWAYS a person there that fluently speaks English, and everyone else can understand what it is you're saying. I don't speak Spanish, and I have never had a problem with exchanging conversation at Garza Tire Shop in Merced, (there is also one in Winton that has always been good to me).In short, I will always give Garza my business, when possible... and I would highly recommend that if within a reasonable distance, you should go to Garza's with your online-bought tires and have them swap out your tires, they know what they are doing.Regards,The Busryder

Attitude to help a customer is horrible. Will never go their again. If you want a good place to get your tires go to Nachos!! Their 10x better with taking care of their customers
