Marcus did an amazing job. My car looks brand new. Jesse the does the detailing referred me and I m glad I chose this shop. The detailing on the inside of my car also looks amazing. I m very satisfied with this service

Shop did a phenomenal job. Staff was great and did a great job with communication overall. The work they do is top tier. Nonetheless, they finished the work on my car in less than two days. If I ever need anymore work done they for sure have my business.

I hit the back of my brand new, car left a bad damage on trunk. Before taking the to any collision center, I read all of the reviewers' summaries from various collision centers then selected 4 to visit for estimate. Finally, we decided on Central Valley based on our evaluations .First of all, they returned the car in time frame that they promised!!! This is the most common complaining by the reviewers for all collision centers. Yet, Central Valley completed the job in time against all;Secondly, the repair on trunk was done with an excellent finishing! It is difficult to find the same color for my car and we were nervous about it. But it was not a case, they did excellent job. We would like to thank to Marcus and Hugo for their kind.Also, their office work very well, clean and courteous employees, specifically tons of thanks go to the lady in the office. She helped us to file the situation, very careful in paper work and payments.We highly recommend Central Valley Collision Center to all who cares about the quality and honesty in business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Battery

Guys, please don t left your car in here. My insurance is sent by car to the body shop. I swear to God is so bad because at the beginning they just told me like 20 days to repair and they just give me my car and almost 2 months, when I come to pick my car, it wasn t good. It wasn t clean they have Laura scratch in the car when I just asked him there was like oh no we don t have any idea about it and I swear to God it was so bad like please don t give your car to body shop.

Do not come here!! I was in an accident on 11/4/22, brought my car in for an estimate 11/7, they told me they were going to order the parts. on 12/6 i called for an update and they advised me one part was in but the other part wouldnt be in until 1/17. they scheduled me to drop off my car 1/23. I called another place 12/20 and they advised they could get all the parts in by 12/27. called Central Valley to cancel and they were rude, told me my parts had all come in 11/28 so wanted me to pay 30% restocking fee. I was straight up lied about them still waiting on parts was just given the run around. nearly two months later my car was still sitting in my garage and they wanted to me to wait another month to get me in. Super rude and unprofessional. save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

The receptionist is unbelievably rude. Not sure why she still had a job. Looks like other people have had the same issue. Also I laugh whenever there is a bad rating the owner says "no record of you in our shop" that's not the accurate reply. You guys need to really work on your customwe service! The way you treat people is everything!

Went here for some insurance work and had a great experience. Repair took three days longer than they originally thought, but was due to having to order a part, but they kept me updated frequently. It may cost a little more and may take a little longer, but they made it look like new.

Excellent service.Repair estimate was texted to me, linked to a detailed and user friendly online estimate.Repair shop communicated clearly and quickly, turning around the estimate within a day of getting my vehicle.Customer service was friendly and very accommodating.

Lets be honest, if you have to take your car to a collision shop its not usually a good thing.I have always referred people to this shop because I was in the car business I have heard great things of this place--even when it was under different name.My car was wrecked last Wedns and i got a phone call immediately the same day from the shop. They were professional and kind and answered any question I had. Unfortunately my car was deemed a total loss but i was still beyond happy with the service Dan and his staff provided. Thank you Central Valley Collision.

Lazy workers. I was scheduled to bring in my car to get the rear bumper replaced, and they gave me an estimate of it being ready by Wednesday. I received a call that it was pushed back to Friday. Friday I head over there and they re saying that it ll be ready by Monday. I don t think it s too much of a deal removing a bumper and placing a new one, that s literally a couple hours worth of work. Then the man in front of me was telling one of their workers that they messed up something on his ignition system, and they re denying it but it seems as if they know it s their fault. I wouldn t recommend coming here. Charged me nearly $1,200 for service they can t even deliver. It s been a week and I was initially told that it was a 2 day job.

I went in for an estimate today and I was just standing there looking stupid because no body helped me and I was the only one there so it s not like they were busy with another customer , the lady there just looked at me and looked down and kept doing whatever it is that she was doing horrible customer service so I decided to walk out if there acting like that with potential customer I can t even imagine with customer that came for warranty work

They never ordered parts and made me wait 3 weeks. I gave them authorization and they never notated they got it. I spoke to someone directly to give them the okay to proceed. The receptionist is rude! Save your time! Do not go!

Central Valley Collision Center was fast, effective and very empathetic. My car went in completely Undrivable after I was hit by another person, I took my car in and they made it like it never happened. So thank you to Dan and all the great mechanics that helped me out. If, god forbid something like this ever happens again I will send my car directly to them.

The service is not very good. They ve had my daughters car a little over a month and still not done. We get the same answer every time we have called. oh it s jusr out of paint and all we have to do is reassemble it . That was a week ago! And was told it would be done Friday October 5 2018. Well guess what? Still not done! If any of my cars need work on due to wrecks or what not, I will never let Central Valley Auto Collidion do the work!

they are always busy safe to say because they do a great job there is delay parts everywhere so i was understanding on why it took awhile whole office staff is very helpful recpetionsit is sweet while in office waiting for help i witnessed a rude lady and recpetionist kept her compsure and was still nice i recommend my car was nice and shiny when picked up.Service: Body & Trim

I would give 0 if possible. They misdiagnosed an issue and got my car totalled when it was a cheap fix. If they didn't have knowledge for exhaust systems they should not be quoting solutions. I took my car to two other shops to get quotes and it came to a third of centural valley collision's quoted price.

Auto dealership that I work for , uses this body shop and with great results for the price. I strongly recommend using them I hope you don't have to use them but if you do I strongly recommend them

These folks are great. They tell and document everything that will happen to restore my vehicle. You cannot tell my car was damaged.

Poor customer service at front desk, needs some training in how to deal with customer property. It so bad I told them I will go else where to get my car fixed. I would gave this a no star if I could.

If you value your car, your money, or your time. Find another shop. They are incompetent, and try to cover that fact up by lying to you.
