Highly recommend using this team (specifically Danielle who assisted me in my homeowner and flood insurance).Maybe I am old school but loved talking to an actual person who explained my options.Danielle was also available through email to answer any additional questions and went above and beyond to explain my policy.Really nice to have a real person helping over just signing up online . AAA for the win with Danielle!

Been with this insurance for over 17yrs! I left about 4yrs ago. Your insurance prices/quotes or yearly fee keeps on rising! I kept my membership only! The branch itself sucks. Going in their is like going to dmv now haha. Theirs sum what of restrictions they have here that they can't do! only dmv can. Their towl services sucks as well. Even in town they will take about 1 to 2hrs to get to you! They have a contract with "MPD" merced police department! So when they call for a service towl they come in less then 30min. Oh wait, theirs a catch! "DO NOT" let MPD call Triple A to help you get your car towl or anything. They charge extra! About $300 to $500, thats how they got me. I told them I have Triple A service n they made the call and I got hit with the fee! Make sure you call yourself! Their two older ladies that works in the front where you pay for your tags ect, they both have bad attitude! Like if we knew what to do we wouldn't be asking you the question ect. Their very rude and im guessing they been their to long! Have a great day guys!! Do not get insurance here!!

When I went in 4;30 on a Friday they were not very busy nore helpful. It seemed the lady behind the counter was more interested in talking to her other employees than helping.

Waited 25 minutes to see an agent to change policy. Saw another customer walk in and get hep l. He must of had the right look. Makes no sense or was it a 2pm lunch???????

Ive had AAA for several years. 2 yrs ago I had a minor traffic violation. I was paying 145 monthly. Afterward, 155-160. Last month I received an em that my upcoming bill was 320. My policy was up for renewal so I figured thats why, so I paid 320. This month, I rcvd another bill for next month, 318. I thought this was strange so I called my agent. Someone else answered the phone and blatantly stated my agent no longer works there.So I told this new agent, we'll call her Jill, asked for my information , then told me that upon reviewing my plan, that my rate wasnt adjusted for the traffic violation so thats why my new bill was 320. Thats 320 per month, also known as a car payment ! I then asked why Im being charged for this mistake by AAA. The agent sounded like she was holding in her laugh which started to get on my nerves, she kept cutting me off when I was trying to say something and the more she talked the more I wanted to hang up on her. The tone of her voice I will never forget, snappy, rude, disruptive and unprofessional. I told her to cancel my plan , and she kept repeating parts of my policy so I ended up demanding she cancel my plan now and em the confirmation #. Sad to say but I allowed her piss poor attitude to get to me , so the conversation ended with me cursing and hanging up on her. Unfortunately Im going w a different company, but for anyone deciding AAA in Merced, GET ANY AGENT BUT JILL. As for you Jill, trust me, you would not have spoken to me in that manner , intentionally provoking me to anger , if I were standing there in front of you.Heres an update. I called AAA in regards to the missing refund due to me after cancelling and receiving a cancelled notice via email. Whomever the agent was that I had spoken to now has a different name , Myra. So not sure about what happened there but I have yet to receive my refund from AAA. I'll wait and see if I am contacted regarding the refund and if I am not, by the end of next week, I will personally be visiting AAA in Merced.

Terrible 7 years as a loyal home owner policy holder . One break in and theft over 2 months ago and still no resolution ! Everyone passes the buck from the policy sales reps to the adjuster whom basically gas lighted us for 2 months. I m tired of calling them they need to get out of the business.

Danielle is awesome! Great customer service! She took the time to explain to me in detail when purchasing my homeowners and car insurance. I have had several questions where I made phone calls to her office and was very helpful and friendly every time.

Fast Quick response in Road side assistance, easy noon wait for Registration renewal. Friendly atmosphere. I appreciate the service along with inexpensive ticket prices for events before Covid 19 hit us

I admit that AAA service is much more convenient and faster than the DVM however it is pretty inconvenient when the workers there treat you unfair. The very first time I had to go to this location everything was simple and nice. Next year when I had to go back to renew my tags (and every year since) they have told me no. I'm not even capable of paying for my tags anymore because my mom's name are on the papers (but somehow was not a problem before) To add onto it they always act like my account is never there (when it is). The workers constantly make needless barriers when I honestly just want to get my tags and never have to deal with this location until the next year. I know enough people in my similar situation and all of them are treated fairly with NO hassle whatsoever which completely solidifies the fact that it's just me (and most likely many others) that they don't want to help. I never do anything but bring ALL my forms, go in there with a smile, and ask for service nicely with payment ready. If anyone wants a better AAA I highly recommend somewhere else. These guys are constantly trying to pull something.

I go here to renew my car license plate. We've been AAA members for years and this service is provided to members. Easy convenient for us.

Some people just have the worst attitude, and a lot of those people work here. They act like they are better than you for no reason and role their eyes at you for taking a few minutes of their time to update your insurance. If i could give 0 stars, i would gave them 0 stars

I don't believe I've ever been in AAA office that annoyed me. They really do what they can to make sure your visit is serviced properly.

I never have an issue with AAA service and apparently their employees like working there because I see the same faces for over a decade. I am always in and out in less time than I expect. They are always nice, polite and easy to work with.

DMV Services-Got a me a well welcome to the branch. Service teller very unprofessional. Got most of docs in hand with all signature and she apparently found an error that automatically use as excuse to refuse services. She said "off the road" which was very ruth in my perspective, which i clearly knew what she ment. I said my thanks and off the road i was. I made my way to the madera branch and i was well welcome with a message of hope without them knowing what had happen at the Merced Branch. I was kindlly ask to wait in line. Same docs were provided to AAA-DMV services. I was well service. I was ask if i wanted to add another member to my account and i would save 50%. I was very humble to said that their service was the best. All my paper work was process. I was really thoughful that their great service comes from a great leadership. I wonder about Merced! I hope this help you as the context of this review could get longer if my personal thoughts was to describe the micro aggression at the Merced Branch. By the way an old hispanic lady got the same service from another teller. Poor lady little that she knew!

They are okay but limited on what they can do regarding Dmv paperwork. I went to transfer a title. The vehicle was sold to me from a company, so they could not do anything for me, but they were able to sell me some more roadside insurance for my son.

Rude. People Recently changed insurances still have membership wich is nt good since if u want to pay tags and if the car is not under ur name they wouldn't accept ur membership waste of money. I will remember this every time they ask me to renew i don't recommend this insurance to anyone.

Its was hard to rate this...its a great company..they are quick to help in any situation but I had to call them in October to unlock my car and the employee ( not saying who) had broken my passenger side door when they stuck a device that expands and allows them to open the door..I didnt realize it was broken til the next morning...I told one of the technicians that come out to assist me and he says to report it to AAA..that's why I rated a 3 stars for this company...could have been a 5 star

AAA is fast convenient and i wont hear of going to DMV again i needed new plates new title register and insure my pick up no long wait in line i was in and out in 10 minutes even when i had to return for smog certificate i love this place recommend it highly.
