What a great mechanic!!!!! Mobile Pros came out to my house to diagnose why my truck wouldn't start. Kirby was polite and funny. He was able to give me an estimate within minutes and didn't waste my time. When we decided it would be easier to make the repairs at his place instead of my driveway, he helped set up the tow truck arrangements. The service was done when promised and didn't try to sell me on anything that wasn't needed. The best part was that it didn't sit for days at a shop. Sure, I had to wait for my turn but once it left my house it was worked on right away. No guessing "have they even thought about it yet?"

Kirby and his son were communicative, professional, and knowledgeable. They arrived with a very professional looking van and uniforms. Kirby gave me his honest assessment of my problem and spent time sharing with me the details of what he was doing and it is clear to me that he is in this business with integrity and a keen interest in what he does for a living! Add to this, he gave a very very reasonable amount for my diagnostics and repair costs. Later, when I needed some advice he gave it to me more than once without charging me. :-) who does that?! Someone who likes their job, thanks kirby! I'll be back when needed, highly recommend.

A few days ago I was in Riverside and my engine suddenly stopped running as I was driving it. I got it to start right up again and drove a couple of miles, but then it stopped again and I couldn t get it restarted no matter what I did.At that point I got online and started looking for a mobile mechanic. I chose Mobil Pros Mobil Auto Repair in Mentonebecause of its excellent reviews. Kirby, the owner, answered the phone, and after I explained what had happened, he quoted me his price for the service call and told me when he could be there.Once he arrived at the job site, he, along with his son, Cody, went to work trying to find out what had caused my rig to suddenly quit running. Using various testing devices and getting in, under, and around a myriad of cables, wires, numerous parts, and the engine itself, Kirby systematically eliminated the possibilities one by one until he finally found the problem.I have never seen such dogged determination in my life. Kirby was determined to find out what my problem was and that s not something you see a lot of these days when it comes to customer service. After a trip to the parts store, and a few minutes spent getting it installed, not only was my rig ready to go, Kirby found another problem that I d been trying to solve for months. I m going to have him repair that for me in a few days as well.If you ever find yourself in a bad way and need a mechanic you can trust, who will come to where you are when he says he will, bring top-notch equipment with him, spend the time necessary to find the problem, and get you on your way without robbing you blind, then you need to call Mobil Mechanics Mobil Auto Repair. I can t say enough good about them. Great guys!

Kirby did a great job on my truck and notified me with pics to let me know things he discovered on the job. Didn t force me to buy or replace and guided me through some of the work that needed to be done. Very fast turnaround for my truck! Def will bring my other vehicles to him.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring the services of Kirby plus his son, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. My 2016 Mazda CX-5 was having some issues with the serpentine belt and battery, and my 2020 Ford Mustang had a troublesome lower coolant hose. Really horrible man. So rude to his customers. Insulted me and told me I was unintelligent. I don t care how smart he thinks he is, he is rude. Don t expect any warranties and do expect hassles and grief. I will never go back to him.

Kirby is Top Notch...He did a Pre-purchase Inspection on a Motorhome...He showed up on time and even waited for the Seller who was Late...He spent over 2 hrs on the Rig and pointed out all the pros and Cons...Made our Purchase smooth...Prompt, Curtious, knowledgeable and kind...I recommend him for anybody looking for a great Mechanic!!!

Kirby has been taking care of all my vehicles for the past 5 years or so. His service is amazing! He has saved me thousands of dollars. He will not recommend a repair unless it's necessary. I've been through many repair shops, and It's rare to find an auto mechanic that does quality work who is also honest about what you need to get fixed.I've been through many mechanics and I would honestly say Kirby has more knowledge and experience than 90-95% of mechanics out there.And to top it off, he goes to You! Couldn't ask for better service.

For the last month, I was having starter issues with my vehicle and for some reason mechanics at Honda Spreen can t identify if my starter is going bad or not.So I gave up on them and started looking around for a mechanic in my radius.Was on Yelp and found Mobile Pros which is the #1 mechanic in my area. Called them and left a message and Kirby (the owner) was quick to call back. Kirby was able to stop by my house and he ran some tests to identify whether it's my starter or not. During the test, he went step by step on what he's doing which was nice. So, in the end, he was able to conclude that it is my starter and that my starter is running out.I accepted to get my starter replaced and Kirby gave me a good price (FYI he also accepts cc). Then I dropped off my vehicle to his shop (because I literally live 1 mile away from his shop) and Kirby got it done in a couple of hours. Now for the starter, it starts nice and quick! Definitely no struggle what so ever and I am very happy! So thank you, Kirby!Overall, Kirby is a knowledgeable, professional, dedicated, and determined guy. So I recommend anyone to go to Mobile Pros if you re having car issues.

Kirby has kept my cars in top condition for over twelve years now. He is the first mechanic I call for both myself and my kid's vehicles. His costs are reasonable, and the convenience of having him to come to you fits perfectly with my work schedule. He also takes the time to review and show you any problems that he finds, explaining the hows and whys of failures and best resolutions.

Kirby was recommended to us years ago by a family member and since that first repair job we've used Kirby for our mechanic ever since. The convenience of having your car worked on at your own home is tremendous. Kirby is always prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and fair-priced. He's now the family mechanic and by that I mean he works on all of our cars (including kids and their significant others) but he also feels like a part of our family.
