I went to get a screw removed from my tire and repair it. The guy grabbed some tools, pulled the screw, checked for a leak, and the tire was good. No charge, thank you come again best service ever! Thanks for the help and I'll be back for other services for sure.

Wow! I m impressed with the service and how fast Paulo worked on my SUV. Unbolted the tire out from the vehicle, marked where the nail was, fixed the tire and I m out of there with in 20 mins. Costs me $25. Hope the Fixed last.

Stopped in because my tire light came on. No appointment, they got me in right away and fixed the problem. No charge, super good service. Had a tire fixed there a few years ago. Great tires and service.

We got a flat tire on the way home from Big Bear. Stopped at Cota's to have it patched up for the rest of the drive home. It was finished in 10 minutes max. Great service

I've been going there for years. A family owned business, and they are great people. Father works hard and is very honest. They started in a small shop and built their business. The true American dream. Son works there and is a super polite young man. I've always had great services and they charge a more than fair price. First place I think of when I need tires. I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend this family owned business.

I came in to either repair my flat tire or buy a good used tire and one guy came to check my tire and said he will be able to fix it! I was amazed on how fast and reliable his service was, compared to other tire centers where they will convince you to get a new tire instead! Here I saved a ton of money with great service! I will definitely shop here again!

The guys were nice and quick, but I was quoted $35 per used tire and after they were on the car "the guy on the phone must have miss heard the tire size" because they became $45 per tire. It felt like a bait and switch. When I pointed this out there was nothing they could do about it ??????? I paid and left and will not be back.

Horrible service wife took her car here to have her tires rotated and get an oil change, they broke off a stud leaving her with 3 lug nuts holding on her tire and told her that " we have a sign that explains we arnt responsible for when things like this when they happen" talked to a manger and they said they would replace the stud and only charge me labor labor is 80 dollars ........the part is 3.99 scam will never be back to this shop. Pay a little more and go to a quality shop people!!!'

My family goes to Cota's. Three generations of us. This place may be out of the way, but offers consistent good work, explains what is wrong with your vehicle, what is necessary to fix it and price is reasonable.

My girl went to this place twice. The first time, she went in for a squeaking belt. They told her both her alternator and her water pump were bad and replaced them at a cost of over 500.00 She STILL had the squeak, at which point they tried to sell her even MORE work. She then went to a reputable shop (thank you, Greg's Auto) who actually did some competent diagnostics, replaced her tensioner and informed her that Cota's work had, in all probability, been unnecessary. . End of problem.The second time, she went in to to have her brakes done because this was the only local place open on Saturday....bad idea. Braking system was working fine when she came in. Two hundred dollars later, she drove out of the shop and had her front end start shimmying hard every time she applied the brakes. When she came back, Cota's told her that the brakes just needed "breaking in". ....yeah....right. Then he claimed that the reason it was shimmying was because she neededa new boot....uhhh....no...sorry...thats not how it works. .After she stuck up for herself long enough, he finally got under the truck with a can of WD, shot some on the calipers and told her it was "fixed". Now we have to take it to a reputable shop and find out whether he broke something, or if he just didn't do the job properly in the first place.In short, these people are, in my opinion, eitherincredibly incompetent, incredibly lazy, incredibly dishonest or some combination of all three.

Left phone number, said I would get a call back. Never happened, asked the guy to repeat the number I gave him when i gave it to him and he said "uh give it to me one more time". Cotas was the best around before he moved and hired on these new guys.... lost my business forever

Been looking for them...forgot where they were..for 2 months near Mentone..they know..their Stuff. Great Manager..he heard my Brakes..but I went for a used Tire..NOT BrakesBut I do need Brakes. I shall Return

Ive never actually had service here, but i have been in the waiting room and the owner dosent even acknowledge that there is a patient customer waiting for service. And anyone who spends their hard earned money here, deserves to know that the owner of this shop abuses the gaurd dog. I know the dog is not a pet, and it is there to gaurd the property, but that dosent mean he has the right to beat the dog

Don t know anything about tire repair. Then this is the place to go for all your needs. My wife gets her tires checked here regularly. Last repair was only $10 before she took a long road trip.

Anybody who goes to this shop has the right to know that this man beats his dog. I have witnessed it with my own eyes with God as my witness. I saw this man punch his dog in the face for no reason. Then he kicked her.

I'm sorry but the owner of this Cota's in Mentone, he is not a good person.We are making it known, that the owner of this astablishment is an animal abuser.My family and I saw this horrible man, slapping around his guard dog Nala.And we also saw him punch her in her face, 3 times.This is not a good person.This is a person that needs to go out of business.We are a Christian family.This in not right.If anyone sees anything else like this, please report him.We've already tried, but dogs don't bruse like people.So please take video, pictures, anything to make this person pay, for beating poor defenseless animals.Thank you.God Bless.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! RUDE, IGNORANT and TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!Called Cota's Tire Service in Mentone, CA and was quoted a HIGH price for a USED tire. When I stated that I can get a NEW tire at FIRESTONE MOUNTED for the price he was charging for just his tire, he said 'OK" then hung up in my face!

Don't trust these guys w/ your tires! My tire light still continues to be on because they damaged a censor, they refused to take responsibility and then didn't have the tool to program the censor, he also replaced the censor with one that didn't match my other tires! BEWARE!

Great place and great owner. I wouldn't want any other tire place .the owner is a great guy and his help are all very kind.
