I bought a truck that has a 12 inch lift kit Bulletproof suspension (I knew nothing about this system)They were really helpful with me they sent me all the paperwork of the insulation Process. I was able to get myself familiar with all the different Parts. Which was very helpful because i'm doing maintenance on it. Thank you for your support . Also ... awesome lift Kit

Not only have I installed many Bulletproof kits but I have personally ran two kits on my vehicles. One 12 kit on my 2014 Silverado 1500 and another 12 kit on my 2013 z71 Tahoe. These kits blow every other kit I ve installed and personally had out of the water. The quality is always on point and they look quite good as well. Also their customer service is always great, any questions you may have they are always quick to respond and help. I would recommend them to anyone looking to lift their truck or SUV.

Horrible customer service, STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. As soon as they get your funds, they do not answer and have some Spanish guy who can t even understand English answering the phone and then he just hangs up on you and won t answer after he lies and says he can t hear you. I guess that s their scheme to steal your money.THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM 110%. YOURE BETTER OFF WITH ROUGH COUNTRY. AND THAT SAYS A LOT.

So I own a company. He never answer the phone some guy answer and says he call you back and never does I have had to order parts cause he never sends all the stuff you need and the parts he does send are not finished part got an adjustment rod from the rack and pinion and the threads weren't complete all the way thru so it stopped on three threads took apart and there weren't any threads in the center. I don't recommend buying anything from Brian

Kit is nice. If customer service was as good as the kit they would be ok. Good luck getting help with anything after they have your money. Supplied front drive shaft u joints failed. Cannot get them on the phone to identify u-joints to get new ones. Terrible customer service. I have been calling and emailing for weeks.

This place is just amazing in every way. I initially had the kit installed at a different shop, and was happy with the visual of the 12 kit, but extremely disappointed with the handling and overall quality of the kit. After a few months of dealing with the all of the issues from the other shop I reached out directly to Bulletproof Suspensions about my experience, and almost immediately Russ reached out to me and ask what was going on. He offered to take a look at the truck and hopefully help figure things out. The day of the appointment I was met by Brian who assured me that the truck would handle much better after they were done. After having it for a couple days they contacted me and explained the previous shop installed some things incorrectly and they were able to rectify the issues, and since we had it apart he convinced me to powder coat some parts since that was not offered by the shop I purchased the kit from. Since that day the truck has handled just a good as stock, I easily go 80+ on the freeway with no issue. I will not take it anywhere else for maintenance or upgrades. They stand by all of their products and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks me about lifting their truck!!! Can t wait for more upgrades

After reading these reviews, I've changed my mind about contacting this place. I want to lift my 2500 Ram, but I guess I'll find another business. I would hate to give these guys my money and not be able to reach them as per these comments. Thanks to all who have put up reviews. You may have helped me dodge a bullet.

Kit came incomplete, no one answers their phone or live chat on the website. I need the rear blocks so I will probably have to order and spend more money elsewhere. I thought this was a reputable company but maybe things have changed. No one answers facebook either, imagine that.

Great lift kit on my truck!! Dealt with Ryan and whole process went smoothly. We are from WA STATE left our truck for a couple weeks came back to CA to pickup and looked amazing. . We shopped around before doing this and ran into Ryan because a YOUTUBE video and had to go check them out. He explained whole process and what it was going to look like and took his time husband had alot of questions. So if your looking going all out and having a 1 of a kind TRUCK this is the shop.THANK YOU Ryan & Team for all your hard work We love our truck!

We have bought and installed a few of these kits one on a Tacoma and 2 on 1500Chevys , and in the process of possibly purchasing a 4th kit. The kits are made to order and are top notch. Looking forward to ordering another. Customer service is great and "Miller" is always helpful and quick to answer any questions I have.

By far the worse customer service I have ever received. They take atleast 3 weeks to respond to emails if they even respond at all. Does not care about customer satisfaction!! Do not give them your business. Go with another company!!!!! You will regret buying anything from Ryan. His excuse for his horrible customer service is that he's busy. Awesome way to run a busines .

Drop bracket for track bar broke and I've waited 30 days now, unable to drive truck waiting for part. For spending $8k I think they'd have better service. Called back after email's haven't been answered and they don't think the claim was fully processed. Seriously bullsh!t

Very disappointed with this lift welds are full of porosity and break. One top of this they make you feel like you don't matter after the purchase. And whoever is in charge of their social media marketing needs to be fired. He makes you feel stupid by correcting your spelling. I didn't contact him for a tutor. Don't wast your time buy a Cognito lift.

Worse experience ever.. No one answers the phone, missing parts out of the lift kit, sent 3 wrong driveshafts Truck been down 6 months waiting on parts .. Spend your money else where

The Bulletproof lifts are awesome, they look great the ride great!!!! Also when you can get ahold of customer service they are very helpful. I would recommend Bulletproof lifts to all my friends and everyone else!!!!

So I ordered 2 ball joints which I was supposed to get in 2 weeks it s been a months and still nothing I call and send me to the operator and they answer the phone but all I hear it s a bunch of people talking on their lenguajes I couldn t even get a name

Bad bad, lift kits are ridiculously overpriced with that price tag you are better off with a kelderman or one up off-road.
