This was best experience I ve had at a shop! It was a smooth and fast transaction, they didn t try to find issues I didn t ask about and I didn t get over priced figures for simple changes and my car drives so smooth again. Also the guys in the front asked what time I needed it back by, which NO ONE else does so simply for that I ll be back, I appreciate a place that cares about my time. I provided parts that I wanted replaced and didn't get any push back from them on buying what they were selling. 10/10 :)

We brought my daughter s RAV4 in to have the air conditioning and heat checked. We thought it had failed. The Menlo Atherton auto repair guys checked it and didn t find an issue. I asked them to drive it on the road for 5 or 10 minutes to verify. They did it without question. They still found no issue. When I dropped my daughter off at the repair shop she wanted the engine looked at again. They had no problem doing it. They didn t charge us for the extra requests. They were super friendly and very accommodating. The fee was reasonable and the service was great. I bring all our cars to Menlo Atherton auto repair and will continue to do so.

Went in this morning for a tire inspection and the service and staff went above and beyond to assist me with my concerns! Steven did an amazing job addressing all of my questions and requests--I did have many. Overall, just a stress-free process!! I definitely recommend for top of the line service, quality, and care. Wow, Menlo Atherton Auto Repair really came through for me when I needed it. I was about to embark on a long road trip down the California coast and needed my car serviced. They were accommodating, kind, and communicative! They messaged me once my car was ready. Easy peasy process!

I have a 2022 Audi Q8 prestige and there s no other place I d rather take my vehicle!If it s not under warranty, I take my vehicle to these guys! Awesome work, awesome team and super friendly and knowledgeable staff working that make you feel welcome and give awesome value for the work they perform!Highly recommend, I ve been coming here for 4 years now!

I recently took my vehicle in for service based on the expertise promised by the mechanic. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service report explicitly stated that the navigation system would be disconnected, but this was never done. They simply removed the fuse that not only controlled the navigation but the automatic door lock, my key fob, fuel tank and tailgate release. To make matters worse, I found myself having to complete the manual labor that I had entrusted to the professionals. This lack of attention to detail and failure to follow through on the stated service plan is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided and expect better from a reputed mechanic.

This is a wonderful group and we would trust our car to no other. They are straightforward about what they recommend and the timelines for safety and maintenance issues. Our Lexus Rx350 could not receive better or more efficient attention anywhere. And they are courteous, nice individuals that are a pleasure to deal with.

Had a great experience here. They were upfront about costs and did a great job. I made a mistake and didn't know what time they closed. I showed up after hours to pick up my car and luckily there was a worker still there. He went above and beyond to help me get service paid for and get my car out that day.

Excellent service and most importantly they are honest about what you care nets not like other auto repairs that lie to you of parts that you car doesn't even need and yet they make you buy them unnecessarily. So if you want your car been taking car off for life this is the place to go!!

I was greeted by Steven for a second opinion on repairs that were recommended for my Subaru. He was very kind and explained in detail to my understanding what services were needed. I appreciated the courtesy call with the service/labor/parts cost in addition to my questions. I was then greeted by Ryan whom was also very kind as I came to pick up my car. This shop was a recommendation from a coworker as I felt financially overwhelmed by another auto shop. I foresee return visits as my experience felt genuine and honest. Oil change for BMW I3 Rex was done in a day. Phil was courteous in the phone, corrected the pricing in person. Technicians discussed if we wanted to do the manufacturers recommended maintenance. Excellent service all around. Truly no need to go to car dealers for regular service if it s out of pocket (oil change, safety checks and more.). Best service, quick, professional, nice, honest, and much cheaper than the service at dealerships. Been going here for several years with 3 of our cars (Tires, battery, fixed rusty cables, break pads, and more) and we also do regular oil changes here. I always get update calls, and they throw in a coupon to make it even better value. Highly recommend them!

Very professional, thorough, and friendly service! Reasonable prices. Ryan communicated very clearly and contacted me when there was a question about installing a new brake switch in the electrical system. They did a great job with an oil change, polishing the lenses for the front headlights, adding the "Cat shield" deadbolt accessory, and replacing the wiper blades. Mario and his team are the best. When our engine broke down and their supplier did not want to cover replacement because our warranty period expired by few days, Mario and his team covered the expense for us. I switched from the dealer as they are a lot closer to my location, and they came highly recommended by a current client. They are significantly cheaper than the dealer, or even another place I went. Replaced a headlamp, did routine maintence, we discussed other repairs needed on my older Prius where the quote was less than the dealer's. We'll do that soon. They were friendly and discussed what they were going to do in a way that I, as a non-car person, could understand. Thumbs up.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

I highly recommend Menlo Atherton auto repair. My daughter is a student at Stanford. She had called me in Southern California and told me that she was having break issues. Noticing they were close to campus, I called and spoke with Mario and was hoping he would help my daughter. They were fully booked for the next two days, but he miraculously was able to squeeze in my daughters car. Mario was able to coordinate the repair and keep me updated along the way.
