I avoid this place because they only have two vehicle bays, leading to long wait times. Luckily, there were only two cars ahead of me after waiting for 35 minutes. However, they couldn't service my 2024 model because their computer system lacked the necessary information. I suggested they inform customers with newer models beforehand, but they claimed they're too busy to do so. This lack of consideration is unacceptable to me, as they could avoid scenarios like these by letting customers know before making them wait in line for 35 min or longer.

Excellent service , shoutout to SHARIAH the manager, for her helpfulness and great spirit. I hope she remains blessed and also continues to share her blessing with Valvoline Co and all the its customers.

I pulled into Valvoline to get my oil changed at 12:15, I set for a half hour in the same spot with two cars in front of me, they told me it was approximately 15 minutes a car, not so, I didn t get out of there until after 2 o clock.Another car pulled in and they were gonna pull him in before me so I let them know that I had been there a half hour before he got there so they backed him up and they switch me into the other lane, to make a long story short, he still ended up getting pulled in before me anyway and he was out of there a half hour before me, there was no issues with my car. It was a simple oil change as his was too.. I stated this fact to three different associates at Valvoline, and all they could do was say, oh yeah we re sorry. Very poor Customer Service. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Great service was provided. It's like a drive-thru for oil changes, what a great concept (I'm new to it). I got off my car looking for an office but you literally drive up, they come to you take your info and wait for your turn. They even replaced one of my break lights and avoided a potentiL fix-it ticket. They're fast while still providing great quality work. Highly recommended!!

It's a great place to have your car oil change without getting out of it.Attendants are very polite and detailed while talking and explaining what is happening during the process.The only missing Star is the wait time, too long...

Just went in for an oil change. Fleet management said rotate tires. I told them the sensors won't be right and I'll have the tire warning light. They said " no we will fix it." After too long of a wait. I thought just oil change. They change coolant and oil. The tire light came on and they said" take it to a tire shop" last time for me.!!

The wait time is average 15-20min per car depending on what they're working. I had oil change, wiper change, and some extra check here and there like coolant, tire pressure, etc... They check everything from lights to fluids while changing your oil plus decent conversation with the workers. Overall, good first experience!!

By far the best customer service I ve ever received! I was hesitant to visit this location because of some of the reviews about how long the line can get but I now understand that this location is so busy because it s the best! The staff is friendly, attentive and transparent. I will be back :)

One of the slowest Valvoline all employees are talking to each other. It's one employees is doing everything on one vehicle. No team effort at all. # 15 min or less the lies. An hour later could have going to Jeff Lube.

Very quick and efficient. Didn't appreciate the up sell, it was $40 more than the jiffy lube I go to at home in West Sacramento, but it was faster for the time of day.

I have owned several business and over 40 vehicles. Been to many oil shops Nobody beats their customer service. They are Fast! Fair! & Friendly! Everyone is extremely helpful and the Manager Megan Is the BEST! She just explained additional discounts for my service through fleet and I m good now. They were the only place open in the area on a Saturday at 4:30 pm. I got there at a busy time but wait per car was more than reasonable. Got into the bay just before 5:40 or so and got my oil change done by 5:55. Staying inside my vehicle was also very convenient. I would definitely come here again if I'm under the same circumstances but regardless I do recommend Valvoline oil change services don't forget to check for coupons on their website too !

I like that they do older vehicles I have a 2000 but they said I need a new air filter. I m glad they didn t have one because when I got home the one I had was like brand new I just bought the car not too long ago they try to upsell you that s for sure.

I had my oil changed here. My next change was at a different shop who informed me that they had overfilled my oil, which could cause a gasket to leak. They also reinstalled my filter too tight, fortunately the other shop was able to remove it without it breaking. Avoid this place!

I went with my daughter today to the Menifee store for them to do an oil change. Her car ran perfectly smooth. When we pulled in after they did the oil change. Her charging light came on and battery light. They told her I was probably the alternator her car had absolutely no issue before going in for an oil change. We ended up sitting for almost 5 hours, waiting for a tow truck. They couldn t even offer to tow her car home. We had a seven month old baby with us and they couldn t offer any help so I wouldn t recommend this place to anybody because now she s sitting without a car because of something they did other than oil change

GREAT SERVICE! Special shout out to DANE and MARCUS for their amazing customer service, professionalism and knowledge. We take all of our family members cars here and every time they do a wonderful job! I definitely recommend this location. The service from the employees there was 5 stars. The only thing is that this particular location desperately needs either more bays or another location nearby. It took an hour and a half to get through there. At that rate I might as well go to the dealership. It'd be cheaper too. I won't be back, even though the staff was great.

I've always taken my car here for oil changes since I purchased it new in 2018. Never done it myself as I don't want to deal with the old oil. Today I'm there and I'm told it can't be done due to the oil filter cap having "normal wear and tear". I watched them struggle with it and at one point I saw the tech strip the nut on the filter. I was told that I could have my mechanic do it "with the proper tool" and I left without an oil change.

I have took 3 cars here and 2 of them came out fine. 1 of them however had a major coolant leak 1 day after I took it. Hmmm, never have I had an issue with that car. Almost 200,000 miles on it. Now im stuck with a 400$ bill in repairing it. They sent a techinician to come check it out. But according to him, they wernt the last ones to touch it. I stay away from maintenance on my cars so "professionals" can do it. But what happens when the "professionals" blame you ?

You go to these places for convenience and their 15 minute service times and pay a premium but I guess these guys care more about socializing than doing their job in a timely manner. Almost 2 hours at this place for an oil change...not even Walmart is that slow!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Fast friendly staff, always good service, they just don't stand by there warranties, when it come to battery's, I bought a battery from them& it's going bad but there's nothing they can do for me because I missed the warranty by a week, I understand they don't carry interstate batteries anymore, but they tried to upsell me their brand...

I just want people to know this place has the old school customer service quality. Miguel the manager was very professional as well as the tram answering all the questions I had being a woman. Thank you guys so much for your great service.

This place is a hit or miss. The lines are ridiculous and the wait is worse. They say 15 minutes for an oil change but its way longer. You wait in line for a good 20 to 30 minutes, then the service sometimes takes longer because you get a new staff member to do the job. Ofcourse he was being supervised and was learning so you can't blame anyone.That experience did not made me comfortable nor confident about my car being taken care of. I left thinking "will my car be good?" As a women who's always paying for car services, being worried after getting the service didn't sit well. Will look for another place.Then you have times where there's no line, speedy service.

<{TLDR}Just took my car in for an oil change and my air filter cover was not securely fastened and my car went into limp mode and wouldn t go faster than 45mph on the way home.>There was an Amg Mercedes in front of me and the girl put some fuel additives in it and upon finishing was just slamming the fuel door shut over and over laughing to herself until she finally realized you had to hold it shut for a second for the electronic sensor to clasp. After seeing that I told them not even to put air in my tires as it really put me off as a customer with how s they d treat my car. When they were done I asked for a sticker for a hybrid that doesn t tell me to come in at 3k miles as hybrids don t require an oil change for 10k and I was told that they don t print stickers like that because they still advise people to come in every 3k miles... they don t mind lying to you or treating your car with disregard. NEVER. GOING. TO. VALVALINE. AGAIN. Pep boys in Hemet will be the better option than valvaline in Hemet or Minifee if you don t want a bunch of kids joking around having silly conversations with each other while not focusing on getting your car taken care of right.Service: Oil change

The wait is pretty long over an hour at 1pm on a Tuesday. But I can't say enough about the kind, sweet, helpful, efficient, and friendly people who work here. They do their job as quickly as possible and follow an amazing amount of cross check to make sure no errors are made. The workers at thus Vavoline were fabulous and keep me coming back. Reasonable price too and don't try to sell you what you don't need.

The service is always good, but the wait time is Outrageous!! I waited Atleast an Hr for a 15 Oil Change. But, I'll keep going there because it's 5 mins away from my house...

Extremely kind and helpful staff. I love that they do a full inspection of the car to ensure everything is working properly including wipers, all fluids, all lights, and they hook their computer up to check on all the car systems. During your service, they have a screen next to your car to show you the status of everything in your car and what services you re getting that day. They also don t upsell anything which is very refreshing. Worth any wait in line there may be, I will be coming here for my car needs from now on.Service: Oil change
