We were traveling through town and our radiator sprung a leak. They got us in right away and completed the repair in the time quoted. Their integrity was evident in not just how they dealt with our issue but their interactions with other customers. I wish they were closer to where I live so that I could have all of my automotive maintenance and repairs done by them.

Thank you to Joseph and his crew at Top Tech for setting me up with extended valve stems for my RV duallies! The customer service is the best! These guys are the greatest! Had me in & out in no time, charged me 1/3 of other shops quotes & just made whole experience enjoyable instead of usual stress. I highly recommend!

Wonderful family owned and operated business just like the wonderful MVP services, I know both owners personally and they foster a positive community based involvement based service, they get so much positive press from the very community they serve. Top Tech works on all makes and models, even fleet accounts ! They do it all! Even if you need a simple oil change, they usually ALWAYS beat the completion. They also conveniently have a smog center right door as it s all one company to make the process even easier. They also are always open help out the ones that need heavy repairs with little cash, truly a diamond in the rough in all menifee. This is the one and only Mechanic you ll here in town for ALL your repairs of any type vehicle! It s hard to find a reliable mechanic these days, so good thing your worries can be set aside from now on! Let s start 2021 The Right Way! tell them da Rasta Richard Alexander sent yah mahalos!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. You have been warned. I rarely ever write bad reviews. However, my experience here with Joe and his brother was so horrible that now I feel obligated to warn others and to contact BBB for their unethical business practices.My vehicle was in their shop for 6 weeks, and I still had to tow it out because they still couldn't diagnose my vehicle properly. They instructed me to buy $1800 in parts, even when they weren't certain of what the issue was to begin with. Parts that I personally had to call around and track down, as well as drive 2 hours away to pick up it up and bring it to them. I've paid double that amount for a rental while they "worked" on my car, supposedly. They couldn't even provide me with a receipt of what they worked on the entire time my car was in their possession. This business is a rip-off, and learn from my mistake and just go straight to a dealership service department with actual knowledgeable mechanics, not these bozos who think they know their way around an engine.

I went there again, mike smogged my truck and got the oil changed. This was second time in, they replaced my fuel level sender and pump.. super friendly, and straight up on everything.. I will recommend anyone who asks.. Great job Joe and Mike. Wife and I went in today, 2 smog inspections, and complete brakes and radiator flush for my truck..

Charged me $1700 in repairs that they said would fix problem, but didn t fix problem. When I picked up vehicle they said new tires would fix problem

The manager Joseph was Very professional and informative with what I was asking to be done to my vehicle. The technician Michael was very fast and efficient with the repairs on my vehicle. The two of them called me and kept me up to date with the work that was being done to my vehicle. Best experience at a mechanic I've had! Super friendly and helpful staff that walked me through exactly what was going on and kept me in the loop. I was referred here by a friend and I'll definitely be coming back in the future (although I hope I won't have to lol). They do good work. My problem is there credit card debit card charges. 3 percent if you don't use cash.. in this day and age how can they honestly say it's that expensive. Top Tech Auto and Sons SAVED my day, week, and year! I was stranded around Sun City in the middle of a Saturday.. it was close to closing time. I ended up getting their information from some locals and I barely made it to their shop. They were so kind and literally made their place, my place. I was on my way to a wedding and they were about to leave but they all stayed behind and helped me make it with 5 minutes to spare 6 hours away! They were friendly, honest, and the work was amazing. My car has never run better, and it is a 2003 Toyota! Thank you thank you thank you to the awesome guys that helped me and enabled me to get to a wedding I would have had to die to miss. You guys are amazing! Thanks for all the long hours and great service! :) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

These guys bailed me out in a pinch. Check engine light, overheating car in the middle of a road trip! they were busy and still handled me as a walk in. I got referred to Top Tech Auto by a friend. I'm so happy they told me about this place they were polite, honest and got me out of there just in time for work. I didn't feel like i was getting taken advantage of like so many other auto shops that I've been to. after inspecting my vehicle they brought me out to it and they showed me exactly what needed to be done for a very reasonable price thanks again Top Tech Auto for the great work see you guys next time!

Very nice, very patient and professional. On my own part I left my vehicle at their garage longer than I said I'd bring it back and Joseph was very cordial and professional about the hole ordeal even though it was my mess up. Very nice people.

Had an issue with my 2006 diesel truck and have had the hardest time finding a mechanic that I can trust that knows how to work on it. I took my truck into Top Tech and they had it diagnosed and fixed the same day. I walked away from that with a much better understanding of my truck, the common issues with the 6.0 and a new local shop that I trust moving forward. Worst place ever . They charge outrageous prices and don't fix a thing . Have been here over 3 times and each time the price is never lower than $800 just to have to come back 2 months later because of the SAME issue. If you like wasting time and money this is the perfect place for you

The owner Joe and his son are good guys and polite they worked with me well and explained to me everything that needed to be done to get the electrical wiring installed in my car. They also asked my permission first before moving foward with any work done on my car every step of the way so I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car maintenance, repairs, or mods done. 5 stars!

Brought my vehicle in for a smog on a Saturday morning. Like many shops, it's busy but the folks there give attention to all of their customers.One person ahead of me. I was there less than an hour and the technician administering the test was very friendly.I can't say anything about my experience with the auto maintenance and repair side of Top Tech & Sons but I recommend this location for smog testing and certification. Fees are competitive.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I had went in to get a smog done and mike the technician helped me. He was very nice and went through everything he was doing. My overall experience was great. I was in n out in a timely manner. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants a great service and great quality work. Thanks again top tech auto and sons!

Very professional, very honest, went to another auto repair shop and was told I need to replace my whole AC system. I went and got a second opinion from Joseph and all it end up being was a basic service! Even though I could see they were extremely busy, they got me in and out in a timely manner. Thanks again Top Tech! You have a customer for life.

I just moved to the area and was having problems with my vehicle over heating. I asked around for a local garage and was referred to Top Tech Automotive. When I took my vehicle to them they diogonosed it, they quoted me a price to repair it and let me know that it would be ready that same afternoon. Everything I was told was correct the price was very fair my vehicle was ready when I was told and I was even given a complementary ride home. I give Top Tech and the employees 2 thumbs on their good customer service, their prompt and accurate work, and their cleanliness I was very impressed and would with out a doubt recommend Top Tech auto. Again thank you car is still running cool!

The worst excuse for a repair shop I have ever encountered. Dropped car off in Thursday afternoon with a "check engine" light displayed. I was told it was an electrical sensor and would take three hours to repair. Called on Friday and left a message. Called in Saturday and left a message. Showed up in person on Monday and was told it would be ready "today". Finally called them late Tuesday and was told "it's ready to go". Four days for a three hour job that supposed to be done on Friday, and three messages with no return calls- don't waste my time!Service: Electrical

We had a great experience at Top Tech! The price was better than our dealer, the service was quicker, and I didn't feel like I was getting "handled". They went above and beyond to win my business and in this economy, I appreciate that. We'll be going here from now on for ALL our car needs.

Never ever going back to this place again! Wish I could give this place 0 stars! We went because we were told this place was good and honest, BS! The we had nothing but problems, every time we called to ask for status or pricing Joe couldn't give a straight answer. Finally he told us he would get back to us and he was estimating our total to be between $800-$1,400 well a week later my husband finally got ahold of him and he said our total was now $1,900 and wanted to know when we'd be paying. When my husband questioned the charges he found out Joe changed a bunch of things in our truck without notifying us first! Parts that didn't need to be changed at all. Then told him he should have had the money ready to go. How would we do that when we never got a total to begin with? Just a "ballpark" estimate! This place is shady and we will never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone!!
