This is the second time I go with senior tech auto glass to repair a damage windshield/car window. The customer service was excellent and easy, and the prices are very affordable compared to others! It was done at the comfort of my own home, and both times they were able to repair the damages the next day after calling! I would definitely recommend others.

My daughter's back window needed replacing. Sent a request for quote via Yelp to multiple mobile repair services. Eddy not only had the fairest price but best quality glass (made in USA). He also sent a screen shot proving he had it in stock. He knew to ask if back window was heated and had a wiper which I didn't even consider. There was a "spoiler" at top of window which he verified that he had experience with the model so that gave me confidence.Day before appointment he called and shared that glass had a 3-4" crack and he preferred to order a new one vs installing damaged one which I also appreciated. Day of appointment he came but noted wiring in car was different than glass so he drove and got the right one right then. Holiday traffic forced us to defer appointment until next morning. He arrived on time and finished installation, including serious clean up of remaining broken glass and even got the hatchback to open (glass had jammed the mechanism).I'll look to Eddy and Senior Tech Auto Glass for any future auto glass needs. I recently had a fantastic experience with this autoglass company. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was top-notch. The staff was friendly ( Especially Junior and Mike!!) , knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. The quality of their work was exceptional - my car's new windshield looks flawless. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of autoglass services. They truly deserve every star of this 5-star review!

Easy to communicate with and set up an appointment. Had a cracked windshield that was taken care of courteously by Jr and Ricardo. They were on time, friendly, to the point, and finished faster than I could have asked for. Eddy and his son just left and the first thing that I wanted to do was to sit down and write this review for them (and for YOU). They were both GREAT! They were very professional, personable, and I enjoyed seeing them work together. They make a great team and it is impressive that a father and son can get along so well. Like the right and left hands of a single body working on the same task. The father's years of wisdom was clearly evident, and the son's willingness to learn. Just awesome.I needed the driver's side window of my Honda replaced and they got right on it, upon arrival. They cleared out all of the broken glass left in the inner crevices of the door, vacuumed, lubricated the moving parts, and even cleaned the new window! Left it spotless. The glass window that they brought and installed was brand spanking new, not used. Eddy unwrapped it from its packaged seal in front of me.I HIGHLY recommend this team of auto glass experts!Service: Auto side window replacement

I had neglected a crack in my windshield for about a year and that extended all the way across.I had tried a few resins and fill-ins in between, but that delayed it for a few months.Richard from Senior Tech Auto Glass had the most competitive quote and it was a flat rate- takes the guessing out of it.We scheduled it the next day and the install was very quick.They had come to my driveway to install everything.My pizza was still in the oven when they finished.They took contactless payment and emailed the invoice.It couldn't have gone better.Thanks for being an excellent business.

Replaced my windshield on my 2017 GMC Sierra with Lane assist. They were professional and had my windshield done in 30 minutes! I cancelled Safelite for this company for their competitive pricing and in support of privately owned businesses. Will use again for future window replacements. Thank you again!

These guys showed up on time. Answered all of my questions. Made me feel like my time was appreciated. I would recommend these guys if your near hemet. Not only did they clean my dusty dash where I cant get to. They drove to banning, ca and replaced my window. No extra charge!!! Horrible service... I scheduled to have them do my windshield about 10 mins of them being late I got a text message saying they were not coming out because their tech was in an accident. I hope he is ok, but are you telling me he is the only tech the company has?!?!? So I called to find out what was going on, mine you I've already been waiting my waiting time was from 11-1 and I work night so I have had no sleep.. come to find out the accident was over an hour ago.... Why did it take an hour to send me a text message?!?! Really and the only thing they could say was... Well there were 3 other appts ahead of you... My thought is so 1 tech was going to do 3 appts in an hour??? Hhhmmmm sounds to me like your lying.... and then it is going to take 2 days for them to come out and do it.... Really ... Again do you only have one tech...
