I just moved into the area and needed a new place for oil changes! So impressed with the great customer service here! Great and fair prices and it comes with a free car wash which is in the same parking lot. Took 20 minutes and I was out!! Great place

Been coming here for years. This place is always on top of it gets it done really fast and has better prices than these other oil change shops. Highly recommend. Estevan and his crew get things done right quick

Courteous and professional will continue using their services. Clean location they offer the right choices and they have a wide variety of filters and air filters. I was in-and-out with an oil change in less than 15 minutes. And the best part is you get a free car wash with your oil change excellent perk.

First time here. Unfortunately, I won't make this my go-to shop for oil changes. They couldn't do an oil change because they don't have my oil filter in stock. My car is a 2021 sonata and we're in 2023. They weren't rude. How can you offer a service and not have products to do the service?Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

We were told on the phone that as long as we were there by 1 o'clock, they'd be able to give us an oil change. When we got there, the door was open, but they closed it when they saw us. When we got in, they told us that they had closed early. You should NOT close early when you've TOLD someone to come.

Very fair prices and free car wash that you can use anytime. Good coupons on website. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Very pleased, especially after reading reviews of other oil change places.

Very polite associates. Quick and friendly atmosphere. Very reasonably priced....even got a FREE car wash with the deal. Will definately be returning to this one. I didnt even have to wait in line very long (5 minutes) before my service.

They are my favorite oil change spot. They are always really nice, don t leave any handprints on my car. They keep my license plate in their system so before they talk to me they check what kind of oil I need and then confirm it with me. You can watch them work on your car from the window inside and you get a free car wash voucher with every oil change. It doesn t get any better then thisService: Oil change

Went here for a routine oil change, thought he was doing me a favor when he said the previous place i took it to stripped the drain plug and he d replace it for free. Said if it started leaking to make sure to bring it back to him A few weeks later my car started leaking oil, took it to the dealership as I was a bit skeptical to bring it back and turns out he did give me a new drain plug just didn t use a gasket causing the leak do not trust him Service: Oil change

Service was good, prices are average. clerks are attentive. you do get a free basic car wash with oil change, if you upgrade your wash you can get the VIP for $6 more.

Went in for an oil change and instead of removing the undercover they cut a huge hole in what is $116 piece to replace without notice or my consent to it. If they would have told me they cannot work on my vehicle I would have just taken the time to do it myself.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I took my 2015 jeep there two times now. First time I went there I got it back with the air bag light on. Asked the manager why the light was on after the oil change, he then tells me. All we did was an oil change and there was nothing we did for the light to turn on. After three months I went back one last time. This time when I got my car back the engine light was on. Which before I took it in, the light was not on. Again the manager told me there was nothing we would have done. What ever they do, I do not think they know what they are doing. Will never take any of my vehicles there again.

I trusted this place because I was making a long drive to Arizona so I needed an oil and filter change before I first drove out there.They did not change my filter, which is the original one from the company. WHICH IS FROM 2002!! They also warped and stripped the bolt so badly that it is hard to get the oil out of the car.For almost 4 HOURS now my car is still not getting the oil changed. Vice grips, hacksaw and screws, anything you can think of we have tried and still nothing!I do not recommend this place. They dare charge me and do nothing but screw me over.

Pulled in last minute and these guys were happy to take care of my oil change! It literally took less than 20 minutes from the time I pulled in to the time I was pulling away and was cheaper than the big name competitors nearby. Come here for your oil changes.

Good Lord! I should have read the reviews before I pulled into this place. Like the reviews said the guy just stood there and stared at me I think he actually rolled his eyes when he saw me pull up. As if I was an inconvenience for him. He reluctantly told me that it would be 45 minutes to an hour for an oil change. I left and I will never be back.

This has to be one of the worst experiences ever I do not recommend one stop! I pulled up the guy just stares at me in my car doesn t tell me any direction to get out or pull up. I finally get out of my car he asks for my name. I hand him my drivers license, he puts my middle name as my first name, spells my street wrong and types in the wrong city. I could tell they guy didn t want to be ag work at all. The oil change was quick, when the oil change was done the guy hands me my keys. No one says or asks me anything about my car, filters, fluids, leaks I didn t feel as if my car was even taken care of or looked at all for a 35 dollar oil change. I won t come here again. After I asked the tech if there were any leakes he says he doesn t know cause he was not under the car he then gets on 1 knee and looks under the car and says yeah somewhere in the middle. I didn t catch any names I wish I would have they need some better management and they would have more customers.

I have been coming here for years. However, things change, people change. They have not been filling my engine oil with the required amount.I know better to leave a station without checking the oil level after they complete the job.I sincerely warn everyone else to do the same!

Took my car to the shop because it is close to home, they left the drain plug loose on the engine oil pan. I have a huge oil spot on my drive way because of this. DO NOT GO HERE!! I let them know about it but don t trust them to do any work what so ever on my car

I just went there at 11:35am, I believe it was the Manager would not direct me into which stall to go to into - looked at me and walked over to the computer (didn't do anything just stood there) another employee said that I'd need to get out of the car and go over to where the Manager was standing I asked him won't he come to me? Poor customer service I turned my car back on and just drove away - I've been going there for a while (no longer)

I asked the service writer what exactly they will be doing to my pickup, (1 ton Dodge diesel)He explained to me that they do a full service, I asked directly if they grease all of the grease zirks, He replied yes all that are applicable.When i went to pay for the service work ($181.18, full service with a new air cleaner) I asked him if they checked the air in all 6 tires, The managers reply was "We only check the tires we can reach" I came back to the office and checked underneath to see what else they didn't do.The Transfer-case was not checked for oil, only 4 of the 6 tires were checked for tire pressure, and the only 2 grease zirks on the entire pickup were NOT greased. I normally take it to the truck stop for about the same money and they do EVERYTHING I have never caught them cheating me, But since One Stop lube and Oil is only a 1 1/2 miles away I wanted to try them out. Extremely disappointed! If I was told they only do some of the things they claim to do I could have made a conscious decision to take it back to the truck stop and get it done right! I called the manager back and told him about the grease zirks that had not been greased and of course he got an attitude with me but offered for me to bring it back and they would get the items they missed. I don't have time to take it back, it took a minute and I checked the transfer-case and greased the 2 tie rod ends myself. Much quicker and I know its done now!BUYER BEWARE! You may think you are getting a FULL SERVICE but unless you check their work you maybe getting just an oil change.Jiffy Lube in San Fernando Valley was busted for the same thing a few months ago by a local news station, HUMM Im seeing a pattern here!
