Helped by the sales manager Jason who was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Serviced all 4 brakes an hour ahead of schedule at a fair price. Saved at least 2-4 hours compared to the dealership. Love the 1 year, 12,000 mile warranty. Nice waiting area to relax and watch tv/movies while waiting.

I went in for an inspection on my Toyota Highlander. Was met by Jason and he was great help. Got in earlier than my 3pm appointment and got started on the car immediately. It took less than an hour for them to get my car back. There's a nice waiting area with free coffee and seating to keep you comforable while you waitied. At the end of it, he gave some recommendations without trying to push for other unnecessary add ons. Genuine guy. Id definitely be coming back to get my car looked at for any other issues.

Feel like risking your life?Was referred to this business by America's Tire in Menifee for a wheel alignment after purchasing new tires. During the alignment process we were convinced that the car needed new lower ball joints and tie rod ends. Figuring that this is important for the safety of my family, I opted to do the repair to the tune of $1000.Three weeks later while wife is leaving home, she hears a "thunk" and the steering isn't responding correctly. She immediately stops the car and I come out to investigate. The drivers side tie rod completely has popped out of joint. It hasnt bent, failed, or been damaged , other than the tire rub when it popped out, but just OUT! It's like they forget to bolt the dam thing back into place. Fortunately she was driving at low speed or this could have been CATASTROPHIC!I've worked on cars my whole life and would have normally done this job but just did not have the time for it. I regret it.THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR THIS TO EVER HAPPEN!Avoid this business AT ALL COST!!Update 2/15/17So had the vehicle towed back to New Hub on 2/13/17. Arrived right at closing time. Spoke with Josh, the service manager. He was extremely apologetic. He made no excuses for problem other than the technician had been fired; not for the error on my vehicle, but for unrelated, poor work performance. He assured me that the vehicle would be thoroughly inspected and repaired.Picked up the vehicle today and spoke with Rafael, the owner. He was also very apologetic and realized the magnitude of the error. He showed me the parts he had replaced. While the explanation of "defective parts" seemed reasonable, a competent mechanic would know that way these parts were installed would lead to failure.I would like to thank Josh and Rafael for being honest, apologetic, not making excuses, acknowledging the problem, and remedying the problem.HOWEVER, I cannot recommend this business nor will I change my rating based on the fact that the lives of my family, as well as other peoples lives on the road, were placed in jeopardy.

I have brought my family vehicles to Jason several times now, and will continue doing so. Jason is honest, personal, and doesn't try to add work to charge you extra. His crew is very friendly and the work is timely and quality! I found New Hub Auto Service by browsing during a roadside emergency while waiting for a tow. While traveling home to San Diego from Palm Springs, we called several local businesses in search of a shop to tow and repair my vehicle. Jason was professional and asked good questions about what happened and was honest with timeline for diagnostics. When we arrived by tow truck, he was just as professional and helpful. He was hospitable and offered us water after 3 hours on the freeway shoulder in the heat. Jason called me the very next day with the diagnostics report, sooner than he promised. If I ever meet anyone who lives near Menifee, I will definitely refer New Hub Auto Service!Service: Engine repair

I went to New HUB for a oil change. Itwas the best experience I have ever seen inside and outside. From the moment you stepped in door. They treat you as it you was part of their family.I like to see other shops treaded their customers the same way; that's why I recommend to New Hud to all of friends

My bad had broken down so I had it towed after hours. Talked to Jason throughout the entire process and he really helped answer all my questions and look for a new engine and helped make it a lot less stressful than it could've been. And he didn't charge me for having my car there for over a week. Super appreciative of all the help, couldn't have asked for better service.

Had my Alignment done. I was worried about my tires wearing improperly due to bad suspension. The service advisor and owner told me nothing was unsafe or loose. They set my Alignment and I love how my truck drives. They didn't try to sell me anything! I trust them 100%! I tow alot and they keep an eye on my truck and myself. Truly caring and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Brought car in because battery had died. They could have easily sold me a new one but honest enough to tell me it's good and educated me a bit on cold weather and effects on auto batteries.Had an oil change while there.Waiting area is clean, comfortable and coffee available. Nice touch.

car was overheating so I had it towed to new hub auto, Jason did an inspection supposedly and came back with an estimate of $4600 when I asked if he could just do the problem to make the vehicle drive able he refused and said it would be a waste of money and needed to do the whole thing. I picked it up from his shop and took it to another shop that I've used many times they offered to fix the thehermostat for $300 and the car will be drivable and then they offered a menu of other items that needed to be fixed with pricing for each and needless to say to fix everything the car needs $3,000 way cheaper then the parts changers at new hub auto thst wanted to change a bunch of unnecessary items.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I went to get my oil changed from them because I had it done from them in the past. I really liked the service that I received from them then and I wanted to come back. The thing that I really appreciate was the customer service that they give. One customer came in while I was there who needed a lot of things done and it was major issues and they made room on the schedule to help this person out. They really have great customer service to all who go there.

There were many good things about New Hub. First, they were recommended to me by their sister store because I was on a time limit and had no A/C. They took me right away and the receptionist and the gentleman that worked with me(sorry, I'm bad with names)were courteous and I felt comfortable right away, which isn't always the case with auto repair places. I was in and out in record time and pleasantly surprised that my issue wasn't major and he explained what they found in detail so i understood EXACTLY what was going on. I will definitely be using them again and I would recommend them wholeheartedly!!

I came here trying to get my Break light fixed, and instead was given an attitude by the mechanic, which was the only mechanic working that day! He refused to give me service! I didn't ask any further questions just left and went to a different establishment!

Was referred by America's Tire after I got new wheels for a bolt replacement and alignment. They were fully booked that day but I was able to get an appointment for the next morning. Everything was done by the time I took my lunch that next day. Drives MUCH more smoothly and I'm very satisfied. I saved $10 by being referred so the total cost was only $69.95.

They dont tell you the different options you should know when you take your vehicle in so they can call you later and tell you, you need something else that cost more. I prefer up front honesty. There was obviously other options I could have chosen from but they failed to inform me.They also did not put my transmission cap back on. I'd say that is a serious problem.Find an "Old Hub" if possible because New Hub hasn't matured enough yet!I will never go back to them.

I take my car to New Hub Auto and I am always happy with the above board customer service there. The mechanics are very respectful and hard working. It is always a pleasureable experience!!! Soon I will be going there again!!!

I really like this shop. The staff is very friendly, my car always gets fixed the first time, and my wife is OK to wait if needed 'cause the bathroom is clean. All good.

Might be good honest guys, but feel like we might be charged a premium price and taken for a little bit of a ride . Charged me to tell me what I already knew, then got a quote for 2x what others have said. Honestly feel like we were taken advantage of as out of towners . Go somewhere else for honest work

I brought my rotors in for turning. Instead of just doing it and making the cash, as some places would, he recommended that I replace them down at O'Reillys Auto Parts, saying that there was heat damage to them. I paid less for the new rotors and self changing the brakes than a regular brake job at a shop!

The only press your wheel bearings if you bring the whole car to them so they can rip you off for 2 hours labor I'm good I'll never use this mechanic.
