very good experience placing my order with john. Very helpful with details about the spark plug I was looking for. when i received my order they included a 3pair bag of nitril gloves, a sticker, and a brochure.I would recommend that anyone who is a DIY to buy your plugs from MP very good price fast service, and you get a free gift. I dont know anything about there products except that they sell spark plugs , a lot of them. That staff are hard working n friendly n helpful. I delivered n pick up there for UPS
