Brought my Cadillac Lyriq in to have the back side panel fixed after a biker ran into it and damaged the side panel and brake light. I called ahead of time and asked them to order the new light panel, they ordered it and called me when it was ready. 24 hours after I had left the car with them they called to ask what I was planning to do with back light panel. I asked her what she was talking about and she said it is broken also. I told her it was not broken when I left the car the day before. We drove there to see the car and within 24 hours someone had broken the back lower brake light. They would not take responsibility for this when it was in their care and on their lot.The first photo was the repair that I needed them to do. The second photo was the damage that occurred while with them for 24 hours. They refused to take responsibility for this damage and tried to put it on us.

I had a fantastic experience with this body shop. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and provided detailed information about the repairs. Karina and Amber were amazing. Although it took longer than expected, the quality of their work was top-notch. They were responsive when I reached out for updates. The only minor downside was a slightly dirty interior upon getting my car back. Overall, I highly recommend this body shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

For my first visit to this company, they did an excellent job! I'd never been in an accident before, but Karina and her colleagues took good care of me and my car. I was involved in a hit-and-run. They gave me complete information regarding the repairs that were being done. Professional and friendly. This is the place to go!

It was my first time coming to his shop, and I will definitely return for any other bodywork/exhaust work that I need. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants their car done right. I will be sending my friends and family there whenever they need the work he provides.

It was my best body shop service ever! Karina updated us on my Wife's car collision damage regularly. And it was repaired with as many OEM Parts as possible in a reasonable time.We also asked her to look at a very minor problem on my car's body when we picked it up. She asked one of the employees to check it. And it was such a minor problem, that it was fixed for less than I expected in a couple minutes! this place is by far the best! karina and amber kept me updated on my honda, they even broke everything down to me how things were gonna happen. honestly couldn t ask for a better shop, the work on my rear bumper looks brand new i m so happy with it! love the shop and team amazing work overall!

Came here after reading all the reviews and I can say I agree with everyone 100%. I backed into a storage container and damaged up my back bumper. I was given a honest and fair price for the repair. My car was fixed in 4 days and I was extremely happy with the outcome. My car looks new! As if nothing was ever there was never any prior damage. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and have already spread the word to family members.

Karina and the team at Menifee Collision Center are great! They fixed my vehicle to look brand new again after a hit and run accident. I was apprised of all of the timelines and parts situations. Upon completion they noticed a headlight was out and fixed that on their own dime. I will be back for sure!The best part is they have a shop cat. =^_^=Services: Painting, Body & Trim

What a pleasure to have found this shop. I brought my old school camper van in for a door adjustment quote and much to my surprise the guys jumped right in and fixed it up for me same day. They had her waiting when I arrived. It was a minor adjustment and now my doors are much better aligned. Thank you!!

I usually consider myself an unlucky person, but I must say I hit the jackpot with this place! It was a God send. Very excellent, courteous & professional service. Raul handled everything from start to finish, & was pleasant the entire time. He took matters into his own hands with the insurance and really made sure I didn t have to move a finger. In a time of need (after being involved in an minor accident with my brand new 2021 Ford Explorer) Raul really made sure I got taken care of. My car looks excellent. I highly recommend anyone and everyone in need of service to come here. You will definitely not regret it. Thank you to everyone in menifee collision who worked behind the scenes & thank you Raul for the most amazing customer service!

Robert and his team were more than amazing! Great on communicating and informing what s going on with my vehicle, and giving me updates! I love the work they did on my car! Really amazing work, I was so impressed by my car and fellow customers before & after pictures. Definitely would recommend them and refer them to my friends and family! They went above and beyond my expectations honestly.

So I came came here with a problem with my hood latch on my cop car Robert was super nice and going out of his way to help me with my problem aside from that him and his team has done a fantastic job on my car in the past I would highly recommend his services.

rear ended someone and the front of my car on the drivers side was smashed pretty good. originally got an estimate of over 10k from somewhere else, but here they said they could fix it for less than 8k. my car was fixed beautifully, only had delays because they had to order the parts but other than that very polite and hardworking crew here

I strongly recommend this shop for your collision repairs. Robert was very helpful to fix the hood on my daughters car. He fixed it on the spot which was great. He is very knowledgeable on all cars and will definitely be returning customers. He also has a great personality which is great for customer service. Thanks again!

Menifee Collision Center is the best place to take your car! They do fantastic work, are very professional, and provide great service! My son had just bought a new car and less than 2 weeks of owning it, he got involved in a parking lot accident. Menifee Collision repaired and restored the car just like it came off the lot again!! Because we were so happy with their work, I brought in my car to have it fixed as the dealer misdiagnosed it for months, and they replaced my axle and now it runs great! No more noise! They also replaced and painted a mirror cover that fell off my car. Their prices are very reasonable and they are very accommodating! You will not be disappointed by taking your car there. Awesome job! We'll be back!

Robert was very helpful and talked me through all my options until we arrived at something that fitted my budget. I felt very comfortable leaving my car to be fixed. He runs an efficient, transparent business. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn't know too much about cars and wants a fair deal!

Robert was very quick at ordering my side view mirror. He gave me a fair quote and finished the work so fast. The shops is well kept and the staff is super friendly. I would recommend Menifee Collision to all of my friends. Definitely coming here again if I need repairs.

I recently bought a vehicle with plenty of paint damage and dents, Robert and his shop were able to restore the paint to be brand new! Furthermore, he was able to install new aftermarket parts and paint match them. Very honest service and great prices!! I would definitely recommend!

Office manager Katrina would not meet my request to fix medium & small dents some painting without waiting 3-6months for replacement parts. Said this us how we do it to guarantee work for life. Robert owner did not even bother acknowledging request/experience or texting back. Canceled service & lost 3-4 weeks time to repair until finding other shops than can fix without having to replace cosmetic parts in 1-2wks instead with guarantee of any defects or issues instead of 2-6months at Menifee Collision C.

Having recently moved to the Menifee area, I wasn't in the know of where to take my vehicle when I needed repairs beyond my ability. I started to search the web for a repair facility I could feel comfortable with. After reading many various reviews from several shops, I continued to return to the Menifee Collision Center site. I decided to go there to see for myself. I was immediately met by Robert and when I explained my plight he took it in stride and went to look at my vehicle in order to make an estimate for my repairs. He was very professional, to the point, and very respectful, at no time did I feel as though I was just another person at his door. I was treated as a longtime customer and actually enjoyed our conversations.I was treated well and, I believe, very fairly. The job was completed sooner than I had expected and the charges, parts and labor, were very reasonable. Even though I don't look forward to major vehicle repairs, if I have the need, I will certainly return to Menifee Collision Center seeking their help.

I had my F-150 painted from black to gray about three years ago at Menifee Collision Center and to this day the paint looks great. I recently was in a car accident where I was rear ended and I ended up hitting the vehicle in front of me because of how hard I was hit. My car had bumper and front end damage. I brought my car in and they took care of it within a week. The car looked great. These guys are extremely professional and honest in what they can accomplish. I have referred my family and friends to this shop. It is hard to find people that you can trust in this industry. These guys are great. I recommend this shop in your time of auto body needs.

These guys are good. They worked on my Kia door with a great color match on the paint I was concerned since it was an older model but they got it! Julio even took a part to paint ahead of time and it saved me from having to leave my van there for longer than absolutely needed. I had a couple of fog lights to install on a second car and as we were talking he had them in just like that. These guys are good and fast and they were affordable and it helped me. I live 20 miles away but I'll for sure go back.

I experienced a minor accident with my 2017 Tesla S. Since Tesla does not do their own bodywork, this had created a problem finding a credible body repair shop. We searched the web and found Menifee Collision center and gave them a call. The best call I ever made since I had driven to several shops and they stated Tesla doesn't ship parts and it would take several weeks for the repair.I then spoke to Robert, manager and one of the owners who said to come on in. Upon arriving Robert began his search for the part and volunteered to drive all the way to San Diego, CA 60 miles one way, to pick up the part personally. Wow! He also guarantees the repair in 3 days.After 2 days he called me to pick up the Tesla. The work was done not only early, but but an excellent job was performed. He stated any problems, just bring back.Htis company truly deserves all the positive reviews including mine. The service was outstanding only surpassed by the quality workmanship. Do you know he also picked me up and dropped me back home! Who does that today!I will take my car to Menifee Collision center from now on for any body work. Dings, I dents, and I scratches, etc. They are truly the best and I am so overly satisfied by their work and service.The best experience. Thanks Robert. See you soon!

They were able to fix up my rear bumper, just coming in very efficiently and helped me get back on the road safe without worrying about endangering others or cause a problem on the road itself. Very good service and would recommend if you ever got into an accident or had a body problem.
