Long's Automotive reminds me of the good ol days. With genuine people who are kind and trustworthy. It's hard to find places like that these days. I was having issues with my car and the service I received from them was amazing. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for honest and trustworthy people.

I love Longs Automotive. I trust their word 100%. Straight forward and honest pricing!! Having something wrong with ur car can be very stressful, but I don't stress anymore. I found an honest trust worthy mechanic shop. I take my car. It gets fix and it's done!! I never have to hear abt all the other extras mechanics try to upsell u with, especially with outrageous pricing.

Absolute top notch business owned and operated by honest, fair, and knowledgeable locals. As someone who up until recently did most work myself due to less than positive experiences, I was hesitant to take my cars anywhere. Ill never take them anywhere else in the Temecula Valley. They don't do work that's not needed and gave us great guidance on dealer repairs and future automobile purchases. This is my go to shop and I would definitely suggest you try Longs first. You will not be disappointed.

It was recommended by a neighbor who has been a long time customer and now they have a loyal new customer.They also recommended an air condition shop that fixed my long time not cold enough issues in one shot and inexpensively.

I LOVE this auto repair shop!!! I just got my brakes done - price shopped it- and Longs, once again, beat the other Menifee shops I called. And everyone is always so nice here! Fan for Life!!

Took my daughter's car in for oil leak... they charged her $$647.00 and the leak was worse when we picked up the car the transmission fluid was pouring out all over my driveway. Had to take to a different shop next day to have it fixed the right way. Very unhappy with this shop!!!

Frank runs the smog shop that is attached to the building. At longs automotive, it is the smog shop that I'm getting 5 stars to. I've been there many years and been treated. Well, the price is right.

Honestly, it certainly goes without saying that Long s is by far the BEST place to take your car in for any type of service & or simple routine maintenance such as having your brakes be inspected & repaired or replaced, along w/ a smog!! Hands down, the owner Brad Long is exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, understanding, professional, honest, fair/reasonable, & truly knows what it means to appreciate/value each customer that comes in like family & always ensure that he is delivering exceptional customer service!! They re (not) shady, as opposed to other places!! As for the young man Frank, who performs the very thorough smog checks, he to, possesses all the same qualities as Brad!! Would definitely recommend for anyone who is in need of finding an honest , professional , & financially reasonable place to trust having your car, truck, RV, etc. be worked on, this Auto Repair/Mechanic is the place to visit!! You won t regret it, & they won t let you down!! Thank You again Long s, Brad, Staff, & Frank for everything!! Fair and honest people. They don't find 5 other things that need to be fixed before they can fix what you brought your car in for. I have been coming here for years and highly recommend them. Mike is a great mechanic and knows what he's doing.

Really good automotive repair shop. I've been there over a dozen times and they're fair and timely. Brad, the owner is very straightforward and doesn't juice you on the parts. They're a little harder to get into but they don't run their business like a jiffy lube where they just try to push you thru and get to the next customer. They actually research whether or not they can get the parts before you even go there whenever possible.

Honest and reliable.I own a small local business and own 3 service vehicles. Longs Automotive has been my mechanic since I have opened my doors 4 years ago.I have never been let down.I would also like to mention about 6 months back I had a dead battery. Owner of the shop came out with a new battery, I expected to pay for his time but no charge was added. A simple thank you was all he charged me.

Longs automotive is a excellent choice to have your car taken care of for all your automotive needs. Great service and very fair pricing. They also have a friendly staff and very nalaugable macanics. They also do smog certification that is quick and easy.

After trying several mechanics in the area, I've settled on Long's Automotive. They are professional and honest, which is hard to find in this industry. I just got my car back yesterday and it needed a new radiator, battery terminal, alternator, tune up and oil change. I had gotten an alternator a year ago from Long's and they honored their two-year warranty, so I didn't have to pay for this one, which made the bill much nicer and I didn't get the runaround about it at all.My car is 26 years old and I love it, but it's hard to find parts for now. The battery terminal for my Mitsubishi Eclipse no longer exists, so they ordered a new one from a Lexus dealership because it was a match that would work well with mine. That might have been the issue causing my alternator to fail, so it was really great they honored the warranty for another rebuilt one.The total for everything yesterday was $580, and I didn't have to pay for the alternator (even labor), so I can't tell you how happy I am. I recommend this auto shop based on my own experience over the last couple years.Update on 10/19/2016I HAD to tell people what just happened to me. I went to a smog test place and they told me I needed a rebuilt engine for almost $5,000 because my car was blowing blue smoke out of the tailpipe at AES in Menifee. I took it to Brad at Long's and there was zero blue smoke and it cost me $100 and my car passed with FLYING colors!!!The other place's test said I was a gross polluter and I went 7 miles up the road and passed 100% with no work needed at all. HOW does that happen? Brad, you are AWESOME! And now that I know you do smog testing, I won't need to go anywhere else! You just saved me $5,000!!!

Long Auto is where you take your car if you need your car fixed right, the 1st time. The best wrenchers in the business in my opinion. I love my car. Its the only place she goes.Thank You Longs Auto Team

AMAZING customer service.! When the lock down began, they called my 90 yr old mom (a long-time customer) that lives alone- to see if she needed anything! Sarah (office manager) was volunteering to go the grocery store for her ! Now that's taking care of your customers and serving your community !!!

Thus place is horrible. They fried my ecu and didn't assume responsibility. Waste of time and money. Had to go to dealer and spend twice as much to get what needed to be done in the first place. Horrible customer service.
