I ran in 5 minutes before they were closing. It was raining and I needed new wipers. The 2 guys were super friendly and got me new wipers right away . I paid and the other guy walked in and said all done. He put my new wipers on for me and tossed the old ones. They were awesome

I can t rave enough about the manager at Autozone in Menifee on Newport Rd. Joshua T. was so helpful about recommending a new battery for me AND took the time to install it for me too! It was the original battery and it took some muscle to get it out, but he persisted and made it happen! So nice and professional! 10 out of 10 recommend them!!!

Ceasar at the Menifee store was outstanding. He helped me purchase and he installed my new headlight bulbs. Great customer service. He was very knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you Ceasar!! I go to this location and always helped with great service.

Self checkout was convenient no line however the receipt did not printout. Had to wait for manager to print manually. Would have been better off going to the cashier.

One of the employees in this location was extremely rude. Cut me off mid question while I was asking if they carried silicon lubricant spray and yelled very loudly with his AirPods in, Go check isle 6. Isle 6 is where they have spray paint. He s going to get those AirPod slapped out of his ears being disrespectful like that.

I went in for windshield wipers and they were a great help. They were nice and professional they told me which would be the best wipers for my car. They even put them on for me. Thank You AutoZone.

I was there yesterday to get my battery tested the girl that helped me was clueless she couldn t do it. You need to TRAIN your employees better! after waiting for another employee I was able to get my battery tested and I paid $300 for a new battery that DID NOT FIT!!!!! I called back and I didn t even got a sorry, you guys were out of the one that I needed so I had to drive to Perris to exchange. I wasted my time and gas because of your incompetent employees .

Mariano was such a great help when I stopped by Autozone! I didn t know what was going on with my car or why it wouldn t start. He helped me diagnose the issue and replace my battery in a super speedy manner. Thank you so much!!

This store was amazing!! I went to the one that was closer to my house and they didn t have what I needed so I came here and I m glad I did! I wouldn t go to any other autozone! Mike Brown was sooooo helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me get everything I needed (even though I had no idea what I needed) he even helped me place some orders over the phone which was super convenient that I didn t need to go back and forth to the store a million times! And to top it off he helped me change my key fob battery (which wasn t even why I was there lol). Seriously the best customer service I ve had in a long time from anywhere!!

Pretty good selection that other autozones don't have but the prices are high. So far the service is decent. Im new to the area and have been 3 times one of which the guy gave me the wrong oil filter for my Durango.

I needed a new battery for my car. Michael was so helpful. He got to work right away helping me purchase one and installing it for me with no cost. He was fast and friendly. He answered all my questions and was very professional. Thank you Michael for taking the time and effort to help me out. Because of the great service i received i will be back in the future.

store was clean, unfortunately they did not have what I needed. My son works for the distribution warehouse and said they have plenty of stock. its an ordering issue on the stores part.

By far the worst autozone ever extremely uneducated people work here especially the ladies that work are really slow and make my experience difficult management was just sad and embarrassing I had a rude young lady help me and only tried to refund me 40 dollars out of my over 320 dollar purchase that was under warranty I was suppose to be reimbursed after returning it I explain that to her gave her my phone number to look at and still chose to make my reimbursement into whole payments they don t listen at all avoid this place at all cost prior to this I came here to get my alternator and battery tested some young said both were good completely wrong and read them wrong a day later I found myself getting towed for the same reason I went to go get it tested out like I said save yourself a headache and hassle people that work at this location suck and don t even know how or what experience they got hired here for customer skills were a zero go to the lake Elsinore locations they are educated and make everything easy sorry but I don t think women that don t know anything about cars should be working here

Went there to get my wiper blade changed out and I was helped by Sebastian who went above and beyond to help me out. While putting them on for me showed me how to do it myself which I really appreciated. Super nice and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Came in here with what I was sure it was an expensive battery problem, but Omar A. saw me looking at batteries and asked if he might test mine first. Couldn t believe it, but we went outside and he tested the battery, the starter, and the alternator. All fine! He did observe the corrosion on my battery, and directed me to a battery treatment kit to address just that. THIS is why I come back to AutoZone. Omar was a good hire, and seems to be well trained. Keep up the good work, and please give my regards to your wonderful employee.

Still AutoZone, great people work there. It is awesome to see women working there as well. These people are really good with the parts, and you can see their eyes light up with a good conversation as well.Anyways, can't recommend the refurbished parts, because they don't last as long as a new one would.If you're working in your car, I also recommend the orange stuff and towels deal. Those towels are as strong as a rag most times.Prices are still reasonable for most items.Hey AutoZone at Murrieta and Newport, here's a call out

My husband left his wallet here. He got a phone call this morning that it was at the store. Very thankful the manager put the effort and time into calling him to let him know it was found. They refused the money I offered them for their good deed so I thought I would leave a review instead. From now on we will be using this auto zone for all of our auto needs. Every time I go in needing wiper blades or have a question they are super helpful. Great customer service!
