AutoZone has been my go-to for prepping my car for a drive from California to Chattanooga, TN. Their vast selection and helpful staff make it easy to find everything needed. Great service and convenience for any road trip preparations.

Mariano was awesome!!!! I came in to the store about half an hour before they closed. My battery had died in the parking lot of Ralph's. I explained what happened and without hesitation Mariano told his coworker he would be right back so he could jump start my car. It took him no time to connect the jumper cables, I started the car and drove back to the store and purchased a battery which Mariano installed. Again, did not take long and I was back on the road in no time. Just the level of customer service Mariano provided was top notch and a rarity nowadays. Thank you Mariano!!!

Mariano really went above and beyond in helping me. My license plate holder was installed with bad screws and had fallen off. Mariano removed my license plate holder and helped me find a kit that might work, it didn t work but he took the time to shave off enough plastic to get the new screws to fit perfectly. Normally the person helping you would tell you the kit doesn t work and good luck, but Mariano got resourceful and made it work like a charm. He even re-installed the plate himself! I m very grateful for his help and it really was exceptional service in an age of complacency. Keep up the good work and know your efforts are appreciated!

Came in to buy windshield wiper blades. The Store Manager, Tony, gave me a breakdown of different priced blades and had them installed in less than 2 minutes. Very appreciative of the great service provided.

My online order was canceled TWICE!! no explanation either which is fine but they still took the money out of my card and wont send me a refund. Tried contacting them several times and i get no reply!!

Marciano went beyond for this service. He help me to buy the correct battery and did an extra work for the installation of it. I have a Ford escape, Lord td why the battery have to be hidden?I do appreciate it his help, we need more employees like him. I am so grateful for Mariano at AutoZone in Menifee. I was broke down in the heat with my kids. My daughter left there accessory on with the air condition going, and my battery died and he walked the whole parking lot to jumpstart me to get me on my way. I am so so thankful, grateful and blessed that he was able to help me the way he did. Thank you so much.

Stopped here to get a new blower motor for my car cuz the A/C was having troubles. Pretty convenient location and enough space to park and work on the car. The only annoying thing was they wouldn t just let us borrow the tools we need (a Philipps head screwdriver and a hexagon head screwdriver, that s it!) so we had to buy them

Horrible experience. Needed windshield wipers replaced asked for assistance. There were 4 associates in the store with only 2 customers. Felt like I was being passed around from one person to another. Never was helped to get my wipers so I just walked away. Horrible customer service.

Great customer service. 9 times out of 10 they have what I need and if not, they get it ordered pretty fast. Shoutout to Angelica, she was very helpful with getting my parts and supplies for my Honda.
