Had an appointment for new tires at 8AM 12/30/24 and was taken care of within the hour. I love my new tires and the red carpet customer service I received from Andrew and his team! Very informative*

I've been to this establishment several times and my experience is always the same, amazing. The team has great customer service. I took an Uber to pick up my vehicle and the driver said he brings his car there and he has always experienced great customer service. Special thanks to Damian and Charles!

To say that i am disappointed is an understatement. American Tires is the place we all recommend here in Menifee. My own husband had all four of his tires replaced under their warranty when there was various issues. When I went in for new tires, they didn't try to up sale me, and were honest about the tire I would actually need for the amount I drive. And they recommend a great place for an alignment.But, a few months back my tire pressure started being "wonky", and my car started to drive pretty rough. So, i went to American Tire for air fill ups, each time being told that my tires were good. "Maybe I just needed a balance". Well, when the time came to rotate my tires the front driverside tire was showing steel!I plead my case to the manager who at no time really listened to ANYTHING i said... from checking in, to handling the issue. He refused to honor the warranty on my tires. However, after looking at the system, Where i'm sure he saw that my tires aren't even a year old yet, and WAY under mileage. The manager graciously offered to replace the tire showing steel as a "one time deal", he said that multiple times. But, only that one tire. Not the other tire that also has wear.I had to wait a full week for that replacement. And when I arrived, I was charged for a warranty on the new tire! What good is a new warranty if American Tire won't honor the initial warranty on all four tires?American Ties Menifee won't FULLY honor their warranty. They act like they're doing you a favor by only replacing one tire... and then charge you to renew the warranty for that tire. It also needs to be noted, don t bother coming to the Menifee location for air, voicing concerns with how rough your car has been diving. They don't have time to do a proper inspection.Side note: It was also very uncomfortable sitting in the waiting room while the manager yelled across the room repromanding an employee... in a EXTREMELY unprofessional manner.

I had an appointment on a Sat at 11am. I get there and there is a line 10 deep with only one person working up front. I waited about 5 minutes , line was still not moving and walked out.

I used to rate this shop 5+Stars until I was told at one rotation that I needed new tires. I asked "are you sure?" because it had only been two years and was unusual.I went for another opinion and it turned out that I was good for another 20k (I am writing this four rotations and two years later!).I stopped into another America's Tire for a rotation to see if maybe I had a kid who didn't know what he was doing the last visit. Nope, a different rep at a different location said they can't rotate and I need new tires, so I left.I was pretty sure I had another 10k so I went to reputable shop and my tires were rotated with plenty of tread.Sorry but America's Tire has lost me forever.

I recently purchased a new vehicle. With less than 2.5k miles, I caught a nail in my tire and took it back to the dealership, hoping for a warranty repair. The dealer told me it couldn't be patched because the nail was too close to the sidewall. They wanted to charge me for a new tire. I took it to America's Tire for a second opinion.To my delight, they told me the tire was, in fact, patchable (no sidewall nonsense) and fixed it FREE OF CHARGE. I have purchased tires from America's Tire, Menifee, in the past and will definitely return for my next purchase. Their customer service is second to none.

I went looking for tires for my vw tiguan and was horrified at the prices I was quoted. I couldn t have been more pleasantly surprised with the care and respect I received at this shop. These guys are amazing. Customer service was exceptional. Thank you so much everyone!

Talk about going above and beyond quality service. Tim at American Tires stopped what he was doing to attend to me and my family of 7 aid to keep us safe on the road after a experiencing a slow leak. We were just there for air but he suggested to me that his team take a closer look at the tire only to find a nail in it.The response time was amazing and the wait time without an appointment was impressive. If you can read this Tim me and my family appreciates you for what you did.

Got my vehicle towed there because it had a flat tire. My husband went first thing in the morning to figure out getting the tire fixed. They refused to put the donut on the vehicle because it s over 10 years old then they refused to put air in the tire that was on the vehicle, said they didn t have the ability to pump it up because it was too flat. What kind of tire shop cannot put air into a flat tire? Nonsense. I drove it to the gas station and put air in the tire, got it home and called Steve s Mobile Tire Repair. Steve s came out and put my donut on without a problem. Avoid this place bad business practices for a tire shop. Call Steve s if you need mobile flat tire repair.

They are great! Very friendly and knowledgeable... I got the wheels I wanted in 2 days and it took them less than 45 mins to put on, but I did have an appointment. I love my new wheels, I had hub caps before this. Very reasonable priced!!

I will always come back here. I went today to get new tires on my wife's car. I expected to spend $400-500. They told me that all I needed to do was to repair the leak and rotate the tires and I'd get another year out of them. Not only that, but because I had purchased the tires years ago from another America's Tire this would all be free of charge. Their honesty has guaranteed a return trip from me whenever I need new tires again.

Very friendly and fast service. I was trying to get the cheapest tires put on before I traded my vehicle in. They never tried to up sale me and were very competitive price wise. Been a customer with them for 15 years. Dont plan on stopping any time soon.

The young man checking tire pressure was very nice but what they don't do is check RV tires with 1/2 size. My RV is classic Lazy Daze and Not a commercial vehicle, beware of this company..

The only tire place I know of that has a dedicated line to check your tires and air for free, polite and professional. Helpful when asked questions. A great place.

Thank you to Ray and Tim @Americas tires. the employees and manager at this location are the most honest and hard working peopleI ve ever encountered. From the moment I spoke to Ray who helped me order my tire & the wonderful experience continued with Tim when I arrived at the store. Formally a California native I moved and was in town for a family visit and got a screw in my tire. They were able to repair my tire at no charge and get me back on the road in less than 2hours! Best auto experience I ve ever had. Thank you

I've been using America's Tire for 35 yrs plus , today I ordered tires for new rims on my F150 . Menifee's location was packed / busy , so I left my rims there , Mark will have my tires mounted on the rims , I'll stop by after work tomorrow & get the set mounted on my Truck . Hope Mark remembers tomorrow to get this job done. Update 07/16 : Mark had my tires mounted on the rims when I showed up & I was in & out quickly . Great Job Guys .....

Great service (as usual from this chain). This was my first time at this location and they were great and got us in and out quickly. Gave me options and explained the benefits of each tire and considered my driving needs as I live out of the area with different road conditions etc. I'm very happy with the whole experience.

DANIEL is the man!I lost my lug nut lock key to my 2017 Chevy Cruze and I called a bunch of mechanic places telling them my problem and they wanted to charge $50-$100! I called Americas Tire and told Daniel my problem and he said come on in and i ll do it free of charge.That is what i call customer service. Will DEFINITELY be coming back because of him

As a person who is a member of the menifee community. This shop is a DISGRACE to our town. The employees work really hard and are nice. But the Management is HORRIBLE. Specifically Dan as the store manager. Very rude. Even when called from a different number his tone is always negative and degrading. Unless you are buying tires (even if you re calling for something else) you can hear the sign in his breath and you are NOTHING but a waste of his time. He pushes you to hurry on calls and does NOT meet any industry requirements for genuine customer service. This is NOT the first time Dan has been complained about and let alone from multiple people. The poor hardworking staff is always trying their best, but Dan does not let you even get through the door before running up prices and making you feel very unwelcome 1 -5 star. Dan needs to be sent elsewhere for menifee ratings to go up in SALES, Customer service, and overall credibility.
