People there are... use less asked for a torx socket and they led me to a mess of an isle covered in dust everything everywhere I took a quick look and walked out staff didn't know what I was talking about or idk just skip this store everything is a mess and dusty you won't find what you're looking for or maybe if you take 20 minutes dusting the stuff piled on topof each other

Staff is unknowable. Asked for a Cobalt drill bit. Was told drill bit was cobalt and that it would work for what I wanted it for. Which was to cut through a wheel stud. Bit was not cobalt and did not work as desired. Went back to return and was told I could not as I used the drill bit.

The staff is awesome and friendly very reasonable prices I would recommend and visit the best Napa in the valley!!
