Had a great Experience this evening with the staff. My battery died and then found out I didn t need a new one just needed a charge. then they checked the alternator to make sure that wasn t the problem and all good! The guys they are very knowledgeable and they take extra time and go the extra mile to make sure that you re taken care of. Thanks Guys!

I asked the kid to look up something on his computer and responded dont you have a phone that can do it? Lol go be a bag boy then. I asked for some one else his boss said same thing. About slapped both of them . How hard is it to look up a ground diagram on trailer brakes I was trying to buy

This review is more for their employee Brandon I m not sure if he still works there anymore but I hope you see this Brandon any employer would be LUCKY to have someone as dedicated to providing awesome personal and professional service. If he doesn t know the answer to a question (which is rare) he has no hesitation in researching and finding it out. Consistently goes out of his way to provide in my opinion the best service. Even on his worst day he is able to outperform any one else I ve seen at all auto parts locations I ve seen. Unfortunately there are a couple bad employees at this location. If they were all like Brandon this place would get a six star review. Someone give this boy a raise! If he still works there..

David provides quick, accurate answers EVERY time I need something for my van. Whether suggesting a better quality part for certain applications, or saving me a few bucks where a cheaper option is sufficient. This store is lucky to have a guy like this who actually cares, and does the job right. I had metal in my waste oil and he pointed it out and asked questions. Most employees would not have noticed, or mentioned this. It was external rust that fell off a nearby part onto my drain pan(thankfully) lol. Grateful for this O'Reilly location, close to home. Keep up the good work David!

I work here so I am biased. That being said, we have a great crew and do everything we can to help our customers. If you have a check engine light or are having vehicle problems, stop on by and we will try to help you figure it out. If you're shopping around for car parts and you find what you need cheaper somewhere else just bring us a price quote and we can match that price for you. Drive safe and have a great day.

I've only had a few mistakes with orders from this O'Reilly's but other than that everything has gone smooth. The people in there are super friendly and do their best to help. I go in there often and now know some of them by name and it's always good to see them :)

Matt was very rude and refused to help us, when we asked if there was someone else who could he just stated that he was the manager. We don't care if you think you are important and overpaid you should be helping your customers. He needs to be replaced with someone who can be respectful and helpful. Rethink that hiring process, train your managers to be kind and helpful. We are not below you, your job exists because of the customers.

These guys are always on point super helpful and ready to lend a helping hand when they can. Had my truck batteries go bad on a work site and they brought me a new set within 30 minutes. Trucks back up and running ready to go. Save my cookies. Thanks

Wow -- almost forgot what true "SERVICE" was. I've been to various auto-parts stores and I have grown used to the idea, over many years, that you can purchase parts for various things but don't expect the employees at any of the stores to get in there and help you out. Corporate America seems to be more fearful of risks and liability than they are with helping customers during and after the sale. NOT SO at O'Reilly. The management here has absolutely NO PROBLEM with employees ringing a customer up at the register and then walking out to their vehicle to help with basic tasks. Need your battery tested? They'll do that without you having to remove it from the vehicle. Need your battery replaced? Shoot -- they'll haul the batter to your vehicle, swap it out, and haul the old battery out. It was unexpected, but VERY welcoming to find this level of service performed at this location. They certainly have won my business and loyalty. I'll stand behind any company that has customer service policies like O'Reilly.

Do not shop here, they will nicely take your money then when try to return something because they overcharge you by 80$ they say no return whatsoever. How does a business with a policy like this stay in business. My battery died in my car I had to buy a 195$ battery for a Ford focus because they claim thats all they had. I go home call around same battery for 120$. Went directly back and they refuse to take the battery back absolutely unbelievable I will never set foot back in there.

Check engine light went on for the first time so I had no idea what to do next. To make matters worse, I'm not a local so I had no idea where to go.Lars was amazing and got things diagnosed quickly! He even explained some of the findings as simply as possible to me (who absolutely have no idea about cars), and gave me friendly advice on what repairs I should expect to happen.Albeit a simple service, it was still top notch.

Good service! I asked them to install my whisper blades and the did it but the guy had to go and take parts out of a separate package to make them fit my truck! That's just weird other wise there great

Clean store, good selection, decent prices. If you need specialised car stuff this is the place to go.However if you know where to shop you can get some stuff cheaper elsewhere. (Windshield wipers)It's awesome how you can rent special tools from them like my VW needs a special brake compressor tool that rotates and they had it for rent. Instead of having to spend $100 on the tool you rent it.The staff is typically very helpful however they can get a little cocky (they're salespeople at the end of the day).

Was my favorite Auto parts store. Until I went in for new wipers. I was the only one on the counter. I got totally ignored by staff. After ten minutes. I had to leave. Never will go back. There is a new parts store in town.

Lady was super grouchy in the morning... Not helpful at all. Saw here being rude to another customer as well. If I didn't know what I needed and didn't happened to have seen what my friend needed we would have been out of luck. Beware of her!

Our local O'reillys is great. Helpful staff, good selection and exactly what one would hope for in a auto parts store. If they don't have it...auto zone is next door.

We came in today for a dead and difficult lightbulb removal and instillation, and as well as a check engine light. Brandon found out that the code was for a knock sensor, and found out that it was just loose! He tightened it, and then the light went off! And THEN, he was able to save us literally over $100 because we were going to have to go in somewhere to have them remove the stuck bulb (everywhere I went they couldn't do it).He fixed every issue with our car within 20 minutes and was so kind, he didn't even laugh at my messy car.You made our day; thank you so so much, Brandon!
