I liked Bob when he came to fix our issue the first time, but he got sick and someone else took over. He said he can t fix our issue because he doesn t have help, fine. But I got the feeling that he was being very dismissive of our other problems and hung up with an I appreciate you after finally getting a hold of him in a couple of months. Very disappointed.

Very professional. We originally asked him to come to our location at a RV park but he asked where we were headed and we happen to be headed toward him so he said he could meet us on the way to save us the call out fee. He was prompt and courteous when we met. He quoted us a bit more but had finished the job quicker than expected so he dropped the price which I found to be quite honest. He repaired our issue and had us back on vacation in no time. I highly recommend calling if you find yourself in a jam.

I ve had Bob come out to help us with our trailer 3 times now and he s always done a great job. First time the furnace wasn t blowing hot, he came by and pulled the furnace out, bench tested it, cleaned it, replaced the circuit board, and had it working for us the very next day. Next time we broke the old key off in the door lock and he came by with a new lock for us. And just this week we had the same problem with the Furnace not blowing hot air, about one year later. He came out the same day, pulled the furnace out and took it home to fix it, and had it back in the next day for us. This time it was the sail switch which had gotten gummed up with dust and dog hair. No parts needed, just an hour of labor plus a service call charge. Very reasonable and timely.Always very polite and professional, and never charging more than a fair rate for us. Would highly recommend if you are in the Humboldt area and need mobile RV assistance.

Great service! As the name states, they come to your park and repair - unlike most others in the area. Bobby is an expert! Not only did he quickly ID & solve my problem, but he was happy to repair anything else going wrong. I was more than happy to pay the fair bill. Bob is incredibly kind and professional. I had some issues with my heater and he came out first thing on Monday to have a look. I really appreciate his coordination and quick response. Such a luxury to be able to have someone that can come to your rv. I have stayed in a lot of areas where on site repair service is not available and you have to take your RV into a shop. We are very lucky to have this business in the area. I will definitely call them anytime I have anything wrong with my RV. Very impressed!

I worked with Bobby Jr for a few years on a few different RV s. My review is meant to be objective and to help community who needs rv repair to make informed decisions and encourage professionalism.He was always quick to answer, call back and fit me in his schedule. If plans changed, he communicated it.A few misses have left me unlikely to call him for help again.1. During one of his visits, I told himabout a sour sulphur smell and, he said it was septic. Ultimately I found it was sulphuric acid from a bad battery off gassing under our bedroom. It s pretty serious to breathe. I wasn t upset with Bobby but I reported my findings to him so he would know in the future if it came up for someone else and I was met with disregard and denial. I would hope a professional who charges $100/hour could accept constructive feedback and have a professional conversation. I didn t find that to be so on this particular day.2.We had a faulty furnace. He gave it his best to diagnose and troubleshoot. He said it would be $1500 to replace. I took the furnace to a local rv repair place and they fixed it for $400 and it s been fine ever since.3.We needed to seal the roofs of 2 - 40 5th wheels and a cab over camper. It took him and a helper less than 2/2.5 hours and he charged me $750. That was with $100 group discount. I think they used less than a gallon of Gaco. He does guarantee it for 2 years, including a free visit to make sure it s good the next year. I ll leave it up to each person to decide if that is a fair price.When he shows up he s fast and all work! I respect that. I m grateful that he s helped us and showed me some things about our trailers. And I m also grateful that he has pushed us to do our own repairs and maintenance from now on or look elsewhere for help.I sure wished we had more competition to drive up professionalism and prices down.The unfortunate fact is that they are the only mobile rv repair in the northern Humboldt area.

The dad came out and before mentioning any cost began to troubleshoot my heater. He said he fixed and hit me with a 150$ charge. He may have been there 15 minutes. No sooner than he left it quit working. After calling enough times the son was going to take care of it, for more money. I only heard from him once , waiting for the scheduled time and he was a no show. The dad told me there was a guy out of business in a town near by for ripping people off. Their time is coming too I guess

Bobby and his Dad have been in the business quite some time. We definitely always refer anyone with any RV issues to them. Quick response and always willing to talk to you. I appreciate there business very much.

Outstanding service at a very reasonable price. We had a massive issue preventing us from being able to move our rig from the spot it was parked. Bobby came out the next morning. Needed more help. Went to fetch a friend for more muscle. Still unable to get it fixed, he returned the next day (1 minute prior to the time he promised to be there BTW) with his dad, Bob. They fixed the issue and got us rolling. 3 visits, 3 mechanics, fixed the problem, all with a pleasant professional attitude for under $150. I can't say enough about these guys. They work the way we want all fix-it guys to work. Thanks Bobs!!

Do yourself a favor and call anybody else but Bob or Bobbie Williamson! They are incompetent, rude and dishonest. They overcharged me for a leaking faucet that they never fixed. They then told me I needed a brand new faucet and that they ordered one. When I called to check if the faucet was in, they never returned calls. When I finally got a hold of Bobbie, he nastily told me he "couldn't make one appear by magic" and not to call him again. Three weeks later they claimed they couldn't find one. Within 5 minutes I found 3 on the internet, ordered one that came in 3 days and put it in myself for $32. I had the old faucet checked out and there was never anything wrong with it! Bob or Bobbie had just put putty on the fitting which shouldn't have had any and it wouldn't seal correctly. When I asked for a refund Bob said he doesn't do refunds and hung up. $178 dollars and 6 stressful weeks of getting the run-around while my disabled daughter and I got sick from the mold growing under the sink. Once they get your money they don't care about whether they fixed the problem, you or your situation.

Bob came out to check my Furnace. He did a diagnostic and found I need a new thermostat. He told me that I wouldn't find one here in Eureka and that I should use Amazon for faster retrieval. He was very honest and wouldn't even take a fee for the service call. Who does this anymore? I highly recommend Bob for your RV service needs.

Bob was fantastic to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our RV broke down in McKinleyville and Bob quickly came over to help get us back to good. My heater died in my fifth wheeler that I live in with temps going down to low 40s, high 30s. They came down the next day and got me back up and running. Bob and his son Bob are very nice people who take care of their customers. Highly recommend them.

We were stuck midway through a trip and Bob Sr. squeezed us in at the end of his already packed day. He replaced the valve we broke and got us rolling out of town. Very friendly, loves what he does, and charged less than we expected. I would recommend him with no hesitation.

I still have a water heater that these guys insatalled a year ago that still doesn't work. I have called them several times to com out and make it right, and the only thing that I am told is that 13.2 volts is too much voltage for the circuitry, which is a big steaming pile of B.S., as i know that the voltage operating range is between 10 volts and 14.2 volts (as confirmed by both century and Reynolds rv repair).The son has zero customer service skills, and it appears as though the father doesn't really care. On one of the calls to get this fixed, I specifically asked for the father to come out and told him why(didn't trust or care for his son working on my rig) and was completely blown off.Do yourself a favour, call anyone other than these guys as they will not honour their service nor will they return phone calls should you have repairs needed to your equipment.

An RV angel on the lost coast. Bob jumped into action on a Sunday and found us where we were. My renters were stranded without running water in the RV. Bob assessed the problem swapped out the Water Pump and did it no time flat. Kept everyone in good spirits as well. Thanks BOB

An outstanding PROFESSIONAL. It doesn't get any better than BOB !!! A certified repairman. He has helped me for at least 5 years with my now 30 year old 5th wheel. He has never not been able to fix what I called him about. He worked with me when I was struggling financially.

While camping near Trinidad, had a stuck black tank valve. Bob responded quickly and fixed it . Fair price and an honest man. Would use again if needed.

All i wanted was my RV not to leak. called him to make sure my cab over window on my class c wouldn't leak. Took him two months to figure out that there is more than one type of window seal, which he figured out from youtube. The window leaks worse now than before. When he worked on the window he cracked the sidewall with his ladder and told me that "it comes with the territory". He also told me he would refund me for the window seal and that was two months ago, im guessing he isn't going to. He also said he would fix the cracks he put in my side wall with his ladder and that obviously hasn't happened either. I would find literally anyone else to work on your RV or youtube it yourself, because thats what he does. Dont get ripped off by this guy

The service was the same day and after a new cut off switch my heater was fixed at a reasonable rate .He even took the time to answer a few questions about my electrical system doing testing for me and explaining the problem.

I had a problem with my slide out on my motorhome call Bob told him my problem he came and had it fixed within 20 minutes I ask him how much I owed him he said no charge this is unbelievable service if anyone need mobile rv repair in the Eureka area this the guy to call.

Family must be making these ratings and remarks because this is the most unprofessional service I have ever encountered. If you re looking for a professional to make repairs to your RV, look elsewhere. This person breaks more than he fixes and then shrugs it off. Extremely unreliable and poor workmanship.

I had an emergency on the road, that required picking up parts at two different places, and doing the work in the rain, all on a weekend morning. I'm so grateful for the help, and impressed by the service!
