They were really good with getting us another key fob as there was only one at time of purchase. No charge to us they paid for it. They gave us a fair trade in value for our truck. We are very happy with the customer service which in this world has almost disappeared. But not with Mickeys used cars They have nailed it. Dennis was an amazing sales representative.

At 1st I didn't feel like I was getting the care and understanding about the repairs I needed done on my vehicle even though I had just recently paid $2800 to renew my warranty. The service manager seemed to be more focused on how I would need to sign a $79 fee to assess my repairs and determine afterward whether it was covered by my warranty. However, my repairs were covered by my warraty and the work was done and I am completely satisfied with the job done on my vehicle.

Having lived in Humboldt County over 30 years, I regularly hear Buy Local! We were planning on doing just that when Mickey s sold the car we were in the process of buying, without so much as a text. To add context, this would have been the third car we purchased from Mickey s and the first deal we negotiated since getting royally screwed by Mid-City Motor World. (Hint: they lied.) So we were treading carefully. Adding to our caution was the fact that the Mickey s car was a California Lemon Law buyback. Now when I say we were in the process of buying, I mean we d test driven the car three times, communicated with the salesman over the course of several days, paid our mechanic for an inspection and, lastly, were verifying that our insurer would, in fact, fully insure the car. I get that Mickey s is a business, and like us, trying for the best deal. But to not even get a call or text felt like a gut punch. The car had been sitting in the lot for months. We thought we had time. That was our first mistake. The second was thinking we d be extended a smidgen of common courtesy. Silly us. Just because you buy local doesn t mean you deserve a damn thing, folks. We certainly learned our lesson. To be fair, our salesman claimed he had no idea the car was sold till after the fact. Hmmm? Wow! I don t know about you, but if I were that salesman I wouldn t bother working at Mickey s one more day. You put the work in, trying to make a commission, and then another salesman comes along and, poof, your payday s gone. Really? Whatever the so-called reason, our days of buying autos locally are also, poof, gone!

I bought my last car from Mickey s eight years ago. When I came back to buy another car they not only remembered me but helped me find what I was looking for without having the pressure and stress of leaving the county. I would highly recommend Mickey s to anyone.-Buy Local

I recently purchased a dodge ram, the service was amazing. After I purchased my truck my stereo was having issues and the service team was very helpful, it was determined that I needed a new stereo and mickeys offered to replace the stereo with either the stock stereo or anyone of my choice for an after market at no cost to me. I ended up getting the new Sony 9500 ES head unit. I will be returning to Mickeys for my future vehicle needs.

We purchased this 2018 Nissan 1 1/2 years ago. I have stopped in 3 times and talked to them about the paint job. Was told don't worry we stand behind our cars that they would call me. They never called when I call and leave messages they never get back to me. Now every morning I go out and pick up the paint that has blown off during the night. Car runs great no issues there. Just don't even think about going through the car wash..... Disappointed

Keith was so great to work with, got me the best deal on my car and worked with my ever crazy schedule to make sure I can pick up my car on a specific day. 10/10 would definitely go back for another car in the future. Our salesman was Keith and he was beyond helpful throughout the whole process. As a first time customer and first time car buyer, he explained everything very thoroughly. My boyfriend and I were so excited to have our new vehicle that we spaced out all the questions we had, one of them being the gas. Keith called us the next day to let us know that the type of gas for our car isn't Regular. The fact that he called us back to let us know that and to check on us made me feel more comfortable knowing that we went through Mickeys to get our first car. Thank you Mickeys and thank you Keith for everything! We will for sure be back in the future! :)

Yesterday I attempted to purchase a vehicle. The sales person was extremely helpful trying to help find the best deal. Mickeys offered more than the other dealerships for my trade in and were willing to lower the price of the new vehicle helping to save on my monthly expenses.

The past 2 years I ve been looking at the hybrid rave4. The brand new ones are so expensive. Also the local Toyota dealership, where I used to buy all my cars, were so rude and unwilling to work with me. My daughter bought a beautiful Camry from Keith and she told me about this Rave4 hybrid with leather seats. It was a 2021 with low miles. I had to check it out! Needless to say I fell in love with it! Exactly what I d been looking for. Keith made this deal happen! Such a great guy and didn t pressure me at all! I will always go back to Mickeys now because Keith worked hard to make me a deal that would work! Highly recommend Mickey s and ask for Keith! Everyone there is so kind and friendly!Thanks Keith and the rest of the staff for making my purchase a pleasant one!

Mickeys quality cars is a fine used car lot with a great selection of vehicles. They can typically find whatever your looking for if they don't currently have what you want. They have been in business for several decades and have many repeat customers who are loyal to Mickeys. They keep their lot clean and inviting and do a good job making their vehicles look great. They are easily one of the areas most respected car lots.

This is a pure appreciation post! My wife and I have always bought our trucks from here with never any problems and exceptional customer service. When I decided to search for my dream truck, Keith came through after months of back and forth. After finally making my dream come true, problems can arise when buying a gently used vehicle, nothing is guaranteed in this world anymore. I was experiencing some issues, but no fear! Keith and his team came through in getting me prompt attention and deep diving to ensure they stood true to their word. Though it did inconvenience me for a bit, they didn t hesitate to let me drive a brand new truck off the lot until mine was completely A-plus! Moral of story is, it s not about problems that arise (completely out of their control) it s how you handle them and I can say beyond a doubt, they treated me like First class! I will never shop anywhere else for any of my vehicles. I highly recommend them. Thank you Mickeys for taking care of me!

Let me preface this review by noting I HATE car dealerships. In my 64 years I have known nothing but pain whenever I buy a car thus I felt nothing but dread pulling into the place expecting the usual BS. Imagine my utter surprise to find this was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had! No pressure, no haggling, no back and forth to "check with the boss". Offered top trade in for my Jeep without the usual games that accompany car dealerships. Gave me a good price on the Sequoia I was eyeing. Even the paper work was painless! Super friendly and helpful staff. 100% recommended from a crusty curmudgeon. Mike from Oregon.

Got my new car delivered to me from arcata to crescent city for no extra cost in a little under 3 hours, the car is in beautiful shape and runs beautifully as well, nice and clean, would definitely recommend mickeys.

Mickey's has always taken care of me!!! I have bought 4 vehicles from them!! 25 years ago I bought an escourt from them. It was 150 from the Warranty running out. It quit on Henderson st. They sent a tow truck. Stayed open late, and gave me a loner car. I bought a Saturn from them that I loved!! I still have my F-150 (21years now)with 220,000 miles on it. Recently I bought my Jeep. There was an issue with the AC. They again gave me a loner, and took care of everything for me!!! Keith at Mickey's is awesome!!

Dennis, one of the sales staff was very thoughtful in the vehicles he showed me. He took into consideration the condition of the vehicle, my payment budget, and the needs I required for everyday use of the vehicle. The loan officer was thorough and efficient in his search, and they were able to be keep me right at my budget with the right amount of miles. I drive away with a better deal than my best expectations. This has been the easiest transaction I have ever experienced.
