Lube Central is hands down the best oil change place I've ever been to. Not only are they quick and efficient with their service, but they also go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to answer any questions I have about my vehicle's maintenance.What truly sets Lube Central apart is their exceptional attention to detail. During my last visit, they noticed a dent on my car and offered to fix it for free while I waited for my oil change to be completed. They have a really cool fish tank. All of them are super friendly and nice, they are down to earth and explain everything in ways that you can comprehend. We live in Eureka and always travel to Mckinleyville for them! It's worth it!

Great customer service! Raymond serviced my truck... he was very professional, knowledgeable and kind took time to explain to me any questions I had concerning my auto service...The service was timely completed... and I was out of there! I definitely will be going back again.I recommend this business 5 +

Roy at the front desk was very professional and made the visit pleasant. Great service and charged less than they quoted over the phone - price starts at $86 for 5qt oil+filter change but we only needed 4 for our vehicle. Receipt shows market price charges for oil and filter and I feel they were very transparent about the work done and irregularities from visual and fluid inspection on the vehicle. They also vacuumed the drivers side floorboards after service: 5/5 stars would recommend.Service: Oil change

Thankful to the guys at Lube Central for getting me in and out in 30 minutes as they had quoted. This is a busy shop and they had people calling and coming in constantly but they stayed to schedule and got me out quick. They even vacuumed the front floor boards which was nice. I especially appreciated the 10% discount I received for the Women s Wednesday deal. Don t forget to ask for this on Wednesday s, ladies!Friendly, fast, and efficient. I d highly recommend Lube Central to anyone in the area.

The service is fantastic! The owner is amazing and extremely nice! Prices are good compared to other places and they do a far better job as keeping your car clean and letting you know of any issues they notice along the way. Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd time for service under the new owners. Both times have been agreeable for cost, customer service and the time it takes to get an oil change. Bonus: with the new office location (just on the other side of the building), the waiting room is larger, there is a restroom and there is more parking available.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Make sure you make an appointment. I showed up at opening and got turned away because I didn t have an appointment. No where on there website say that you need one. Not coming back

I couldn't say enough good things about them! They provided me with a same day appointment and I have never had a quicker or easier oil change. I was in and out in less than twenty minutes and was pleasantly surprised by how simple the whole experience was. They even topped up my windshield washer fluid which had just ran out. My friend has been recommending them for months and now I see why. I will definitely be coming back!Service: Oil change

I have had these guys do my oil changes for a few years. They are super friendly and efficient. When my car developed an oil leak a few days ago I knew that they would be able to locate it, and they did! They were able to refer me to another local shop where I had the repair done promptly and well!!

Such a quick and professional experience. They even vacuumed my car for me, which was a lovely surprise. Everyone was gracious and welcoming. Under 30 minutes for an oil change despite the busy day. Great and Quick service. :) We were on our long road trip and quickly wanted to check basic parameters for our car. Found lube central close by and they were generous to check our car and changed our oil free of cost. Truly appreciate your service.

On a spur of the moment road trip and the check engine light came on. We knew we d needed an oil change so we stopped in here. We had our 4 girls with us and the waiting area, although on the small side for a family like ours and other people, was much more comfortable than most other waiting areas in similar establishments. We all enjoyed the salt water tank. Oil change all done & ready to go within 30 min, they ran a systems check and Tom was very informative, professional & helpful! They were very careful to leave our car in better shape than they found it, even vacuumed out the front! Happy we found this place.
