AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICEPulled off the freeway because I thought the rear end of my truck was going to fall off.! Before the ice cream in the back seat had melted, I was back on the road.Something to due with balance and weights on one of my tires. They did not even charge me for the repairs. Fantastic group of guys!

I am so thankful for the crew at Les Schwab McKinleyville. I got a flat and Andrew came and patched it for me, then followed me back to the shop. They were able to get me four brand new tires installed despite it being closing time!

Excellent service, super tire smell in waiting area. Young man pulled my car out of stall, whipped around corner of building, knocking all my newly bought plants out of their pots! Dirt everywhere! Watch out for how they drive your car around the building!

Went there for a 10:00 appointment and at 10:40 I had to explain to them that that's not how appointments are supposed to work, and I need my keys back. I didn't go to Les Schwab because they were the cheapest, I went there because I expected courtesy and professionalism but found neither. A courtesy call would have made a world of difference. Guess I'll find another Les Schwab

Great service and nice people!***Update 2024***Had a flat tire and got there 3 minutes before closing. They were friendly, as usual, replaced my tires and got it done in fast! They are awesome!

Got to Mckinleyville a bit late had two tires to switch out and a tire I needed to have the stem repaired. They were so nice, took a while they were busy but the tire disposal was only 5 , great price. The entire bill was 45.00.. I purchased the tires online. I have always been a fan of les schwab tire, and still am.

Horrible service..came in for alignment and they charged me 1 hr extra just to tighten up 4 bolts lol ..these corporate business sucks

Great customer service and fast turn around time. I price checked against Costco and purchased here. My son went the next week and they fixed his flat and put on new valve stems for free. Highly recommend this location.

5 stars for Dakota who checked my battery for me today, was fast, polite, and went to get the tools he needed to tighten all the connections and then checked and rechecked before he sent me back on the road safe and sound. excellent customer service today, thanks!

I drove in right before closing. My car some how shedded the tread on both my front tires. I had been very worried it was making a hell of a noise. I knew I would have to leave it at their. But I had to get me a ride back to my home in Trinidad which was five miles away. I am disabled and use my walker all the time. I had my services dog whom was with me. I proceeded to empty out my car. Dog and all my groceries. They let me to pile all my stuff in and it took my ride until a hour past closing to pick me up. They were the nicest group of gentlemen and never complained that my ride took so long. Or that they were being held up by me past their dinner time. It was the nicest experience I ever had at any business. They for me ranked number one.

These guys are really helpful and great service. Always been professional. Not sure the policies inside waiting but they had tables and a sit down bar table with stools last time I was there able to eat my Subway sandwich. Another good point your close to walking distance to other stores and restaurants while waiting.

Fixed the tire of our RV for free.The mechanic who did the job was a very nice guy and very accurate.Never experienced anything like this.Thanks!

Two weeks ago, one of my tires was flat and I brought my car to the shop. They helped pump some air to my tire right away. After two weeks, the same tire was flat again, so I knew something must be wrong. I brought my car to the shop again, and they helped me check the tire this time. Indeed, they found a screw in the tire and repaired it. The shop was busy but they still managed to get my tire fixed within 45 minutes. And they didn't charge me anything both times! Their associate, David, was extremely polite and professional when assisting me. I will definitely purchase from them the next time I need new tires.

Got us in and let us know a pretty accurate wait time. We needed a new tire, so glad they had the right size in stock and were able to fit us in. We are on a trip, so didn't have the option to wait days to get it fixed.People were very nice and price came in right where they quoted. Service was great, as always!

It s always been hit or miss here, but we got in on a Sunday afternoon, for tire rotation and balance, done in under 45 mins - no charge! Nice waiting area.

I use Schwab all the time. I travel full-time in an RV. It is easier for me and they are generally fine. This one was fine up front but the service I got from this one mechanic was terrible. I am going to see another Schwab in another town this week for a second opinion. I'll report back.Reporting back. He was terrible. He first gave me a quote for my brakes but they are brand new. So then he said he was sure it was the ball joint. Went to another Schwab and it was my upper control arms. My ball joints are perfect. Anyway, I think I will call the manager. Leaving the rating as is. The service I received by the staff up front was great, even if it did take 3 hours for nothing.

It took longer then they said but it's Humboldt so I expect that lol also they put the wheel weight in the wrong place and it was rubbing, but were happy to fix the problem the next time I came in

Always have had a good experience with these guys. Had an alignment and tire balance done on my Jeep. The tech too the time to explain and clarify a few questions I had in the alignment, great customer service. They forgot to balance my tires but when realized they quickly got my Jeep in and did a balance. Top notch fellas thank you for all the help. Keep it up.

Yesterday on March 10 my friends and I took a trip over to the coast at the end of the day when we were headed home our tire blew out. We had to have our car towed and by the time we got it to Les Schwab it was two minutes to six when they closed thankfully Chad waited for our to be unloaded to see if our tire was able to be patched. Unfortunately it was not and they didn't have our size tire in stock but they could get one the next day. However that wasn't good enough for Chad and he looked into some other options and found us two used tires that would get us home. He stayed an additional almost hour and a half to get our tires swapped and balanced. We are very thankful for his time and patience for us last night.

By far the best service I have received for my tires! They haven't charged me once and they are always so helpful. I love this place and will come here any time I have tire problems or when I end up needing new tires!

So I called about my car asking if they could take a look at the brake system... He quoted me a job for $1,380... He said that my ABS valve on the rear of my 1990 Bronco that I just bought was "hanging off" no idea where this guy went to tech school but there's no valve "hanging off". I asked if we could instead start small and bleed the brakes to see if the problem may just be the master cylinder or a line instead of the entire ABS system (a part which he said was $250.00... A part I found online for $20.00) and he said hat he'd have to ask the manager if he could bleed my brakes.. Manager said that's impossible and it won't fix the problem.This shop doesn't do the work you ask for- this shop overcharges you for problems that don't exist. I would never ever go there again or recommend anyone I know go there. I was embarrassed for the service techs and appalled that they wouldn't bleed my brakes. Even if it doesn't fix the problem entirely- I know where the problem is and can pay for the parts needed not a $1,380 repair.Feeling a little swindled. Going to another local shop who will do what I ask for.

The McKinleyville location provided me with incredible customer service last night. I got a flat tire shortly before their business was closing. They not only fixed my tire so that it's good as new, they treated me kindly and made the whole experience pleasant. All the members of their team were friendly and helpful, and I will be happy to use them again for all my future tire needs.

Got a great deal on 4 new tires here. Had a tire blowout a week ago and replaced the one from someone else. Their warranty and service can't be beat. The prices on all season tires is better than Costco. Friendly staff and very informative.

Never going back. Ever. I signed and agreed to a patch, flat repair. Very pushy n threatening saying I had to buy a new tire. Trying to tell me NO used tires exist. Give me a break. Complimentary flat repair is what I left with. I'll get my new tires somewhere else.

Les Schwab Tire is great! After leaving my car at North Bay Auto for a week they bowed out to repair my car... I am very happy they did. I took it to Les Schwab. Only $214 for repairs where North Bay wanted $1000, I didn't need the stuts after all the waiting. I got my car back the same day!!! Thanks guys!
