The staff is very friendly and helpful! They knew what they were doing and they did it well. My car was repaired quickly and they cleaned the outside and inside of my car. It was shiny and smelled like a new car. They are an excellent shop!

The repairs, and paint job needed for the fix, was on point. I would 100% recommend Kreations! The office staff were great to communicate with. Their updated texts were great to have as the process was on going. Thank you Kreations, office staff, the mechanics, and the painter. Absolutely satisfied!

The staff and management at Kreations were extremely helpful, gracious and professional when I had an auto emergency that required a lot of coordination with insurance, rent-a-car and logistical challenges. Could not have been more in good hands throughout. Highly impressed with Kreations small town graces combined with first rate professional service.

Very please with the service at Kreations in McKinleyville and their ability to provide a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop. Not only did they do the repairs, but my car was also immaculately clean inside and out when I picked it up.

We've had at least 3 repairs done by this shop and have been very satisfied every time. The last time was some deep scratches from another car that backed into us and everything looks brand new again.They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car!!!!I'd recommend them anytime. They are very professional and friendly.

I needed my front end replaced after a fender bender. I am more than satisfied with the service from Kreations! The staff was very friendly and professional. My car was ready when quoted. They fixed my issue and my car looks great! I am especially thankful for the car wash - they even vacuumed, dusted, and cleaned the green gunk from my windows!!! Above and beyond service! I took my truck in after someone hit it in a parking lot. Kreations was amazing. They got me in the next week and only had my car for 48hrs. The inside and outside were cleaned and there was no evidence that an accident even occurred

Super pleased with the quality work, customer service and communication regarding my vehicle repair. I have had 3 vehicles in need of auto body work and Kreation s has been our go to for excellent work. They make a stressful situation a lot easier and provide top notch service. If you are debating between this business and another, you should absolutely choose this one. They do great work, have outstanding communication, and know what they are doing. Kreations Auto Body repaired my vehicle after it was vandalized. They communicated well with my insurance and got my vehicle to 'like new' condition after the devastating amount of damage. Jessie did a fantastic job handling the whole process. Got me in before expected. Work done excellently and on time. They made a strong determined effort towards making special accomodations for my estimate, my scheduling, my drop off and stayed late for my pick up when we had construction hold ups. Kreations was a place where I didn't want to go!!! However, since a green car forced me off the road my car got damaged. So far we were pleased with the repair person who did the estimate. I will write more after the repairs are made.

We have had to use their services more times than we like, but each time they have had excellent customer service, done fantastic work in good time. Our autos are always given back to is clean and in great condition. They are a State Farm preferred shop and dog friendly! Ryan McNamara and his crew will take good care of you.
