I initially deleted my review after Ryan s request and ongoing communication. The rim and gas cover was replaced and fixed after damage occurred during the delivery. He lied about the tires being new for the sale and also stated that he would provide the missing trunk cover, which he later reneged on after the sale. All my items including my laptop bag was displayed to the public in a 60k car. After complaining and sending him his own screenshots he eventually sent the cover and required me to cover shipping. Please be cautious when purchasing a vehicle here if you re out of state and definitely be careful selecting Ryan as your seller. Screenshots snd photos attached below.

Truly remarkable experience throughout my lease term with BMW, thanks in large part to the folks at the Humboldt Bay dealership. From service to sales, each member of the team builds the unique and relatable character of the dealership.Getting set up with my new 330i was straight forward, low-stress and enjoyable. Every time the vehicle required service, the dealership promptly and professionally took care of my needs. The shuttle service was a huge help to let me continue my day.The lease return process was by far the most stress-free dealership experience I have ever had. Ryan, the sales manager, took great care to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and make sure we checked all the boxes to get me on my way in no time. No surprises and very straight-forward. Unfortunately, I couldn t shop for an upgrade due to an upcoming move.Ryan s professionalism and sincerity put the icing on the cake of my BMW experience. Nothing but positive things to say; it was a pleasure. Thanks so much!

Super great customer service! By the time I input all the options I wanted, the only used car in the country that fit all my criteria was at BMW of Humboldt Bay ... which is, where?!? Ryann emailed me several videos and photos of the car and made it easy to put a refundable deposit down on the car while I made arrangements to fly out to have a look. He met me at the airport, and once I had a look at the car to be certain it was what I wanted, we got my paperwork done while Michael set the car up for me - and they had me on my way in under 90 minutes. I had no issue with the one-trip permit that got me back to Colorado on temporary tags, and once here, the VIN inspection and transfer of title were simple. These guys are the best dealership I've ever worked with and I will absolutely go back the next time I'm looking for a BMW. Thanks, guys!

True pros. Don't take your ride anywhere else. Myself and those who I have recommended just taking their Bimmer's lifetime seriously and going straight to the source have all had nothing but good things to say about their thoroughness and professionalism.

We had a very poor experience we traded a 330i in for a 2018 SUV. Not only did they make money off the first vehicle. We paid over $500 dollars in DMV fees only to get a bill five months later for another$323.00 for registration fees due for 2023 registration. Called BMW McKinleyville for over 3 weeks with no returned call back from anyone.I would not recommend anyone buy from this dealership. It's called bait and switch. Run like hell go to Medford or any we're else to buy a BMW. There customer service is very non professional. Will never go back. Shame on the DMV staff and the sale manager for not responding to anything other then saying to bad.

Easiest buying experience we've ever had. Purchased an M235i and Ryan and Michael went above and beyond to have everything ready when we showed up. Had it all detailed sitting in the show room with a big red bow and everything. Paperwork was a breeze. So happy we chose to buy here!

Be careful.I got a car from them, and gave mine with one year left on the lease. They never transfered the car to the new owner, the one who drove that car under my name, paid late, and then when returned it when the lease was over, left an unpaid bill, that ended in collection.During that year I contacted them several times asking to fix this issue, and never did.So didn't have any choice to file a lawsuit.

They charged me 288 to tell me it will cost 3000 dollars. My shifter was taken out and put back in and i just need them to code it back into the computer. After I already told them what was wrong. They left my car disassembled. I had to put parts back on myself. I want to add all that was wrong was my shifter wasn't in quite right it's fixed now thanks to my boyfriend. They didn't even check that and was still going to have me buy a new shifter and install it. Which was going to cost 3000.

Not very happy with how my situation was treated here. They had my car for three weeks. With very little communication and very vague answers on time frame. meanwhile, i was paying for a rental car the whole time.As BMW can't get it together to have a loaner car for me available when a part breaks that was covered under warranty. And the cost of my repair was thrown in my face as a way to dismiss my concerns for them having my car for a week without bothering to look at it.. How tacky!!!Everyone here could use a lesson in customer service. Aside from the man who washes the cars because he knows how to talk to people (He gets stars).Unimpressed.

BMW of Humboldt has mislead me and failed to deliver service. Purchased a $50,000 Truck with existing/prior damage that was not disclosed to me at time of purchase. Also sold me a warranty that isnt valid. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership without consulting an attorney.

Sales Manager, Matt and Sales Consultant, Bo were both great. I flew all the way from Denver to purchase a CPO BMW M3 after getting tired of dealing with local BMW dealerships who didn't seem to want my business. Matt picked me up at the airport, had the paperwork ready to go and I was in and out. Matt was even nice enough to call their paint guy to touch up a small rock chip on the hood before I took delivery!Bo, offered to show me the in's and outs of the car before I took delivery. Most important to me, Matt had promised to get me a second key-fob sent to me asap. Most dealerships wouldn't of followed through at all BUT Matt had a key fob in the mail the next business day. Great transaction and thank you!

I took my old BMW to BMW of Humboldt Bay for a routine oil change and to have the chance to gain some insight to other issues I was having with the car. I knew taking it to the dealership would cost significantly more than another shop but the car had things wrong with it and I wanted people who are supposed to be knowledgeable about BMW's to survey it. I could not be more disappointed with the level of service. I dealt with the service advisor Katrina Simser. I had given her several looking points that I wanted infomation on, in addition to my oil change. When I arrived to pick my car up she skimmed through the issues and sent me on my way. I left in a daze. When I got home and actually read what they were supposed to do they gave all vague information such as "multiple oil leaks" "faulty exhaust" but no one explained anything. I called back and spoke with Scott and expressed my disappointment in the lack of service/customer service. Scott stated that he agreed and could see my point and scheduled a new time for me to come back, no charge, and have the problems explained and pinpointed. When I arrived for my 2nd appointment. Katrina told me that they would be charging me $150 (mainly now because the "check engine" light is on", which Scott knew about but maintained no charge), who even charges now for plugging the diagnostic equipment in?? In LA you can go to any Napa store!!! My 2nd visit was just awful. Katrina could not have been more rude. She didn't care about my conversation with Scott and told me she was the manager. When I asked who her mangaer was she told me she couldn't give me that information. She was snotty and condescending. I called in and spoke with the receptionist who told me they could not give out last names nor the owner of the business and then hung up on me. Then I look on google and here is everyone listed...last names and all. I did leave a message for the sales manager Matthew, who did call me back. I was so angry over the whole thing I want nothing more to do with this business. It's a shame because I've had a couple of BMW's and I am looking to buy a new one. If you want a full service oil change without the attitude go to Franklin's Auto Service. I previously took my car there because it's convenient, but man, what GREAT service. They not only changed my oil they told me I had a bright out, air filter needed changed, they told me what the check engine light tested at!!!! $80 dollars cheaper for full service. BMW didn't even vaccum the car and gave me a ton of attitude.

Scott and the service department here are great. Every time I've taken my car in, they have been able to fix it at (or even below) the original price quote. Not something you can say for many dealerships.

Came by to look at an SUV. Wasn't sure about the car but the staff encouraged me to take the car for a few days and check it out. While the car didn't fit my needs I have to say this was easily the best experience I've had at a car dealership. The staff was friendly, responsive and extraordinary accommodating.

I recently purchased a BMW from BMW of Humboldt Bay and my experience was phenomenal! From pulling onto the lot to pulling off the lot in my dream car I was in expert hands. I would hands down recommend BMW of Humboldt Bay for your next car purchase.

I was scheduled for first thing in the morning for routine maintenance service, but waited several hours for what should have been a 20-30 minute turnaround time.
