This personal need a good manager, whom can handle Customer service . My pic said all. But why stay on that lane. Waiting time 20 min. My spend $7.95 but don't really matter how much you spend sometimes I spend more STILL WAITING

It started to rain and my wipers were not doing their job. It was 5 minutes before closing, not only did the young man who took care of me got the right blades but he was kind enough to install them as well!!We had an issue with one blade and his coworker saved the day. Excellent customer service, excellent staff!!

Outstanding customer service by Jeanette!!! She went above and beyond to make sure to teach me a simple thing which for others is easy to take the time and patience to show me how to install my windshield wipers . Great job on your service!

Great place, always super helpful people, will at least try to help. More helpful and more selection than the O'Reilly's a couple of blocks away, excellent customer service. Prices are a little high for some things though, like the tools...

As an AutoZoner and Customer your manager with blonde hair is unprofessional. Would much rather chat up with other employees and be on her phone than actually help customers. Says she can t help people because she works in the back Set a better example for Autozone.

Every time we go into this location , we get nice service. But this time the manager by the name of Mark went above exceptions. My kid went because his battery had died. I know nothing about cars . Someone came out and check the battery, let us know that the battery was not good anymore. We were told that we can buy a new battery and get it installed els where. Then I went in a second time and the Manager ( Mark ) saved the night. We bought the battery and the manager Mark was able to install the battery in for my Son. GREAT SERVICE . Had he not done that , we would of been stuck in the parking lot. We were very grateful. We tried to tip him but he wouldn t accept it . Great great service.

Staff is very helpful all the time that I go in there to get the part that I need there's never a waiting line for service. If I have an emergency with my car I go and get the part and finish the job. The staff always knows their job and the parts that they sell they know their stuff you never find service like this around anywhere that much around the area.

I always have a pleasant welcome in this store. The person that helped was a manager I for got her name I know it started with a K . she was very sweet and helpful. Two thumbs up.

I come here for all my car's needs. I prefer it to O'Reilly's. Staff here are attentive to my concerns and questions. They are super helpful.

Almost perfect. In and out in less than 10 minutes once you know what you are looking for. Thanks Elizabeth.I am revisiting this review because I've been at this Autozone store and iBooks like they changed management and it'd a gus now but they are too slow almost to the point of being lazy. I saw a new manager on Friday and he was just ignoring me standing online. Today 3/31 it was worse because they had more guys just there watching their cell phones or walking in the back when there was a line of 7 or 8 customers waiting.

I was given the wrong sterio harness, returned it & didn't get my full refund. $3 short so first chance I'ma drop by & get my $3 added to my store credit. 2 different employees and neither payed attention to detail.

The manager named Mark was super knowledgeable and helpful, he changed my car battery. He said he couldn t accept the tip I wanted to give which sucks. But 5/5 would go again.

Worst customer service, went in there looking for a extractor set. Keep in mind I don't know what it is nonetheless what it looks like. So I told the guy what I needed and that I needed help because I didn't know exactly what I was looking for. Instead of helping me out and showing me some extractors to give me an idea. All he said was all our drills are in aisle 4 go look for one that fits it. Hmmmmm, okay? So I'm here looking blankly in aisle 4 looking confused because even though I told this associates multiple times I didn't know what I was looking, he just sends me to aisle 4, leaving me overwhelmed with so many tools. I left and told my spouse about it. He calls and talks to the manager. The guy remembers me and says "all she asked was where do you have the extractor set, she didn't say I need help looking for one" that is complete bullshit. I have worked as a sales associate and never thrown any customers under the bus. Even if they know what they are looking for, I take them and show them. The manager needs to take more classes on how to provide good customer service and so do all the associates there I'll be going to O'Reillys from now on, their associates where much more helpful than Autozone.

This place is topnotch with their customer service Art, is one of them I must apologized but I dont remember the great gal who also provide such an amazing service, from now on this is my go to auto parts. Keep it up guys

so bad service with my order , they says "same day order ready " and that is a lie, 2 days waiting for the order I order the same fuel injectors with O'REILLY and they make possible in few hours 100 % better service no more business with auto zone.

There is usually a wait, buy only because they are ready to help everyone with questions or hands on work. The prices are not cheap, but they aren't bad either.

Stop by to use their fix finder tool, because the check engine light came on in my car, it was easy to use and they gave me a print out of the problem and solution, good customer service, plenty of parking, in and out fast
