Poor customer service. Employees total ignored my presence. Employees in the auto care dept needs to be trained on how to acknowledge customers and not ignored when customers are around or coming to do their oil change. I give them two thumbs down times a million.

1 hr waiting to be told it would take 2-3 hrs more, no cars in the oil lane, 2 cars in the tire side 4 techs. Last time they charged me to rotate my tires by didn t do it. Don t waste your time here, go to yuba city they re fast, friendly and actually do the services they charge you for.

I came here on 10/28/2023 Saturday morning when they opened.There were 2 cars in front of me waiting for oil service. I went in to get all 4 of my tires replaced. They go in order for whoever gets there first for both lube and tire service. I got there at 7:15am and got chekced in aroudn 7:30am. My car got serviced at about 8 am. My car was finished at 9am. When I got there to pick up my car, the service tech told me my car was ready, but they didn t put it in the system yet. It took them about another 15 mins or so to have the service tech who worked on it to put it in the system. The staff is nice and friendly, but they are really slow at communicating with one another. I really hate the fact that most of the employees were not happy or pleased to be there. There s need to be more sense of urgency. If you really hate your job that much, you shouldn t be working there, especially in this kind of service. They did get my car done in a timely manner though. Beisdes the hassle of communication and wait time. It was an okay experience.I got 4 new tires for my Prius for $380 with the insurance.I believe if the employees smiled once a while and more friendly, it would overall be a better experience. They do ge the Jon done though and I m always happy with the service !!

The people who work in the lube center are extremely rude and treat you like you're stupid. I do Not recommend this place!!

The guy that helped me was very friendly and kind but I waited 2.5 hours for a tire patch up. Then they told me I need to replace my tire and looked at my tire options. 2/3 options they gave me weren't in stock. Only the most expensive option was. I said nevermind and just left. It was really just a waste of time. I hope they do get more staff to speed up the process.Service: Tires

I had an appointment at 11 a.m. I showed up on time and waited an hour. Nobody checked me in or communicated anything to me. I wasn't acknowledged whatsoever and just sat there. For an hour. With two cars still ahead of me so God only knows how much longer I would have had to wait to get two tires mounted, something that should take about 20 minutes. What was the point of an appointment? I decided to call a shop that I used to go to in olivehurst and they said I could bring my car in right then so I left walmart and had my new tires put on within 15 minutes. I should have just gone elsewhere in the first place. First experience with walmart auto and never again.

There was only four cars in front of us and we waited almost an hour and they only finished two cars and were busy changing tires. So we decided to leave and go somewhere else. I would not recommend getting my oil changed here unless you had all day to wait. The oil change opens at 7 and it took them almost a half an hour to get all the tires moved out and everything set up before they even began to start bringing in the first couple of vehicles. It was very poorly managed.

Oil change took a while for server, however there were 3 cars in queue plus the two actively being serviced, so it makes sense. Overall, they get the job done for cheap. Spending <$60 for oil and oil filter change is very nice.

Had a flat tire today. Brought my car in with the spare tire. The vehicle maintenance employee couldn't patch my tire. Thankfully the tires on my car I bought from Walmart and with it, the $10 road hazard warranty. Dodged the $130 new tire cost and ended up paying only a $10 for a new road hazard warranty on the new tire replacement.

Just for an oil change on10/03/22 at exactly 5:00pm there were no cars in the oil Lube bay I was the first car there I was excited. There were 4 line techs working standing around, I thought I'd be out in 30 minutes max. Ended up leaving at 6:55pm the workers there need motivation I've been there in and out within 25 minutes sometimes but the past few visits it's really gone down hill maybe management needs to motivate their workers in not being lazy. Not only that I had gotten the better oil change with the Quaker synthetic and got written up for the good paying $10 more, them saying I got the high mileage service when the oil was just plain synthetic.Service: Oil change

I went there for an oil change. The service was fast and efficient and they have the best price. I never got anywhere else. I trust them to be honest and they always go above and beyond in caring for vehicles

Went to get an oil change about a month ago. A few weeks ago I noticed oil drops on my driveway, so I checked the undercarriage and saw it was coming from the oil filter. It was very loose. Not only did they take 2 hrs to change my oil (only 1 car ahead of me) but they didn't tighten the filter. The crew there is more concerned with chatting with each other than caring for people's vehicles.

Great service. Very fast. Reasonable prices. Staff was very nice and explained everything really good.Thanks for the service guys. Keep up the good work. Also if you guys need good prices on water pipes or vapes visit Reshad s Vape N Smoke Shop . Located in 402 E Street, Marysville, CA 95901. We are open 7 days a week. 9 am to 12am .

Called tire center about a small leak in one of our tires. They told us to just come in, no appointment needed.Pulled up, sat and waited for 20 mins while 4 of their techs hovered over one vehicle in front of us, doing nothing but talking.None of them came over to ask what we needed, or if we had been helped, until I got out of the car and asked them how long it would take to have a small leak looked at.He told us we should have made an appointment because there's a 3-4 hour wait time Explained we had called in beforehand etc.We ended up leaving and going to Queen Penny.Queen Penny's guys are always hustling. We would have gone there first, but we weren't sure if the tire would make it. Obviously it did. Got taken care of... in and out within 15 mins.Walmart, do something about your lazy service techs.

This place is the definition of incompetence. I purchased two tires on Walmart.com and had them sent to this store. I made an appointment to have the tires installed at 5pm. I arrived about 15 min early, checked in and did some grocery shopping while they installed the tires. I get back to the auto center at about 5:30 and the worker has one tire about halfway installed. I have never seen someone move so slow in my life at a tire shop. Installing two tires should be a 30 minute task at the most. Fast forward another 20 minutes and I see the worker putting the directional tires on the wrong sides of my car. I point this out to a worker inside and he yells out the window to the worker to double check the direction and that they are directional tires. The guy working on my car looks at the tires and says they are on correctly. This would have been a great time for the lead worker or manager to step in and check the guy's work. So it's about 6:30 when I finally am able to have my keys and go load my warming groceries into my car. 90 minutes to install two tires! Wait, it gets better. I check the tires and sure enough, they are installed on the wrong sides. Arrows plain as day with the word " rotation" next to them on the sidewalls. I point this out and a different worker has to take the car back in and put the tires on the correct sides of the car. So nearly TWO HOURS to have two tires installed, with an appointment!! Think they gave me a break on the installation bill? Nope. Also one tire had 42psi and the other had 36psi. The balancing dots on the sidewalls are not lined up with the valve stem either. Stay away from this place!!!

Went to get a tire balance and rotate , It took 45 minutes just to get helped and have someone write me a slip. Then it took over 6 hours to get my car back. I had no ride home so I was sitting there the whole time.

Service takes a really long time and things can get tense back there. Many angry customers which makes the staff defensive. If you are patient, things will calm down and you will get serviced.Service: TiresService: Tires

Terri and her team of technicians are nice and efficient. They check everything, from fluids to tire pressure. Lube service took less than an hour.

I was hesitant to take my vehicles here after going to the Walmart in Antioch. It took all day to do an oil change.This time I had to go out of town and drive 430 miles. Nothing was open so I gave this Walmart a chance. I was in and out in a really short time. They did a great job checking out my vehicle including my check engine light for no extra cost.After this great experience I decided to take my wife s truck there to get an oil change as well.Again we had a good experience. We ll go there again.

over 2 hours to change 2 tires! i was 2nd here _ 7:48 a.m. told 40 minutes, but apparently tires are low priority as they pulled the wheels, then let my car sit for over an hour while tech did oil changes. techs efficient, poor resource management.

One of the worst repair facility experiences of my life. Almost 3 hours to replace one tire, balance and rotate all 4. Two cars ahead of me already on the lift. I am an experienced mechanic and there is no way these times add up. Service managers provide excuses for their poor performance. These "certified technicians" have 0 motivation to get you back on the road. Stay away from this place.

This store had raised it's prices on a weekly basis. The employees are rude, unhelpful & do a lot of talking & doing. It took 2 1/2 hrs to get a new tire!! This was a Monday afternoon. The young man behind the counter was very nice & he went out of his way to be helpful. A bright spot in the day. If I can find a store that has competitive prices I will stop shopping here.

I never write reviews but here I go. This location you just know to expect slow especially in the Lube line. But having to wait in hour in line to hand over my keys with only a couple cars (already processed) ahead of you is crazy! On top of the car behind me was helped first and put to the front of the line. Extremely frustrated with the service here.Service: Oil change

Never had a bad experience here! Great staff who knows what they're doing and got me out of there quickly. Way better than the Yuba City Walmart Auto Center!

I waited several hours to get one tire replaced with a new tire and 2 hours later learned that they didn't even have one tire in stock. I called the Yuba city Walmart and they had 7 tires. Walmart should check availability of the tire first.

Arrived with one vehicle in bay at 834. Left at 937 kinda slow for oil n filter change. Overall good service. Vacuumed, all other fluids cked n topped off. Just little slow.

Bought used rims from a third party seller went to get new tires put on from Walmart. They were pretty cheap still had a decent warranty though. And I've had bad vibrations ever since turns out all 4 rims were horribly bent thing is I had to learn that from Les Schwab so either Walmart just said screw it and put them on anyways or didn't bother to balance them either way if you have something wrong they will not tell you.

Sat for 3 hours to get 4 tires mounted and balanced.... also got a battery out in and they didn't tighten the ground cable so it sometimes wont start and I have to jiggle the cable to get a better connection.
